Is it playing? Yeah, there it is. It is. Come on there, it's there, it's there. All right, we're on, we're alive. Live live from your ESG corn maze. It's a business pants Friday show here at October 25th Studios featuring Featuring Matt, Matt mascara, analyst Hall, Matt McCarthy, that was sad. That was just sad on. Today's weekly wrap up, McDonald's. Investor relations team hires the entire writing staff from the onion, pun intended, accelerated retirement at Southwest Airlines. Denny's is saving lives and a shout out to Mr. Corp gov. Yes. Mr. Corps. Gov. I love Mr. Corps gov who else should we get a shout out at the top of the show? That's it. We let us know what time I've ever done a shot. I noticed I noticed. Oh, our show today is being sponsored by free flow. Analytics.com measuring board. Power connections and performance for free. That's a real shout-out. Let's get to it. Oh, we want to go right to us, Jump, Right In. Let's do it. Some inside information. Yeah, Matt, this is actually Matt's Matt's actually recording three podcasts today. This is podcast number two, this is number two, number two of three, and then I probably knows what next one day. And and then, yeah, I do a lot of podcasts. Apparently, nobody knows why. Let's start with story of the week. Oh, this was easy this week. Let's start with MacDonald's extremely strange. I already hate this. I already thinking about what you're just incredible. I okay. It's starts with the blowhard. Donald Trump who showed up at a McDonald's franchise and pretended to make fries? Is that what he did? Yeah, yeah, he was surprised that they didn't use their hands to make the fries and that's and I think that was technically. The location was actually shut down. It was a big photo off that. That's, that's the takeaway, but that's not even who cares? I don't even care about that. Wasn't he doing that? Because Kamala worked, like when she was a teenager or something. It was some stupid thing but that's just where the week started this this prompted a very interesting reaction from the corporation of McDonald's which sent out a memo. Saying that we are not red or blue, we are golden so they're saying yeah they don't support presidential candidates. Despite the fact I mean that like a mere day before. They had a presidential candidate. I mean, it's kind of a weird look right. I mean clearly It's bolstering. It could bolster a candidate's campaign to show up at one of their locations, I think they're all. So, hoping that no one knows that open seek tritts dot org exists to see that they donate to, you know, political candidates all the time. Now they do donate 50/50 for the most. Okay. Fine. But it's you can't say we don't we're not red or blue. What you? What you are is trying to maximize your ready donation? Yeah. Red and blue. Yeah, forget it. I mean throwing a bit of shade there on Trump. I mean this guy basically his dog, his whole diet is McDonald's. I mean how dare they say they don't support him. He's the perfect candidate for them really? But yeah, he kind of okay, so that's that happened and then a couple days after Trump shows up at a McDonald's, there's an E coli outbreak. Not I'm not I blame Trump. Well, I mean, who else? He had to be right if it was commonly that are or if it was like a black man or an Indian woman, the right would already be blaming Dei. And yeah, question. Yeah, I failure. So there's a huge E, coli outbreak. We're not the end of the story, hasn't come yet. But the early, the early reports is that a quarter pounder of all things, killed, someone and in sick and dozens of people, although I would argue that a quarter Quarter, Pounders are already killing people and others. So, I don't know how to read that. And then this prompted several restaurants to start pulling onions as McDonald's thinks that this problem started with onions. Okay, we said restaurants, I think he meant something else food providers drug their drugs, Taco Bell KFC. Pizza Hut Burger. King other reports on this during cultivate the CDC told McDonald's about potential E coli outbreak late last week, so they knew that's good. And then finally, now the FDA is probing McDonald's supplier. Taylor Farms a source of the E coli outbreak, according to CNBC. Now, I'm I'm actually gonna go on the record and call this a Dei failure because according to comparably.com only two of Taylor Farms leadership team of 16 are women. So isn't this a d? I failure. Call You Mad Men, fail. This game. This is a clearly, a problem, too many men. I, so I did some research having nothing to do with the EI that's week. Yeah, I did, I, I found this website called I was poisoned.com where he started that website, maybe we make more money. If we started, social media is slash comments like where they just people. Put up. They ate somewhere and it made them sick. That's, that's all it was. Go ahead. Um, I think I realized what the problem was, like, this person put up there, this isn't the quarter pounder, but this is what they put on, they like yesterday and the News the E coli outbreak. Sunday evening. I had three spicy McChickens with American cheese, added Monday morning. I am three Monday morning. I woke up with really bad, nausea, and diarrhea. Okay, well later that day, I had a bit of a fever, still had the same symptoms on Tuesday. Now, it's Wednesday, I have mild diarrhea. Well, I better I found out there was an E coli contamination in the quarter pounder. Wanted to share this. Maybe the McChickens have been contaminated too. Yeah, just he he took a picture of his receipt. Yeah. It wasn't just McChickens. He had three spicy McChickens with American cheese, a large medium, fry, a large Coke. You know, of 22,000 calories. Maybe the nausea and diarrhea is because you ate 2000. Calories. Worth of McDonald's is one knot and it looks like a 10:30 at night at 10:30 p.m. that's when he got the food. Who's adding cheese to chickens? I don't like all of this. I know you're not supposed to Revel in a in an outbreak of like a disease that can kill people but like no better place for it to happen then McDonald's. Maybe people actually stop eating there because it's not. Well that's that's my takeaway. Yeah, that's not yes, wait for good list because I have a similar story that's so that's McDonald's. Crazy week. It seems like an early favorite to win the week, but here are some other stories involving Some high-profile CEOs and chairs. So the former Abercrombie CEO, Mike Jeffries has been charged with sex trafficking and Interstate prostitution. Do that. Uh, Southwest at Southwest, they've made a deal with their activist investor Elliott management. So their chair, I'm forgetting his name who's the chair? I was Gary Kelly Gary Kelley George the CEO, the former CEO, Gary Kelly, he will be accelerating his retirement. I've never heard that like accelerating so he was meant to step down next year. Now he'll be stepping down in a few days and then Elliot is getting rid of six, Southwest directors and putting on six of their own. I think Matt you're covering more of the story later. Yeah, I will talk about it in a second. That's what's going on at Southwest Disney. They had to get into the news. So they're playing the long game here. So did, what did they do? They just drag out an old headline and change some of the dates. So let's listen to this number. Yeah. Disney to named CEO, Bob iger's replacement in 2026. I mean, we're this before Disney, right? I mean, how many? Replaced. Bob Iger. I mean, Jesus, here's the twist is that Mark Parker? Their chair is stepping down and, and they're gonna let the former CEO, current executive chair at Morgan, Stanley James Gorman. He, they're gonna let him solve this crisis, so he's gonna become the new chair at Disney. He's the man, wait a minute, please. Bob Iger. James Gorman. Yeah, what the headline is Disney to named CEO Bob Iger replacement in 2026. Did he to name the replacement notice? They're just Welling a person. You know what after the disaster is Bob Choppa. Reigned, maybe he would be smart to keep Bobble around and teach the next person for a couple of years, right? For, like seven or eight years and not just like, not just popping on Twitter and criticizing them. He was only the executive chair of Disney from here for a Year. Yeah, so and he made his more money than chicken did in that year crazy. Okay, so my options here are McDonald's strange. Week abercrombie's lechi, CEO ex CEO southwest's. Would you call it a loss to Elliot? I guess it's a they call it like a second. Elliott was, was basically threatening a proxy fight and Southwest gave up. Yeah. Oh, Bob Jordan is keeping his job. So this is really just, all of this is about Bob, Jordan's a massive ego because he's basically saying I'm gonna fire The chair. I'm gonna get rid of six directors but as long as I keep my eyes I'm here just, I don't care. I do not care. I don't want to do something else and then Disney's gonna wait until next Century today name of replacement to Bob, Iger. Maybe. Yeah, Parker won't be doing that naming. You know, I know you want me to choose McDonald's because that is clearly. I don't care what you name. It seems like the clear favorite to me. Yeah. It is the story of the week. There's no way I could pick something else. That's a lot. There's so much. That's impressive. And like I don't yeah there's so much that happened that it's hard to even maintain keep count as incredible. There's gonna be a lot more is going to come from this E? Coli outbreak. It does. What's that too? You want to make chicken sandwich. You know, it's sad is, it's not gonna, it's not gonna cause a long-term dent in the amount of people who eat at that terrible place. It's just not it's just not that's just the. So that's it you have silly thoughts. Okay. Still out on a good list. Come on, let's do a couple of good list. All right. Can I just start by saying you go? You go. McDonald's to me, is also good list. I picked because, because at least, even if it doesn't put a long-term dent in eating at McDonald's, at least everyone's gonna be terrified to eat there for a couple weeks. They're gonna go to Burger King, lacrosse, the street at least at least that that happened. So, on a similar note, I have a similar story Denny's. Remember Denny's, the racist disgusting Diner and you're probably in your neighborhood member Denny's. I vaguely. Yeah, they're closing. The best news I've heard in a while, know what about Nostalgia? Horrible horrible, pains at 1 a.m. what else? What else you got? My other good list is SEC. Here's a headline SCC finds Wisdom Tree, which is a mutual fund ETF company, 4 million for investing in fossil fuels, into back out and its ESG funds. Here's why I like this. So what Wisdom Tree did was they bought data from sustainalytics and they bought some data. I think from somebody else, possibly msci, but maybe S&P, but they bought data from one main provider. That they didn't buy the full data set. They bought some of the data and what they said was we are going to launch an ESG fund and that ESG fund will have no fossil fuel or tobacco in it, but they didn't buy all the data. So they just bought the data on the energy sector like, not utilities. So, you have a utility that owned like 49% of a coal mine and and that wasn't included. So the SEC realized you said that you will invest in no fossil fuels and no tobacco. That's what you said. Yeah. But when we look, we can identify Holdings that if you actually had all the data. You would have found you did invest in fossil, fuels and tobacco. So two things I like about this. Number one, that like, It's basically the case for you need all the data, you can't get part of the data. Like, if you bought ISS and glass Lewis and not free flow, analytics data, you've only got half the story like you've got actually 10% of the story because we are 90% of the data with director votes. So you need all the data. And number two, I love that somebody's checking these morons who say no fossil fuel and it turns out it was there. I like that. Like, like, that's the problem, right? Like people check, you know what the thing? Yeah, check something sec's contract us out to check some stuff, a civil war know whatever they want, my other story aligns with yours too on a similar know Apple. This is the headline Apple CEO, Tim Cooks other job, helping Nike, turn things around. That's why you should be looking at our data. He's in there. But people don't, people are just, they're blind to this fact that that a lot of these people, they're not just at their own company. They serve on multiple boards. They're doing stuff and a lot of places and are influencer data is a great way of kind of understanding, who might be in charge at some of these boards. I would like to cook a Nike. If Tim Cook has time to go to Nike, like, what does he look doing? I'm just irritated by a lot of things. But one of the things I'm consistently irritated by is that people just say CEO, Tim Cook? See, you have apple, but that's, it's more than that. He's also helping Run Nike, right? I mean, why are we running it? That's right. If LeBron James was playing for the Lakers and the Nicks we'd be talking about it, right? Yeah, right. Yeah. So, I don't know. Anyway, we're the only one to seem to care. So, there you go. So we voting on a good list. Now, none of these are good. Let's just go for the SEC fire and SEC finds Wisdom Tree. That's the real. That's the only real good one. All right, that's good. That's still. Come on. Okay, I have three options. Number one is South West and activist investor, Elliot strike a deal to keep CEO. Bob Jordan at six new directors. Now, you talked about Bob, Jordan But look how much we coddle these fucking people. There are six directors leaving Southwest they're accelerating going to be gone. November 1st Gary, Kelly is one of those who is accelerating, Gary Kelley's executive chair. He has been at Southwest for three decades. He he's been sitting on this board Lang letting it. Languish watching it basically like people heard like cattle to run into column A and get a seat, right? Like this is Gary Kelly, right? Gary Kelly. It makes it look like Gary. Kelly is leaving the sport. He is not leaving the board. He is going to be chair Emeritus. What is that foot know? Gary, why, why? So he's gonna, he's still gonna be in all the meetings. He's gonna be sitting in the back sipping, orange juice and saying, Bob, do you really think we should do that as Bob? Jordan tries to lead the meeting, he's in the staring Cherry. He's the chair where you stare at everybody, so just to be clear. He won't technically have a vote. I mean, not the, you know, that's what they say. He won't have a vote, but but he will have her presence and I'm sure he will be talking. He will be making decisions. He just won't have that vote, but he probably already controls. Several of the directors. Anyway, so I'm sure you'll be influencing their votes. So then it gets to who's left and who's gotten so Rakesh gong wall issued a statement in that Southwest in their press release thanking everybody and especially thanking Gary Kelly for a long tenure and being like the, the growth Center growth for this. And it was like, who do you thinking? But he's gonna be at the next meeting over there. It's unbelievable. So, then we got the question of who I wanted to know who Elliot brought in, right? Like so they they've listed them. We know their names, David Kush, Sarah Feinberg, Dave grisson Greg Surety and Patricia Wilson, you know those names mean nothing right? Like and they also added PR Berber or briber. Yeah, I don't know why they in a press release. I saw they separated those announcements. I don't know why. Yeah, why on Earth? Did they not list every single one of these directors? In all of these stories, they just said, Southwest gets six, new directors board. Shake up at Southwest. The whole thing is a very, it's been a very strange Story, the whole thing. Yeah, they're not talking about Gary. Kelly is not actually leaving. He's still physically there and that they don't name this six people coming in. So I looked them up, we actually have Grissom sereti, Watson and Brie in our data in our data set, the average earnings batting average of those. Four of the six is 413, that's their average earnings. Average TSR is 389 and average director, that's 500. Which means These people are below average, not one of them is above 500 for these things. The directors that they're kicking out, they didn't name them either. In any of these things, Bigler, Biggins blunt, Cunningham, Gilligan and Saul Tao. Those are the ones who are the kids being challenging. It's been, it has been challenging to find like real information. You have to do a lot of digging. It's unbelievable that like, Elliot quote on quote one and we have no idea based on reading the news, including, like, the New York Times or CNBC, we have no idea who the people are that they won, right? So it remains for some reason, it remains unimportant to the, to the business news and the investor Community, right? It just it's just here. Six directors that's enough, right? They don't need to know who these people are, so here. I did the hard work for you, I looked at their the skills, the people that, that they're adding and versus the people that they're replacing, because you'd think what you want is to change, the mindset of the board, change the skills, then you get some Independence in there. So they're going to be more independent because they were not chosen by you know, well Kelly and Bob Jordan right I suppose but there's still beholden to Elliot whatever Elliot decides. It things is right? Yeah. But here's the skills. So biglar is out. He was a dying. He is energy and oil guy and they were placed Bigler with brie Burr. Who knows? Trump Chevron. That's right. So they replace a former CFO energy and oil with energy and oil that they replace. They replaced blunt who was the senator government guy with Feinberg, who is a government regulator. So they got government for government affect. I like Sarah fire cuz she's the former administrator at the Federal Railroad Administration. They Could not do the FAA it's more trains over there in Texas. Yeah they got rid of two professors in Cunningham and Gilligan replace them with two Airline Executives that one I can get behind. Okay. Yeah that's I had that information. That is a David Kush, former CEO of Virgin America and cereske former CEO. Greg suet former CEO of WestJet, right? That makes a little bit of sense. Now let's say that WestJet is not the Performing airline that you may want to discuss. I've never heard of West yet but that's fine. Then they replaced basically a bankrupt retail executive in Seoul Tau For a mediocre Hotel Executive Inn Grissom. So that one that one surprised me former group president of Mary International Davidson. I don't, I don't really quite, I guess traveling, kind of, I guess, like, maybe you want to make a deal with Marriott and then you replace Biggins, who spent the last bit of time on executive Search, which is not relevant at all. But she came came from banks with A Watson who came from Bank technology. So you put you at least you had a technology. I was okay with Patricia Watson. She was formerly Chief Information and Technology. Officer NCR Leo. So maybe she's currently that actually. But that could be a positive. Because remember, you, one of our complaints in the past is that this board is full of dinosaurs so that someone knows Tech I'm gonna be okay with. Okay. So let's review though, okay, let's review what what the big win for Elliot? Was they effectively added two Airline Executives to replace to professors in cuttingham and Gilligan which is great because maybe maybe that's useful Bob, Jordan stays on as CEO. Overseeing what has been like the failure of the company over the last 30 years? Gary Kelly, they all say is gone but he's still sitting in the fucking room. He's still there. He's the guy over there. You see that guy? That's Gary Kelly, he's just sitting over there. He's staring at me right now. Is that the big win? The big win is like, after all that money, all of that effort. What we got was effectively very slightly different Like a backgrounds in the room but for the most part the exact same backgrounds. The same CEO, the same executive chair just now with a different e word in Emeritus chair. That's the big win. The performance, didn't improve the new players are not much better or worse than the old players. What are we talking about here? What was all this about? Isn't the idea to fundamentally change? The company? Not just put six people on a board and control them? I don't understand this at all. It's it's, it does feel like a ego. Okay, Ellie ego move, right? I mean, I I think getting rid of Kelly, Would have been a shift in the right direction to having him. Stay in, the meeting room is absurd. It's absolutely absurd. It's absurd. So so I'm not sure who the asshole is it whether or not? It's Ellie. I don't know what you're saying, that the prime writer, or maybe the process or maybe. How about the process that shareholders really don't have input in any of this. Like they like, right? They should be competing slates. Maybe I've said this on prior shows at least, maybe Elliot could put up some some competing choices. Let's shareholders right shoes. The five. I want or whatever. Yeah, but yeah, the whole process is relatively absurd. Yeah, that's my first my second, my second. I saw this headline teen dies by suicide after becoming obsessed with AI chatbot. I don't know about this story, doesn't sound. All right. The company here is called character AI. It raised 150 million dollars at a 1 billion valuation, and you'll never I guess AI in the title. Yeah. Who was the anchor investor in this? Just guess, just don't know the notes just guess. You know, I don't, I don't remember, I was chuckleheads names but it's some. It's some tech bro, from Silicon Valley. Its recent Horowitz. Right here. I had horror of its in my mind, but I just don't remember all those chuckleheads names. They're just bald, dudes. So here I want to read to you. I want to remind you a quote from Marc Andreessen. Yeah. His techno Optimist Manifesto. Right? We were forwarded heavily on that. Forgot about it was. Yeah, exactly a year ago. Wow. It was October. I think 23rd a year ago. Like scary Manifesto. It's been disturbing disturbing. Here's here's quote, We Believe artificial intelligence can save lives if he let it medicine. Among many other fields is in the stone age compared to what we can achieve with joined human and machine intelligence working on new cures. There are scores of common causes of death. That could be fixed with AI, from car crashes, to pandemics to work time Friendly Fire. We believe that any deceleration of AI will cost life deaths that were preventable by the AI that was prevented from existing is a form of murder. That one, I don't like that statement. And then it goes on. And he, I, he quotes a bunch of enemies that include ESG yellow capitalism. Yeah. Limits of growth, trust and safety and Tech ethics. Right? I remember, yeah, that was a big enemies as enemies to those things. Anyone basically overlooking what they're deciding to do is an enemy. Anyone anyone getting involved with their decision, making is an enemy. Now, he is saying AI can save lives. If we let it, he is saying that standing in the way of making the AI that saves lives is a form of murder, and he is saying that Tech, ethics is an enemy. It basically is murdering AI. It's murdering the like saving lives. Do you know what character AI the company that in recent Horowitz funded at a 1 billion dollar evaluation do you know what they do? Know. I don't they take Famous people movie roles and they turn they, you make AI chatbots so you can talk to like, oh, like a Targaryen from Game of Thrones, that's what they do. That is what they're saying when he says, we can save lives. And if you stand in my way, you're a murderer. Yeah. And then you go fund. Having a 14 year old kid, talk to what he thinks is Danny's Targaryen like from The Game of Thrones movies, where she's saying, she being an AI chatbot, that she loves him and that he is amazing. And that he should just when he's like should I should I join you on the other side? She says come to me my pets or whatever and kills himself. Yeah. You fucking assholes, you're not funding, you shouldn't fund. This ever, if you're going to be saving lives, we're talking about wartime Friendly, Fire, and doctors are in the Stone Age. This is not that no, according to really, they should only be funding, you know, companies and health care, right? Yeah. Yeah. What the hell? What, what the hell is this and, and this all in the same week that I saw open AI dispense another safety team. Yeah. Um, as a head advisor for AGI Readiness resigns and The Meta oversight board weighed in on a thing. The Facebook's over enforcement of a post involving Harris, Waltz and nipples attire. Yeah. And let's, and the person who left to open AI, he there, they're all resigning for the same reason, which is the open. AI is a nightmare. It's a, it's a, it's a horror show. It's a horse and it's gonna ruin in the future. That's why. Other all leaving. Yeah, it's not like, they're just running better jobs. We have, we have all now live through how social media has effectively destroyed. Humanity, you cannot have a nuanced conversation on Earth anymore. You can't everything's black and white. There is no Nuance. Everything's outrage that like including this report from you it's unbelievable. Dare you and and now we're repeating the same mistake I repeating it. You know, my old refrain I just want Regulators. Listening changes to step in and just get rid of the the this disparate voting rights for different share. I just want that outlawed. I just want to at least some kind of accountability. It doesn't mean I'll get my wish and they'll get rid of Mark Zuckerberg because they're not doing it at a Tesla, it won't do that. But still, I just as a start we got to get rid of these controlling interests in these social media companies when you don't Don't even control the actual shares themselves. So, Andrews in Oro. It's his option. Number two, and these, this is a really need more. We need more. Yeah, because there's actually another good one. Hurry up whining. Boeing investors bombing? Yeah, yeah. Well, we talked about Boeing investors all the time we talked about it after every investor was like cool with Dave Calhoun. Making money on his way out the door. It's a total nightmare disaster. They also don't forget this week alone. They were used to strike, right? Like they they're using against the latest proposal. 64% again, yeah. So here's the headline that you pulled lawsuit against Boeing's board. Seeks accountability for safety failures. Not that sounds good. Alright, that sounds like finally someone suing the board because there are safety mess and it's a fucking nightmare. The lawsuit was brought by Ohio attorney general Dave Yost on behalf of the Ohio Public employees, retirement system opers and the State teachers. Retirement system of Ohio, they're the teachers retirement. The lawsuit actually contends. It says the board members and Senior Management know about the unsafe practices. They say board members know about unsafe practices and still are failing to address them even today. Quote the failure of Boeing's directors and officers to implement and oversee Boeing safety and compliance functions in good faith, led to incalculable damage to Boeing's relationships with its Regulators customers lenders, potential employees and flying public. That's what the lawsuit says. Congrats on the lawsuit, Dave Yost. Oh, by the way, you should check out this website that you run. How Oprah's voted at the last proxy at? How did they both? I'm sure they voted against the entire slated directors, right? Every single director was a four, the fourth suing, they voted entirely for all of them. Honestly, as much as I support suing, the board members of Boeing. If I was the, if I was the judge or whatever, in this case, I would throw up the case, just based on this, right? Like you are full, you are absolutely full of it. Absolutely. Yeah, if you are like a pensioner, if you're a teacher in Ohio, and you are contributing to like this pension or your Public Employee, you should sue the actual pension because they're bringing it, they're spending your money suing a company when they didn't do their basic food tree Duty and vote against the directors that they're suing for not doing their fiduciary duty. That is totally and utterly insane, and their lawsuit isn't about the door, plug that happened after the vote. This vote was in 2024. I'm looking at the 2024 vote. This is the directors that they just put in, so it's not even like that. They brought these lawsuit supposed to spend backwards, They don't make available their votes going backwards. But if they voted for this board, guess what, the chances are they voted for every single director that they're now suing, every single one of them, what a bunch of fucking assholes, because what you got, was the headline that says, we are seeking accountability. Meanwhile, you are the accountability asshole opportunity to seek to be held them. A carnival, what's weird here too? Is that they, they actually did vote against pay big deal, but they vote for Dave Calhoun to continue and they also vote against every shareholder proposal including ones. That would help. Stakeholders, you know customer employees which they cited in their lawsuit including like one on a gender and racial pay gaps. One on the climate I mean they have an opportunity to support stakeholders. And they just they refuse to do. So they don't care if you. So these are three options. Now you've got the the fake Elliott win. That like is no go for. Like I'm not gonna go for that one. Yeah. I didn't think so. Andrew recent Horowitz and funding of basically the opposite of their stupid fucking techno optimistic. Yeah. And then winding Boeing investors But basically yeah, have the power to do something and then sue instead. This is, you know, Exxon to Arjuna, but in Reverse, you know, my gut, my gut tells me that, the people, the leadership of places, like, Ohio, Public Employees, Retirement System in the State teachers, retirement, I are good people probably mean well and probably probably actually are much very well aligned with a lot of our the thought process here. But I gotta tell you, I gotta vote for them this week. This is like yeah, you actually have an annual opportunity to hold people accountable to turn it into a lawsuit which may or may not be. Maybe it's for PR. I don't know what it's for but you are absolutely full of shit or you just don't understand your job duties. I don't know. You don't do it. We don't know which it is care. I don't know what it is. Yeah. But yeah I don't like any of it. I would throw out the lawsuit. Honestly even though I agree with the lawsuit I would throw it out and being like you are already had a chance to go on record here and and this this contradicts what you're saying in this lawsuit, right? Yeah. Right. Yeah. All right. Let's do a headline, yes. We're almost. Let's say, let's wrap us up headlines. Winners prediction Mine is just perfect for our company here. I almost cleared this in the story of the week, but I thought it worked better down here. This says it all. For everything that we complain about and speak on Microsoft CEO site. And Adela asked for pay reduction after security slip, you know, at Microsoft there was some, yeah, yeah. But Total his total compensation still Rose 63% more than 30 million dollars in last year. This this is the state of things. This is this is the he asked, did you remember when Jamie dimon said it would be wrong to refuse the board? It would be it'd be real. That's why he took the money. All right what do you got? Mine is a hat tip to Mr. Corp gov is substack. If you don't, it's not really a headline. But I see the headline is proposal number five. Yeah. Assessment of investing in Bitcoin. This is Microsoft's Cheryl older proposal. This is a charitable proposal Microsoft. The national Center of public policy research, advised us, they intend to submit this proposal What they want. I woke into ESG firm, right? The anti-woke firm, what they? They are making the case for is they are making the case that Microsoft should take at the vast sums of cash that it's sitting on and money that it makes because it's so rich and buy Bitcoin. And that what that would that was literally what they I've never seen that. I don't understand. What is our? What is the modern world? I don't understand anything anymore. Really, I know resolved shareholders request that the board conduct an assessment to determine if diversifying the company's balance sheet by including Bitcoin is in the best long-term interests of shareholders. That's what that's right. Wow Microsoft says so they asked them. Okay so you have a winner for the week. Not not us not Humanity, my winner. Oh Jamie dimon. Oh here's what seems to win every week. He wins when he says you know Jamie says Jamie Diamond says and he win he wins when he doesn't says Listen, this headline, Jamie dimon privately supports Kamala Harris. He just won't say. So he just Or not saying that's correct. It's just, I think we're just living in Jamie, diamonds world. It's just where it's just, he's a winner. He's a winner as a thing, doesn't say a thing. Doesn't matter. Everyone's gonna cover it doesn't. I love like, I would love to see more headlines about things. He doesn't say just like Jamie dimon doesn't say about the one thing. Taylor Swift is his favorite artist, how about the? He basically says everything, but he won't say publicly that he supports the a woman running for president. Again say fascist come back. That's the one thing he won't say. So one thing you want to say, he says gen Z should read more but he doesn't want to say anything that about like, yeah, the thing that might matter for the country, Eyewear is a Shake Shack, which is the only fast food company, not currently associated with E coli, you know, that, you know that for sure. Well, they haven't recalled their onions. So that one that one, like, not that I'm going to shake shack any time soon because they were all over. I am poisoned or I got poisoned calm or whatever, but you got any predictions predictions back to Jamie dimon for me. Jamie Jamie dimon says that you should feel safe. You should feel safe eating at McDonald's even though he would never go there. He would never be caught dead there but but you you should feel safe. Let's not, let's not overreact your people right? Like, let's not, let's not go crazy. Let's keep eating McDonald's, I like that. Your prediction is that something Jamie dimon will say even though he doesn't actually do the thing that he's just saying something, I'm just getting caught up in the vortex of Jamie Diamond says Love it. I can't also a real actually a real prediction next CEO of Disney comes from Netflix. That's my prediction. Oh, that's like a real prediction, yeah, making real ones. All right, let's wrap up the show. My final prediction is that the E coli breakout McDonalds causes a skyrocketing in ozempic prescriptions, was you think that eating at McDonald's would cause it? But I actually think the opposite is going to occur the fear to eat at places like McDonald's Burger King for getting E. Coli increases the rate of people who are just like, you know what, it's just time. I gotta stop eating this stuff. Let's get those epic. Now, that's my prediction. That's a real prediction. I think that's a winner Olympic cures, the world, that's all we got. That's his on a roll. I'm your animals going to start early. We are free float. Come back next week when we've got more business, Pants, shows planned, but all. So, we got a proxy countdown that we're gonna put out today. We're Covering lamb research and I just covered boards directors at the shareholder.
