Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Free accounts are for your own individual use.
• You may delete your account and personal data at any time — see Your data & privacy rights or email matt@freefloat.llc.

Use of the service

• The platform and its data are licensed for your own use and may not be redistributed, resold, or scraped/bulk-downloaded without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access data you are not authorized to access.

No advice; no warranty

The data and scores are model outputs derived from public and third-party sources, provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose, and are not investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. See Methodology.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Float Analytics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version number above changes when we do, and material changes are reflected in the Privacy Policy and signup acknowledgment.
