Hey, I don't do a good Damien live. From an empty shipping container used by Vanguard to hold its votes against management. It's a business pants. Friday show here, on October 4th featuring, a very lonely analyst home at mascardi. There's nobody else here. Damien is busy civic duty. Grosser. When you said that way, on today's weekly rack wrap up doc, workers strike and unstrike. The UK is now powered entirely by crumpets the Texas Stock Exchange announces white people and parrots finally fight back and no, I didn't say parents, I said parrots. Like the wonderful wonderful bird. That's right, we're gonna do all of our normal Friday stuff just with none of our normal Friday people. Just me story of the week. Good list of the week as holy to the week. Exhausting us to the week, headlines. Who won predictions? Let's just do this thing. Since it's just me there's nobody else to stop me from just doing it. Let's do it. all right, first up Story of the week. I these are no particular order first story of the week. Here's the headline, we were illegal immigrants, Elon musk's brother, Kimball admits and resurfaced Video. In fact it's a decade old footage from a Milken Institute conference. Where the musk brothers were both on stage and Kimball musk says, we were illegal immigrants in the US. He admits they illegally move from South Africa, to Canada and then to the United States Elon says, in response, it's a great area. As Kimball says, they were illegal immigrants. The only reason why this is fascinating is because a Kimball musk still on the board of Tesla. You, you investors? I don't know. Why is this still a good idea to keep a brother on the board? He's there to keep Elon from taking too much ketamine, but he's still on the board of Tesla. So he's a board member admitting that the CEO and the himself were both undocumented immigrants coming in from, I guess the good border. If you're a conservative, the Canada border is the good border and the bad borders. The one you want to wall in but admitted, they were here illegally. he is effectively, he took A board job from somebody that could have had one, whereas JD Vance. You must be really upset. But musk has gone on Elon, has gone on to have long Twitter threads about undocumented immigrants in the scourge. They they're costing America. Meanwhile, Welcome to our country Elon. Story. Number two, 45,000 doc workers are on strike. Here's a global companies are responding. That was a 1201 a.m. on Tuesday. And Tuesday 12:00 a.m. doc workers went on strike throughout the United States. Until this morning, Port strike ends is workers agree to deal on wages and contract extension. So they bought themselves until they're going to stay on the current contract until January 15th while they hammer out the details. But the tentative agreement brings the hourly wage for the top Docker to 63 dollars per hour by the end of the new contract up from 39, dollars an hour with the expired contract. So, and I think it's a 10 or 7 year contract. I have to look again but it's, it's a huge win for the doc workers. And for about three days, there were I I could read the 33 headlines about Panic buying. I my favorite was Spanish, olive oil will be in short supply. Is there? I don't know. I don't know how many people are like, oh shit. I can't get my Spanish olive oil. I'm out of Spanish olive oil. What the hell am I gonna do? But there were endless headlines about this is going to ruin Christmas. This is a this is bad for the Spanish olive oil. This is bad for here. Are the top things that you're not going to be able to get. I saw one about Panic buying at supermarkets because shipping containers, you know not having enough not coming across with food. It was bananas and it lasted all of three days. So I'm actually a little sad for headline writers because they can't use every single extreme adverb and adjective that they can think of to describe what it means for the US economy. It looks like this deal is going to get hammered out and it looks like it's gonna get hammered out pretty quickly. The last time doc workers went on strike was during the Bush Administration and even though the the head of the organization who organized the Dockers strike has basically subscribed to right wing theories and hates Joe Biden. He's many posts about like how Kamala Harris and Joe Biden or terrible. The Bush Administration was the last one to face a doc worker strike. And it took them 11 days to to end the strike. And it was only ended because Bush actually forced an end to it rather than having a negotiated. And so just seems like happy news. It's good for workers. I guess we still get our Spanish. Olive oil. That seems like everyone's a winner. And then the third story of the week, this one popped yesterday for me. Southwest Airlines director bought 100 million in stock to fight activist investor Elliott. Elliott management has taken and 11 percent stake in South West in his asking for a shake up. If in fact Elliott took just under the poison pill, which I think is 11.5%. They bought just under that Southwest since Elliot began talks to Southwest and started. Taking a stake, has changed a bunch of its board. This director, Rakesh gangwal bought Point 5% of the stock so not anywhere close to Elliot but he was added in January of this year in response to encroaching activists and he after he bought the stock, the block, he's demanded no more changes to management, including Keep Gary, Kelly, keep Bob Jordan. Why are we? You know, I like all these people. It's basically his argument, he is one of a handful of new directors who are added to the Southwest board because activists were encroaching including Robert fornaro who's the exeo Spirit Airlines Separate headline, Spirit Airlines on the verge of declaring bankruptcy. So that's a winning director at if ever there was one and Roy blunt the ex-movie, senator who voted for school prayer does not believe in climate change. Great for an airline to have a direct, he doesn't believe in climate change voted against background checks for gun purchases voted to ban same-sex marriage and gay adoption. Yeah, when you have a diverse Workforce that you now represent because you're not in Missouri anymore where I guess, there are no gays in Missouri but you definitely didn't represent them, I suppose You you know, have different constituents of stakeholders. That's exactly who you want to add, somebody who has no airline's experience. And no experience with a Workforce like southwest's and it doesn't believe in climate change. So, Rakesh gangwal actually, as a director, he is from another Aviation company based out of India. He is in our database, he bets 242 not great, not a great performance. So this is who they added in response to Elliot and now it has to be the most ingenious defensive move I've ever seen. Rakesh gangwal is a billionaire. I think he's worth 6 billion dollars. So we bought buys 100 million of the stock. He now owns arguably more than the CEO does. I think the CEO owns 28 million currently, and Rakesh now owns 100 million in stock. So you have a direct owns more than the CEO as a defensive move against Elliot I don't know. Is This brilliant is This brilliant? I love this story. So those are my three stories of the week. The musk brothers were actually illegal immigrants according to themselves. That's a quote 40. The doc workers. Strikes starts and stops and a Southwest Airlines director Buy in a block. There is no one to vote here. So I'm going to vote for it, myself. I think it has to be the Dock Workers on strike. Right. Audience says, they do. They agree with me mostly because I'm the audience and I am also running the show. All right, that's the story is. Those are the stories of the week. Let's move on to good list of the week. All right, this week I try to do real good list if you listen to the show you know, I don't really do good list. Well um most of mine are sort of like Tongue and cheek goodly asked things. I find funny but that aren't actually good this week. I tried to truly channel are the data Queen. Um, so here are the three. I have three stories. Evie, go. Gets 1.1 billion dollar loan to build 7500 DC, fast Chargers, I mean, doesn't that channel? If you listen to the show, that's pure Ari. It's just, there's batteries involved in electricity and plugins and hybrid our EVS. It's everything. She likes, they are building out in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Texas goal of completing it by 2030. But the interesting part is they are unlike a lot of the build-outs. They're focused on areas multi-family areas where they can't have electric Chargers, sort of like in a garage or or in a you know, like a mole. They actually are trying to focus on areas that are underserved. Highly densely populated areas where you can't really get a electric Chargers easily. So I think is fabulous, I think it's fabulous that on the way out the Biden Administration is handing out this money and building out the Chargers because you know who's not doing it Elon Musk. Even though they own 60% of the charger Market on the fast charging Market in the United States, he fired the whole team that does it after they got the government money. So, this is good. This is good, are good. Argue with me. What you can't? Oh, that's right, because you're not here. Number two. The UK just closed. Its last Coal. Fired coal-fired power plant. How about that? Yeah, might I remind you that the UK is where Coal Power was like invented, right? Like this is fabulous. It's the country's last Coal, Power Plant, it was built in 1967. They shut it down on September 30th and actually renewable energy. Mostly wind turbines makes up around half of the UK's power generation. Now, that's great. There used to be, you know, I like they they were studies about how like the birds in the UK like were covered in soot and changing color. This is great. This is great, the last one there. Now, This is also partially because undermine my own argument. They don't manufacture anything in the UK anymore, they do it all in China. And China actually is in the number of coal plants to keep up with the demand from places like the UK, but the UK will have nice. Clean are there for a little while? It won't help climate change but I will be it's nice. Clean are so good for them. I think it's good. And then number three, this might be my favorite and since I'm choosing, I can choose whatever I want. Number three, Boomer, women are pouring into the stock market making up for lost time in wealth. That's right. Women in their mid late 60s, early 70s there was a 23% increase in one year of older women in the United States investing in the stock market. In fact now 71% of Boomer women invest up from 60% a year ago this is partially due to the death of their male spouses but here's why I like this. Can't this only be good for something like governance whenever women get involved in anything. They take it. Seriously, they don't look at it and say, oh, this is a game that I have to win, right? That, like, for men, like they don't look, most of us just gamble, they're just like looking at stock and their gambling, the women, take the whole Act of, you know, investing and this is a generalization, but they take it seriously much more serious. Which means? If you're going to buy Security's, you're buying it for financial health. Absolutely. But you'll also get rights with it. Writes to the alternative democracy, you can vote those shares. and if women increasingly vote, the shares of Securities that they own, if they increasingly invest in the stock market and they have opinions about how to vote the shares, can't that only be a good thing for, for governance, part of the biggest problem. And we did a study on this. I feel like two years ago now was. So if you take like the issue of diversity, there's a lot of conversation about diversity on boards. It changed after George Floyd, but it doesn't change fast enough or investors don't price it in. So, the study, we did actually went through every single one of black rocks, active portfolio teams, not their passive teams, but they're active teams and we found that 90 something percent of them were white and male it's like 86%, you know, male and 90% are 90% men and 86% White. Those are not the people. If you're an owner, of course, they're not going to price in diversity or something like that. They're not gonna price in things, they don't that aren't their experience. They don't care about, they don't care about it at all. You could show him empirical evidence, but it doesn't matter if they believe one thing and not another thing that's what gets priced in the idea of like a fishing market theory. Only makes sense, if the people who actually make the allocation decisions in the market are efficient themselves. You can't price in something, you don't believe in. You don't do that, right? Like you you need to be shown that something matters first but in a market where it was all white and male for a long time, you can't prove that diversity matters in the way that, you know, would convince somebody who only looks backwards. If you transfer ownership. To increase in to people of cover color. women lgbtq plus populations to basically people have been marginalized from the system, the outcomes inevitably change because the things that they believe are care about their perspective is different, And that doesn't mean it's wrong or their tree huggers or whatever it just means, they're going to vote differently on average that can only be a great thing. I mean, I think so. So, those are three options for goodness of the week. EV go getting a billion dollars for building out fast. Chargers UK closing, last, Coal, fire, power, plant, and Boomer. Women are pouring into the stock market. Um, since I'm voting again, I'm going with the Boomer women all day long. I just, I want to see more people participate in a market that has excluded them because I want to know what happens. We had a good run dudes, we had a good run, we can keep gambling, you have fun, whatever, but Let let's open the floodgates, let's let more people do it. All right, let's move over to as holy is to the week or move fast through Today's Show, because it's just me. As holy as the week, all right. this is, First asshole. This is the true anti-woke ass, right? Here's the headline, Texas. Stock Exchange moves closer to launch with leadership team board. So Texas, we covered this on Tuesday show. If you caught that Texas Stock Exchange is an alternative exchange, it's a new exchange, they're setting up in Dallas. They just announced their leadership team and their board of directors. Damien put me through a quiz, which is listen to Tuesday show because it's it's The headlines are comedic genius. We don't have to make any jokes like the headlines. Do a four like the reality does it for us. The leadership team is 22 people. You want to know how many women are on the leadership team? Won one woman. Do you want to know how many people of color are on the leadership team? Won one black man. Do you out of 22? People have some form of diversity. if there's any truer statement about what they really want to do with the Texas Stock Exchange, That's it. And by the way, black rock it out are the ones funding this. They're two of the 11. They raise 120 million to launch this Exchange in their two of the 11 or 15 or so initial investors to launch the exchange. The exchanges being launched under a total Pro business are quote, you know, Banner basically. It's like we're we're gonna let unfettered, you know, management decision-making, no governance, you know Or limited governance. They want to get rid of most of like the shareholder proposal things you're seeing other exchanges. They're definitely not going to do things like NASDAQ where they're promoting diversity and you want to know why? Because two of the 22 people leading, the exchange are diverse human beings. Meanwhile, the state of Texas is about 37% white but they somehow managed to find a leadership team. That was almost all white. They also named seven directors. Do you want to know how many of them are? Diverse. In any way zero, they are all white men, 100% white. Men that means 29 people were named to leadership of the Texas Stock Exchange 29 people. And they found one black man and one woman. In a state where 37 or 40% of the state are is white. The rest is a beautiful diverse, pallet of humanity. That is really what the anti-walker asking for. There's not, they can. Were pro-business, right? you can be pro-business and a woman or not a white person, you that's those two things are not like, they're The Venn diagram of pro-business and diversity. you know, actually has overlap a surprising amount of overlap, they're not mutually exclusive, what they're really saying is we want to go back to 1957. When it was, when nobody asked us to do, when white dudes, could just make some decisions and nobody questioned it, like I can come home and dinner is cooked for me, which by the way I do, all the cooking, right? My wife's cooking is terrible. So I so this it would never happen in my house anyway, so I'm glad I live in 2024. But if you want like this is like the asshole underneath the asshole, right? Because you read that they, you know, nobody cares when they announced a leadership team, or a board. Everybody's wondering what the Texas Stock Exchange rules are going to be for listing. They're planting on launching in 2025, and listing, listing services by, I think by 2026. And everybody's interested what those rules are going to be including Elon Musk who just read a message to Texas because investors said that was fine. And is likely to look at something like the Texas, Texas Stock Exchange, where he has less of a disclosure burden and there's no reason why he wouldn't switch Tesla over there. He already treats Tesla, like, it's his personal piggy banks, so he can fund his other Ventures. And investors are all okay with this for reasons that are baffling to me, I don't I governance if you have a stewardship team and you voted for anything, Tesla does, what do you need a stewardship team for not doing anyone else's, does zero analysis being done? Because there's so many conflicts of interest that were laid out in an entire, like, you don't need me to tell you, you don't need free flow analytics data to show you, you just need to read what Chancellor and McCormick wrote in like a 100 page lawsuit. She literally went step by step and talked about how fucking compromise these people are, and what they want is to be compromised on purpose. So it's a closed system again. Choose your friends, your brothers, your uncle, you can choose like your Barber, you can put them on the board. Nobody's gonna tell you what to do. You don't have to disclose anything anymore. Forget to close in you know stuff about your Workforce that you know it's probably material but you don't want to do we because you don't care about forget, disclosing things like G emissions which you know hurricane. There's headlines saying that hurricane Helene was 200 times more likely because of climate change. You know, we don't need to disclose anything that. About climate change, it was you fuck that. That's that's annoying. Instead, what we're gonna have is a leadership team and a board 29 human beings. One of whom is a woman one woman out of 29. Nicole Chambers is her name and one man, one black man, his name is Harvey Cloyd and he was is basically he had a long, you know, News segment about how he was ripping off. He's a pastor and he was ripping off his his, his church. Brilliant, brilliant, it's really brilliant. Number two, see when I get to ask, like, I I talk for much longer number two. This is how seriously we take directors, speaking of how seriously we take governance. Here's headline member of TKO, board of directors to fire Roman Reigns from WWE doodle. One major reason, potential of explored. So, all right, this is like a speculative piece it shows up because we track everything about board members. This is a wrestling fan. I don't know if you anybody watches wrestling but it's a wrestling fan talking about a wrestling storyline. Now, I don't know anything about the storyline, but he is speculating. that new TKO director Dwayne, The Rock Johnson, Will actually be joining a wrestling storyline. That is ongoing. I love The Rock in the movies. He's in. I actually think he seems like a pretty, you know, swell dude, but what do I know? I don't know. I don't know for anything. But I do know that according to disclosures, he got a 30 million dollar licensing deal and restricted stock units, which is actually higher than our manual and who's running TKO. And that's on top of a 491,000 dollar ongoing royalty deal. He has with WWE, which is now part of TKO. He is making a tremendous amount of money, and you have to wonder whether the his being on the board is now a stunt if people are speculating that he's gonna come off the board and like, join a wrestling match. First of all, that might be the coolest thing, a directors ever done. Second of all, it might also be the weirdest thing of directors ever done. Like you have investors are going to vote on whether this is dual class company so your vote doesn't matter, but investors ostensibly supposed to vote. And whether or not he's qualified to be a board member. He arguably is arguably, also shouldn't be part of an ongoing storyline. I don't know how I feel about this, but what I do know is this is how seriously like these companies take these board members, right? Like why not make everyone like, you know, if you are at Netflix, why not make the entire cast of The Witcher, your bored? It's great, it's great marketing. You can send them out there, you can give them stock units because fuck it, who cares? Like, like nobody's paying attention. Anyway, everyone's gonna vote them in a 96% rate, you know? Four anyway. What do you need? Serious Professionals for on there? And I'm not saying the Rocks, not a series professional, but I am wondering. What are we doing? Investors. Are you doing any analysis on these directors at all? Because like, what are we doing here? This is the speculation we can get to. Let's just do it that way. and number three, just as headline. Fundamentally misunderstanding how power works on at companies. Charles Schwab CEO Walt bettinger to retire at end of 2024, Rick wurster to replace him. Okay. You probably already know this but stop me when this gets interesting. You know, Charles Schwab is on the board of Charles Schwab, right? Charles Schwab the guy, who founded the company owns 6% of it. So when you say CEO Walt bettinger to retire and Rick wurster to replace him, is that really news? Isn't the news just Charles Schwab, still on board of company. He founded and makes all calls. This is not a dual-class company. He doesn't own voting control, but he owns 6% of it, which is outpacing. Even BlackRock, bettinger, meanwhile is going to retire owning point. Zero one percent of the company and Wooster before the golden handshake, the inevitable golden handshake. When he joins as when you become CEO has point zero, zero one percent, So tell me who's making the calls. Oh shit. Also mentioned that Charles Schwab's Daughter. Sits on the board. She's a long time Schwab, professional and executive. She also sits on the board. So enjoy Rick. Enjoy your time as CEO. Until Charles Schwab dies. And then everything just goes to his daughter and she then calls the shots. She's inevitably going to be CEO or executive chair, right? There's not another thing. So these headlines are so misleading. I almost feel like everyone needs to sign on. To free flow. Analytics.com and look it up because we have Charles Schwab at 64% of the influence on this board. He basically owns the board because who's gonna be in that room and tell the 86 year old founder of the company. Yeah. No, we're not gonna do that. Oh, we want, you know, Gary to be the new CEO, not Rick. Come on. All right. So those three options The true anti-wolf the house. Seriously investors actually take the rest directors and just misunderstanding perpetually misunderstanding up power works. I don't know that two of those are really assholes. I actually think there's only one option here which is The true anti-walk, ask the Texas Stock Exchange is a magnificent asshole pretending like like we're all pro-business and we're all, you know, like we're representing this Southeast quadrant of the United States. And we're, you know, we want to facilitate all the get out. You want fucking white dudes to run everything. That's it. One woman and one black guy. 27 leadership positions are white men, 27, you couldn't even find one Hispanic person. In a state that is like, 340%. Hispanic The Unbelievable, so good for them. Let's go on to exhausting us as if you were an exhausted, just listening to just me All right, I got three quick ones. A Florida Congressman wants you to subsidize the state's flood insurance. What? Democrat from Florida Jared Moskowitz says, it can't just be on one state or two states to deal with this. Yeah, it can be, it can be. What do you actually wants? This is a guy who voted for the anti-esg bill. He he wants to have a pooled money at the federal level that pays for insurance claims. And places like Florida effectively, he wants us to subsidize millionaires you know, beachfront homes. It's and even if he doesn't. This is a state that does not believe in. Climate change doesn't do anything about climate change. You know, DeSantis talks about it all the time. It's a hoax. Now, you want us to pay for the insurance because of climate disasters. Pay for your own fucking insurance. Number two. Meta is ready to inject AI images of you into your Instagram and Facebook feeds. Um, okay, I'm not on anything meta. It's part of their imagine me feature on Instagram, where I guess you take fake. Glorious selfies and, and you can post them This is the quote. This is a quote from the article from a podcast or the New York Times. Well, imagine you're talking about fishing with your friend. And all the sudden because you clicked on some fishing stuff you're just scrolling through your Instagram feed and you see a picture of yourself and fishing outfit, going fishing. That sounds horrible. That sounds horrible. They're gonna make it look like what you're doing. Like, AI is gonna doesn't sound. Terrifying and like just another step of I just can't wait for the fun side benefit of body dysmorphia that comes with this, right? Because he's like you're scrolling through your feet and there's AI generated pictures of you that are filtered and you know making you look like like something isn't real but like doing some fantastic things and then looking around at your schlubby house or apartment or like you know bedroom that you're you know, borrowing from your parents and there's clothes everywhere and you've got zits and you're like This is the isn't this the problem? They're basically generating fake images of you now. Now it's not even I'm gonna go to some you know like make it look like my life is better than it is by going out to dinner and taking like selfies with amazing food. And then pretending like that's my life now it's AI will do that for me. You'll all think I'm amazing and amazing. Look better looking than I am and whatever. But you still have to go out into the real world. You still have to like get on a school bus or like, you know, like commute into work and see your co-workers. That's fucking horrible. So that's just every time I read anything that they're doing, it's just exhausting like and also it's not meta. It's Mark right? It's Mark runs. Zuckerberg is injecting AI images of you. In fact, if you change every headline that said, metuh in it to Mark Zuckerberg, it would be creepy and no one would like it. Mark Zuckerberg is ready to inject AI images of you in to your Instagram feed. Oh, that's just creepy. Get out of my feet mark. Last one. And this is on the back of the Dock Workers. The most common us export is oh, can I get a Dremel? Look at that. It's almost like this. And empty container. That's right. The most common us export is an empty container. In fact 75% of containers on ships from the US returning to foreign countries. So he got shipped here empty and they're sending a ship back. 75% of those containers are empty. Empty. Container ships, emitted 221.5 million metric, tons of carbon dioxide in 2022. That's in aggregate. And it's the most of any shipping group like this. You know, you can ship a lot of stuff and these are container ships. Particularly even if an estimated 50% of the containers were empty on return trips That would mean some 56 million metric tons of carbon dioxide are spent moving empty boxes around the Earth. Does the equivalent of 13 million? Gas powered cars, 7, million houses or two point six billion. Barbecues A lot of barbecues, I mean we barbecue a lot in the US but that's a lot 75% of containers on ships from the US going back. Our empty You can't figure that out. That is that's an insane. Insanely inefficient system. Let's do that. All right, so those are the three options. Florida, Congressman wants you to subsidize their flood insurance. Fuck you. Mark is ready to inject AI images into your Instagram feed and the most common us export is an empty container I'm going to say the winner, there is the empty container, arguably, it could be Mark. Mark is I think perpetually exhausting to me but I'm gonna go with The container and no one can stop me because it's just me. Let's go headline. Yes. There are a lot of good headlines this week. And then we'll wrap up the week. A winner and some predictions headline is. All right, so I want to Read this one, Nate, bargatze name to National Comedy Center Advisory Board. Yeah, I don't know. You know, if you're stand up comedian fans, stand up, comedy fans. Nate Bargains, he's stand up comedian. I did not know there was a National Comedy Center. I did not know that the National Comedy Center had an Advisory Board. I do now know that there are 25 members on that board. 44% are women? Look at that. Look at that Texas. You see how it's done? Stand-up comedy. Comedy figured it out. 44% women. Four out of the 25 are people of color only 16%? That's not great. And there are even two nepo babies, Joan Dangerfield, and Reign prior are on this Advisory Board. Now Rain Pryor is actually stand-up comic and Joan Dangerfield, just manages the Dangerfield assets and Foundation I believe, but still 25 members. There's some like this some decent diversity on this board and and now Nate Bargas he's on it, I don't find him particularly Hilarious. But I don't know what this board really does, or their governing. I love the headline. I like the headline that like comedian. Can you imagine that board meeting? You got like 12. You have 25 comes in a room and you're like, let's get down to some serious business. Isn't someone isn't like four people always goofing off in that room. They get is it who's the adult in that room? I know Amy Poehler's on the board. Maybe she's the adult. She was um like she wasn't Parks and Rec, here's another one. Parrots orchestrate, brutal revenge on small town after deforestation drove them out of their home's. I first of all, I love this. What the Pirates are doing. All around. This is in Brazil. I believe they all around. They cut down the rainforest for farmland. And the Pirates have moved into the City and they're chewing on power lines. How about this? One climate change threat to winter sports prompts agreement between ski Chiefs and you as un experts, the international Olympic Committee last year, warned that only 10 countries would be able to host snow Sports by 240 because a climate change which means like Olympics will only circulate around 10 different countries and and as if it gets even hotter, it's like one country is going to hold, there will be no Winter Olympics but this is what the head of the ski Chief organization said, You'll handle it. Oh Elias climate change. Is simply put an existential threat? To skiing and snowboarding? Yeah. Correct. That's great, though. I like that ski Chief should get any on the action. And finally, you have to because every week there is one and there was one this week. Jamie dimon says, America used to be a can do Nation now. It's his bureaucratic as Europe, Jamie dimon. All right, who won the week? Um, I have two winners. Number one winner is parrots, I mean Pirates, don't get in the news, nearly enough. The number two winner is Rio de Janeiro where their mayor in Rio just promised to use the Public Funding. To give every citizen access to ozempic. So there would be quote, no more fat people in our city. Wow. Congratulations. Rio. If finally predictions my predictions are Damien, will be back next week at least I hope you will mostly because I do this show every day by myself. I be bored out of my mind. And then here's my other prediction. After reading this headline, QVC gets into the live sports business with Pro pickleball, QVC is the Home Shopping Network. I think that ESPN counters. This by starting ESPN shop where they auctioned cheap perfume and dog hair vacuums, the inevitable. They've already got a ESPN Beth. They got ESPN. One, two, three. The old show. Why not? He has been shut up. We just sell perfume worn by athletes. It's not a good idea. All right, fine, that's all I got. I'm your animals to Emma's cardi. I am currently free flow.
