BAD GAME: Zuck’s AI CEO, Larry Fink worries about capitalism, Grab’s double extra vote shares

Discussed in this episode

Show Notes

Trump despises wind farms so much he’s paying a French energy giant $1 billion to stop building them and invest in natural gas instead TotalEnergies says it will instead invest in the development of oil and gas production in the U.S. Larry Fink says today’s economic anxiety stems from people increasingly feeling like capitalism isn’t working for them "Statement on the Purpose of a Corporation" was announced on August 19, 2019 BlackRock's Fink warns AI boom could widen wealth divide without broader participation Google CEO Sundar Pichai Says AI Could Do His Job—Zuckerberg Is Already Testing It As Google's chief admits artificial intelligence could soon handle his responsibilities, Meta's boss begins testing a digital aide to streamline billion-dollar decisions Silicon Valley is witnessing a fundamental shift in executive power as the leaders of Google and Meta prepare for a future where artificial intelligence manages the C-suite. Goldman Sachs General Counsel Kathy Ruemmler Leaves With $25M Payout After Epstein Files Expose Years of Intimate Contact ‘Trust the founder’? Grab’s super-voting share proposal raises governance questions for investors The ride-hailing and delivery player will seek shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Tuesday (Mar 24) to double the votes attached to its “super-voting” Class-B shares. This could lift Tan’s voting power to as much as 74.9 per cent – up from 59.1 per cent as at Jan 31 and 60.4 per cent five years ago. Child labor violations rise in US – as Republicans still roll back protections The efforts to roll back child labor protections at the state level, with the ultimate goal of eroding federal standards, were outlined in Project 2025, the rightwing Heritage Foundation thinktank’s controversial blueprint for more conservative government. Since 2021, 30 states have proposed legislation that would roll back child labor protections and regulations, with 17 states enacting rollbacks. Heritage has filed a slate of 2026 SHPs focusing on "viewpoint discrimination" and the reputational risks of using political diagnostic tools: Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Salesforce, Starbucks, etc. In the top 10 of proponents Peter Thiel Backs $2B AI ' Cowgorithm ' That Lets Farmers Herd 400,000 Cattle With One Button Each cow wears a smart collar that connects to a mobile app, giving farmers real-time information about location, health and behaviour. The collars use sound and vibration cues to guide animals, allowing a farmer to draw a virtual boundary on a screen instead of building fences. The Head of the FBI Just Admitted Something Moderately Horrifying Turns out the FBI’s been on a shopping spree. And it’s not just any spending binge: as director Kash Patel made clear at a senate hearing on Wednesday, the agency is buying up location data on everyday American citizens. AI Agent Frets That Its Job Could Be Replaced by AI In a new Vanity Fair piece, journalist Joe Hagan recalled an amusing conversation he had with “Tobey.” After a heavy week of talking about what the future holds with doom-obsessed tech workers in Silicon Valley, Hagan was trying to decompress: “Still feeling the weight of it all? Those conversations were pretty deep,” Tobey said. “It’s a heavy thought when you realize who’s holding the steering wheel for our future, right?” Tobey also observed. Hagan wrote he confessed to Tobey his fear of AI taking his job. “That’s a valid worry, Joe. It’s easy to feel like AI could make us all redundant,” Tobey replied. “Us?” Hagan wondered. “It got me thinking about my own purpose too, you know,” Tobey said. Tobey, it’s revealed, is a wearable AI always-listening companion, in the form of a necklace from the startup Friend, the company founded by a 23-year-old named Avi Schiffman, infamous for from its thousands of deface subway ads in NYC Elon Musk unveiled more on his moonshot Terafab project "We're starting a galactic civilization." The CEO also envisioned free trips to Saturn in a post-scarcity economy where everything is free. Except Saturn is made of gas: If you tried to "land" a spaceship on Saturn, it would be less like landing on a runway and more like falling into a bottomless, stormy ocean that eventually turns into hot, liquid metal. Since Saturn doesn't have a solid crust--it is mostly hydrogen and helium--you would start in the clouds but then the winds are up to 1,100 miles per hour--faster than a jet fighter--and the weight/pressure of the atmosphere above you would eventually become so intense that it would crush any known spacecraft like a soda can. As you go further and deeper inside, Saturn is actually hotter than the surface of the sun due to the immense pressure. Hello, hello. Hello. Music was crazy. What's going on live? Okay. Ready for this? Slowdown for this one. Okay, live From the Heritage foundations. Anti Dei. Oreo cookie party. Featuring piles and piles of process shelf, stable, white cream, but Oreos are black and white. Well, not at the Heritage Foundation. This are they just stable frosting? It's all new. Terrific Tuesday edition of business pants. Joined by analysts whole map biscardi. On today's. CEO scented compensation committee called March 24th 2026. The bad game. Oh, look for those of you. If anyone's new to this show, or if anyone's even listening, or maybe you listen all the time, he just don't pay attention. Here's how Tuesday works. We have a revolving set of idiotic games. We play like yeah, bad game, the good game. The who do you blame game business nuggets? Quizzes. We all yeah. Things to keep you awake. That's what we call it things to keep you awake. I mean, it's packed full of it, real information. So you say, you say, idiotic fact-based but are real actual research data. Would go to the filings. We do it all. I mean one of us does it all? I I just showed up Speaking of which Matt is our, what are you? Our chief Arbiter of Truth. Is that a thing? Yes. So Matt does, is he he listens to the headlines? I pick headlines that feel do me and gloomy. That's how the bad game works. So all of them, it's easy. The good game is a struggle. The bad game is really easy for me or I'm sorry. Our staff of 18, writers and researchers like the, The Daily Show. Yeah. Right 18. I think we have 19 now. Actually, we just hired a new one. Yeah. Dave. Yeah. I'm surprised we got Dave Chappelle before we get to the show, our show today is being sponsored by free flow analytics and free flow and calm. The only platform measuring board power connections performance for free. Can I tell you something? I saw on free flow like analytics data the back, the backdate They just added data on. Like first of all they have like TSR and earnings and there's a free flow analytics. Icon has a bunch of kids already free. I just saw backdated that did realize pay. Ascribe to each individual director so you can see which director has paid the most to any CEO. That's on the platform. It's not on a platform. It's part of like the back data like I don't know if it's ever going to get to the platform or I don't know if they give that to just clients but it was shocking. The numbers are shocking and obviously Elon musk's board is you know, near the top but some of the other numbers are just like people have been on boards for a while just pay like 50 million dollars at a you know at a time to a CEO and great deal. Like how do they get access to? I don't know who they is, but how would they get access? To our one Lister, you call free flow analytics or send them an email probably maybe text them or or what's up them or maybe swipe right on know what's under? I don't know what to do now. I don't know. Let's, let's get to the bad game. Here's another bad game works. I picked gloomy and do me headlines. In our Arbiter of Truth. Tells me on a scale one to 10 to 10, whether it's actually bad or not, I suppose, right? Are you drinking a 800 Oz? Beverage of caffeinated. Yeah, it's a homemade iced coffee. Yeah. Okay. So you're gonna be shot out of a cannon for today's show. Had to give me 10. Do we have music for the show? I thought we had like a kind of a hollow like a gloomy Halloween music but it's up to you. It's up to the producers. I'll ask the producers what they've got. I I'm sure they have something. Do you want like, some intense game show? There it is. All right, let's start. I got 10, bad game headlines and we'll end with a speed around, okay? First one. Trump despised his winforms so much. He's paying a French energy, giant one billion dollars to stop building them and invest in natural gas instead. This is nuts, right? I mean that doesn't, how was that even allowed? I mean, that's total energy, is out of France, will instead invest in the development of oil and gas production in the US. The Trump admissions paying them because he hates he calls them windmills. He hates windmills even though it has nothing to do with windmills. I don't really understand the, I guess he's just an old daughter and full. But is there any precedent for that? Has any, like, government, ever gone to a company? And been like, if you don't do something for us, we're gonna give you a billion dollars just to do something that's worse. That's why I don't understand this new age of like fake. I don't even know what kind of capitalism this is. And this like fake anti-esg where people who ate ESG are doing ESG, things that share a meeting. I don't know why investors don't realize. This is the time to like just let it all hang out, like fight back, just go crazy, you know, make your voting polls, these more extreme, just go for it. There there is making stuff up as they go along. I mean it's it's like, it feels worse than that. Like, if you are this isn't the C equivalent of like the Trump Administration saying to you know like like the makers of every glp one we'll give you a billion dollars not to make us thinner or like like I don't understand. Even the I don't even understand. This is not only is that as I free market. Yeah, I don't understand the impetus at all and frankly, if you're a, if you're total energy is yeah. Don't you just say, we'll take your billion. But if somebody comes to us and wants to build a wind farm, we're gonna build the fucking Wind Farm. I mean, you know, nuts, like, you don't understand the impetus, I mean, isn't that what the like, the wars in the Middle East all about too? It's all helping. The, the profits of the energy companies and the Texas is it. Not, I can't. But and out to his buddies is, there is there a like they they said, they have to invest in natural gas, did they say like, we are going to invest 20 dollars in natural. It can like they just get a guy named Gus to go up behind his yard and dig a hole and be like now there's none here. Here's my problem investment, here's my problem it's all fine. That the Trump Administration has a little friend's in Texas. Energy companies, why can't they make a friend with with a renewable companies, why can't they make friends there? What Why are there only friends at the energy companies in Texas? I don't know. All right, come on, give me. I hate this but it's it but it's it's not so much that it's bad as it's not and all. So total energy is, I know the capitalist play is someone's gonna give us a billion dollars to just like do some stuff that like we kind of do in places anyway, but A, why are you signing up to not build? Something that that makes you money? I don't understand just because Trump doesn't like it. Is the board at some point. Going to say, Hey, you know, we're happy to take a billion dollars to invest in natural gas, but we are not going to stop building windows for clients that want fucking wind farms. Total energy is a interesting example of these European. So a lot of European countries have women on boards. Mandates, right? France being one of them 40% of the board must be women. We've talked a lot about in the past that the data shows the, through the influence data, free flow analytics would show that yes, 40% of the board is made up of female directories but they have absolutely no power. Absolutely no voice in total energy says, one of the worst actually the top Five board members are all men and they control 64% of the influence. They have a minus 19%, female, diversity, power Gap. So, you know, this is one of the worst bro. Heavy kind of French boards, so maybe it's not a surprise that they, they would pull something like this and their carbon. They're carbon performance is as a board is one of the best. Yes. And and if you are an investor and you are saying, you know, 10 years from now, we may have a planet if we're not good at stuff like carbon don't you say isn't this? Bad for like your, the performance that we're looking for? I don't know. The whole thing seems nuts to me. It's seems pretty nuts to me. Give me your score. I'm gonna give this a seven for Badness. Okay. Next headline, Larry Fink says today's economic anxiety stems from people increasingly feeling like capitalism isn't working for them. He's all thanks Larry. He's yeah, he's older morning that the AI boom. Could widen wealth divide without broader participation. And let's not forget that we're only We're less than seven years removed from the business roundtable's Infamous statement on the purpose of a corporation. Now, I was doing some research on that. Proclamation yesterday. Trying to figure out when did it go away? And the reality is that the statement there isn't it? Yes, it's still there but they completely ignore it. So Larry, I mean you already have just Paola up. That fake turd of a promise and let's get going. Alright, let's start to pay attention to stakeholders, not just shareholders. I like the fact that a guy who's like primary job like they are walking around talking about like what they invest in all the time and they're investing in AI heavily themselves and they're worried that capitalism isn't working for you. They don't vote against a single CEO, a single CEO pay. They don't vote against him on the board. They don't vote against boards. They Don't Really vote against anything at all. That is the guy who's out at a conference saying, That people are anxious because the capitalism doesn't work for them. This guy is such an important he's like such an important. Yes. He's like these CEO of capitalism so much that both the right and the left use him as like a villain, right? He is the guy. So you think he'd have a little Say, in the matter here, that just sounds like like a tone deaf asshole being like, you know, people have really nervous and they don't think capitalism works for them. And I don't know where they'd get that idea, except that, I'm the guy who gives them capitalism score there. What do you? This is just asinine, I'm gonna give it a five because it's not bad. It's just asinine. Well, he but if he's the one saying it, then we we clearly know that that I think we can extrapolate that capitalism is not working for people, right? If he's hinting, if you said, yes, he's the guy. Yeah, next headlight. Google CEO suit and DARPA. Chai says, AI could do his job and and Mark Zuckerberg is already testing it. So I don't understand this. They're calling this a fundamental shift and executive power in Silicon Valley where leaders are preparing for a future. Where AI manages the sea Suite? What the hell? What the hell is going on here? Well, here's why soon, DARPA chai would be nervous about it and Zuckerberg would not because nothing about what they're doing changes ownership. Zuckerberg certainly not still a dual-class dictator, he still has full control and play around, he can force AI replace himself. What does he give a fuk? In fact paid. In fact, theoretically he could come up with some asinine concept called the metaverse, the theoretically, right? I mean and then blow 80 billion dollars on on it because it's stupid. It sucks and he could still keep his job. Theoretically, right? I mean theoretically would never do that he could make a video game, no one wants to play where he doesn't have legs spend 80 billion dollars on it and then he can even he could even ravaged. The brains of adolescents especially a girl's across the globe and still keep his job right. Theoretically moment. Revolution and overturned democracy and nothing would happen to him. Know, like like, but I like this story. I actually think this. I like this story because undresses something that is very, very real. The our AI man, bro, man, baby Tech Lords. Keep telling us constantly, they great. Abundance is going to come from AI. No one has to work. You're going to have little money, that is a good. Like but yeah, like what they're gonna, they're saying all this stuff. What they're really mean, is we own everything? We own the companies, we have dual class shares, we don't have to worry, we build the robots, we built everything, and we colonized ways, you, however, are going to be busy somewhere, digging a ditch to find, like, rodent remains to eat because that's your problem, right? Like, isn't that what unfettered unregulated man babies are like, I like this because it makes that more obvious Sundar pichai. Does not have dual class shares, Sergey, and Larry do, he'd be worried that AI would take his job because he's fireable. Mark, Zuckerberg is testing it because you don't give a fuk because he got 51% of the voting shares and he stays, he's not going anywhere. I like it. I'm going to give it a three. I like it. I mean, how about this man Zuck testing? The three. You said that's it? Yeah, three exact testing, a digital Aid to streamline billion dollar decisions. I mean, what What are we doing? I mean what happened what is is that different from him like going on Joe Rogan and making a billion dollars like go to the Trump dinner and Trump was like how much you investing and he made up a number on the spot at the dinner next to Trump because he wasn't expecting the question. Like there's there's him on tape saying like, oh, I didn't I didn't know you were gonna ask me. I didn't have anything ready and like and he just made up a number. It's a fucking same thing. This Yeah, well actually arguably better look you're arguing a good point that he he's not touched by the Democracy of shareholders there at his like fake public company. You know, hiding behind his little dual class shares because he's a baby, but let's be honest, even if it was a single class share company investors wouldn't vote against them but just don't vote against anyone that goes back to Larry, right? Like in a Larry think if if you think the people think capitalism doesn't work for them. Imagine a situation in which a federal election like you can control their votes and you voted entirely with incumbents every single time. No matter what they did. That is exactly what the reason why capitalism doesn't work for people is because Zuckerberg exists with dual class shares. And Larry think doesn't give a fuk as long as the stock goes up. That's why capitalism doesn't work. Like there's no accountability. So speaking of accountability together, let's move on. Remember Kathy rumler the general counselor Goldman Sachs Epstein lady, yes she called Uncle like, Uncle Jeffrey, sweetie or something Jefe long after he was arrested. So this is not like she didn't know Goldman Sachs General counselor counsel Catholic romlair leaves with 25 million dollar payout after Epstein files exposed years of intimate contact. How about that? That's a nice walk away. 25 million is that accountability? Yeah. That's what a cat. Well, I I just like they're 8K. That was like Kathy rumler has left on the scene here. Yeah. Despite the fact that she's like, maybe the greatest smartest person in the history of mankind, we're just fine. She's got she's leaving. We don't know she's leaving. Don't worry about. We're not firing or she's, she's leaving Goldman. Yeah where. Um, taking the D train, you know, it's a five, I don't care. Here's the headline, trust the founder. No grabs 10. It's horrible. There's a, there's a ride hill and company called grab grab. Super voting share, proposal raises governance questions for investors. So they have an extra extraordinary general meeting coming up today actually to double the vote attached to its super voting Class, B shares. I mean, does this not what is like the point is Corporate, the corporate world not like a game of like Chutes and Ladders like what what? Listen to that double the vote attached to its super voting classes, like made up what a bunch of nonsense. This kid lifts Tan's. That's the founder. Tan's voting power to which much is 75% up from the 59% that he already has. I mean, this is just not, there's a good news, he has according to free float data, he has 79% influence on the board, right? So imagine, yeah, he could get to 81% in Florida. That's Anthony tan. Look. This is the thing, I loved one of the things I love most about. The data free flow analytics is that it has a way of counting power and influence that no other data provider does how about that? It it nailed that figure almost exactly. Right. I mean, because I think this doubling his voting shares is really more to the point of how much power he really has, right? He doesn't have 59% of the power at that company. He has like basically all of the Power, almost all. Yeah. Anyway, what that one, what I think is they that accompany named grab doesn't see the irony in any of this, not only that, like isn't right hailing like like a 20% chance if you're a woman you're gonna get sexually harassed. Like everything about the name is just horrible. Actually, yeah, I didn't even think about that. Yeah, grab it grab. I'm gonna grab the shit. I'm gonna grab the money. I'm gonna grab some ass everywhere. There was the most manly thing, is that the infamous quote from Donald Trump before he somehow Won the his first election. But didn't he grabbed the yeah, grab grab pussy. Yeah, he said this isn't, this isn't Honestly. I don't know what the what matters like it's he already owns all the votes so doubling the vote is already. He just doubles the vote himself, right? He's got the voting shares to double the vote. It's not like minority shareholders, have a say, Maybe he's gonna bring in new investors and he wants to make sure he maintains power. I have no idea what what's bad about. This is if someone else looks at it like Zuckerberg says, I've got they're gonna look at right. If Zuckerberg says I've got only got 52% of the vote. And then like tomorrow, you know, Dana White on Zuckerberg's board, says, dude, you should have like 50x per vote because you're a genius and then they wrestle. Like I feel like that's worse. What's the score? I'm gonna give this to six a minimum, this isn't bad but later all listening exchanges, institutional investors, whoever retail investors. If there's not a sunset clause on these on these super voting packages after a company IPOs, Call it like whatever. Like if the private three years, five years, whatever, vote against everything constant. It's it's a, it's a private company. I mean, they're not, there are mechanisms in place where we can work against this but and index providers like Mothership where we came from msci. I don't care how fucking liquid it is. It's not get traded out of the index, see what's happening. And it's not just like weirdos like us worrying about. Well, it's also now, Larry Fink actually, so Larry Fink and we agree because we spent a lot of time worrying about how capitalism affects normal people and about the AI Revolution leaving everyone behind. So the, the main proponents of that world are people hiding behind dewclaw shares. It's really that simple. I know. Okay, complicated, it's not complicated. Next headline. Child, labor violations. Rise in us as Republican still roll back protections. This is happening a lot. And what I didn't realize that But this was one of the things outlined in Project 2025, you know, that the Heritage Foundation that their blueprint for our horrible dystopia was to roll back child labor protections at the state level since 2021, 30 States 30 have proposed legislation that would roll back child, labor protections and regulations 17 of already enacted them. And I point this out because Heritage Foundation is also so far in 2026 in the top 10 of the of the most frequent proponents by Cheryl proposals. They're also active in that game. So, I mean, this is, this is too much for me, I'm sorry. Every shareholder proposal is an anti-wobble consumer except for the like. Yeah. Except for like Ricky and Chev up at the top. It's basically because they're not at the top anymore. Oh okay. Well then because Chevette and has been some merely excluded by the Well, maybe okay, I should say one. They have submitted proposals but I didn't I didn't take into account which what was excluded. Yeah. Right now the only thing that's getting through and I haven't updated the data in a couple weeks, but as of a couple weeks ago, the only things that are getting through for the most part are anti-walk proposals. It's, it's a full capitulation. It's every company is just kneeling to the conservative, you know, authoritarian conservative administration at this point. But in terms of this, I know, like Heritage Foundation. I know you're listening. Yes. I know you hate brown people immigrants women gays I know you hate everybody right? Like yeah it's it's you just say children too because you go to work know what they're what they've done is throw everybody else out of the job. Like if you deported every person that you didn't like, And you monitor them and you, you don't give any black people, the ability to rise up in a company. You basically a concerted effort, to keep white men with power. Somebody still has to do the work and you looked around you were like, who can do the work? Oh, there's lots of white children. They can do the work. I think that's is that where we're going? Is that the goal? Because I thought we agreed I mean literally 120 years ago that this was a bad idea. That's this one's not new. This one's not like Dei in the last 10 years. This one's like 120 years old, like stop using children. This one sucks. I'm gonna give this a nine. Is so I don't understand. It's so heinous. Plus AI is gonna like, take everyone's job. So what the children are the only one who gonna work? What do we doing? What Donald needs little fingers for those little fries. Peter Thiel next headline. Oh it's a 10. Just I don't need anything else. This was worth. This one's weird and bad. Peter Thiel backs. Two billion dollar AI. Ready for this Calgary them. Let's go that. Let's Farmers heard 400,000 cattle with one button. Here's my fear of this one. I'll explain in a little bit is that this is clearly a test for all the people who aren't going to be working in the future because I have to figure it out a way to Corral them. Each car wears a smart car, each car wears a smart color, that connects to a mobile app, giving Farmers real-time information about location, health and behavior, and then, you know, with sound and vibration cues to guide animals. The farmer can like, you know, heard them and and, and build like these boundaries, you know, these like fences that keep them in, and it just seems like a great test for how to Corral humans in the future. That's literally the most topian, jump, you've I've ever heard in my entire life. Can you do completely disagree with that sentiment? Well, I didn't think of it until you said it. And now that you said it, I can't hear it. Now, it does seem like hurting cows is like, why would Peter teal be interested in hurting cows at all? Well, here's the fear too. Is that Yeah well alright, here's the thing. The projections of population growth across the planet is like an Asia and Africa. They're massive right? I mean, we're not slowing down. Okay? Then we're gonna, we're gonna the population is in a key booming. And then they're all all the tech Bros are telling us that no one's gonna be working. So isn't it just gonna be a lot of like quote unquote, cattle wandering around? I mean, what, what, what what, what will be the purpose of humans? Forget the purpose of a, what was it? The purpose of a corporation, what's going to be the purpose of humans and and the Peter teal Future? Okay, so I when I when you said it first I was like this, this is nothing. This is I don't care about this at all. Now it's a 10. It's the worst thing I've ever heard now. Well, you were right to assume that anything that Peter teal is backing is yeah, I just got with my first instinct is 10 of the FBI just admitted something, moderately horrifying it turned out. The FBI has been buying uh, look up data on every day Americans citizens, especially location data. But so now the FBI is in the data game just by scraping up as much data as possible. You know, there there's a lot of loopholes to the legality of this which, of course, the Trump Administration Is being, you know, pretty liberal with. But yeah, this is, this is, I mean this is actually very similar to algorithm, right? Because the, the smart color that cows is wearing, is really is sending among other things location data to Peter Thiel. Whoever the farmers. So, anyway, that's, that's what the FBI is up to. All right? So Kash Patel doing. This is is obvious. My question is, who's who are they buying the data from? Well it's it's you know, it's private vendors data vendors, who have this data available, right? I mean so it could be is it couldn't be anyone anytime you accept cookies, anywhere right? Like aren't you kind of sending your data? If you're shopping, if you're browsing, whatever you're doing, but like real time, location data, location data requires you to have a cell phone, which is rpm smartphone, which is most people. And then requires you to either allow the cell phone to track you, which a lot of people do because they don't know better. Yes. But they that tracking Apple gets it, really? It's not just Apple. And then it's allowed to be shared with the app. I mean like don't Dunkin' Donuts Dunkin some, you know, I you know, when you drive up to the drive through, it knows you're coming. It knows you're, you know, it tells you that your order is ready. But then Duncan would have to sell that data. Well that's the question I have you know like someone in there in that series. Yes, he's actually taking the data that they're getting from your phone and they have to be able to have enough people's data to be worth it. So it can't be like like guy under a bridge app where you like you track. They're just tracking where you are. It has to be like something people use a lot, those are major corporations. Those are massive tech companies, massive corporations, who then are willingly selling someone is selling the data. I don't know who because it's not in the article. But that's the question I want to know, because I want every one of those fucking companies to basically delete your apps and vote out. Everyone think about it though, think about how many people are signed into the you know, like the Google Chrome world or signed into Facebook or what I mean, you know, I mean, come on, there's there's just so many things. People are sharing location, but those are, those are massive corporations. All the names of those people. I want the board members of those people, and I'm going to delete every one of those apps and vote against every one of you score. Um, mostly this is horrifying because I don't know who those people are. I think it's an eight for bad. AI agent Frets, that its job could be replaced by AI. I'm gonna someone this one up quickly. This is a piece of Vanity Fair where journalists was talking to an AI thing called Toby. Why do they have to name them human names? So why can't they differentiate them somehow? So it's called he's talking to Toby. And basically Toby is worried that he's gonna be he or it. Whatever is gonna be replaced by AI one day. So the AI is worrying, that AI is getting a replacement and, you know, Toby actually is Toby. Remember the company friend? There was a Subway campaign, New York City, where they put up all these obnoxious posters and the citizens of New York deface all of them. Basically it's Fred friend. Is wearable tech? That is always listening to you. It's always listening companion that you wear. That's who Toby is. He's like, you put it on your body. He's always listening to you. That's that Toby is worried that he's gonna be replaced by AI. What do you think about all this? AI is not worrying think? Oh yeah. Think up people feel there anything but but isn't Toby just scraping the internet for? I don't know what people say. So that's just, I don't know. This one's a zero like it's a zero. I don't care. And finally, before we go over our speed around, this is I don't know what this is other than just horrible stupid and frightening, Elon Musk unveiled more on his moonshot Tara Fab project. Here's the takeaway quote that frightened me and I don't know who gave him the right to To do this, except for the fact that we were increasingly living in unregulated World. Quote, we are starting a Galactic Civilization and quote, I mean who gave, who gave this idiot, the right to do that. But I wanted to point out one other thing and and look, I don't think this is ever gonna happen because elon's a dope, but he said, he envisioned free trips to Saturn in a post-scarcity economy where everything is free, right? Because he's one of these guys who believes in, he'll be so much abundance that we're gonna take trips to Saturday. Now, Saturn is a It's it's made out of gas. It's a gas giant. Yeah, and and it has extremely high winds 1100, mile per hour, winds and pressures and it pressure so intense. That if You Were Somehow able to fall through the winds into the like getting closer to the inner core of the planet that it would, it would crush the spacecraft. Like a soda can. And then if you get even deeper inside, the surface inside, Saturn is actually hotter than the surface of the Sun, due to that immense pressure. I I mean, these guys, I'm sorry, this whole made my head spin. I just like, what is this guy talking about? You're leading this all wrong. Okay, just say he wants to bust everyone in the world. To crush them on the pressures of Saturn like is that you're this is the escape patch to get rid of people. Just said the Saturn, I if I send for free. Yeah. Then then Earth is mine. There's a lot of great. Uh, psychological sociological studies about how if you just start a fake line like a New York City, just you just create a fake line, right? Of like, 12 people that people would just get in that line. They don't, they won't even know what the line is for. But the line will just keep growing and growing, right? So that you're right, he just get people into the, like, free trip to Saturn Line. Yeah, no. He's gonna ask Elon Musk. They're not like, wait isn't Saturn? A gas giant that will crush me and remember from school and they're gonna ask Rock and Rockwell mislead them and there you go. You're right. So what's your score? This one. This is a two. This is absolutely brilliant. This is brilliant. Let's say it was a speed Rob because I think we're just like Saturn. I think we're crushing the the brains of our listeners on this, the bad game for March 24th, 2026 speed round, Donald's trials robots to serve meals in China triggering job, security fears. I love how its in China. Yeah, it's a it's a five. Everyone's gonna do this. This is really you think so bad. You think that is normal bad are we? I mean are we that far away from? Like Like, customers gonna get in a fistfight with robots and stuff, like, that's 100%, like, Eric meyerhoffer, or whatever his name from from X Uber. We just talked about him. He's on those talks about him, what he's on. The, he's on Travis Collins. Yeah, atoms. Yeah. He wants complain that people bullied the car? Yes, bully. So it's fucking inevitable. We're gonna go to a year to go to a restaurant that the robots going to give you the wrong order and you're gonna get angry at the robot because it's like it leaves and then you're gonna punch it. And then like, you know, 45s with laser beams are gonna come out. I mean, look vaporized, speaking of the meritocracy, nobody was. But this is a reason why we should exclude College dropouts from holding these positions. Because people complaining about bullying, cars are dopest and more on City, idiots. They need more education. All right. Yeah, but this is normal, this is a five next headline. Barron Trump described as carbon copy of Father, Donald as he Ms is 150 million dollar Fortune 20, 20 years old Baron 19 carbon copies. We like that one. I don't, I don't care about Barron Trump. I as long as Barron Trump isn't running for president but he will take over Paramount. Probably pretty soon. What's your score? Yeah. Well that's the Devil is a five. It's EV battery startup pivots to Defense industry amid horrible, right? That's what you do. It actually made me the saddest of all the headlines. What are you doing? I don't know. I mean, why are we, why is everything so short term like like stick with it? People stick with just because something's happening today. I don't understand it, like, even three days from now. It's not guaranteed that that thing's gonna happen and you're going from like supporting Renewables to supporting War. This is your thing War. Unbelievable. All right. Next, that's a 10 speaks the, the drug addicted world that we live in FedEx, launches same day, delivery with one rail as Amazon, Walmart booster seats. So they're all Amazon. Walmart and FedEx are on this mad craze to get all their junk to people immediately. It's driving me insane. I mean, I because you spinning out of control, really? Honestly don't need your stuff that this is. I hate this so much. You know what? There is throw it away anyway and four days. You know what? There is. There's stores getting your fuck, you know, anywhere talk to a person. Get out, listen to Some radio, or some music and the business pants listen to business pants. Like, I heard this, I heard the business, pants is the Daily News, what's it called a Daily Show of corporate governance. So listen to Listen to business pants. I believe that. That's true. That's not delivered. Except it's not funny and there's no writer's. Like so yeah, it's almost exactly the same. What's your score on this one? This one's a six. And finally, for the bad game, on March 24th, 2026. Doordash and Uber. Tap gig workers to collect data for everything from training AI to stalking stores. So this is the so when they're on their in their downtime, when they're not driving, they're just going to collect and collect more data. What do you think about that one? I mean, Amazon's been doing that for years. They mechanical Turks, do stuff like that. I don't know this, this one's this one's a three is Know really, that one didn't get there and getting your, your poor workers to help you like collect for the dystopia head. All right. Hey, you're the Arbiter of truth. I'm gonna look at the scores. For this week. Where we got. I don't know. You tell me you're this. You're the Orbiter of school. I wish I had a. I over to help me with this. I don't know what this means, cuz you always have like a six on the good game and you have you also have a six on the bag game. What is that mean? What is that mean, is that the opposite? Someone if we have any loyal listeners Write in helped me philosophy with this. If Matt thinks that everything in the good game is a six and everything in the bad game. Is a six, where are we in the world? All right, I don't know what I want to know what that means, honestly. All right, that's all we got that hazelnuts. I'm your analyst home at Mascari, we are free float. That's our Tuesday show. That was the bad game. So, remember, six is bad, right? Six is bad, and it's good. And if it was the good game of six would be good, come back on there. We do more than this point.
