There it is. Yeah, there it is. Yeah. Oh Live. From black rocks. ESG. Stone Hedge Monument, get it, come on, I don't like it. That's what that's like downtown America. It's all new terrific Tuesday edition of business pants. Joined by are the data Queen, and let's hope Matti. Whoo. It feels like it should be Friday. Sorry. This is Riverside. Giving me lots. No need to apologize. Trifecta. Today's leaky battery called June 11th. 2024 the good game in the top five list Throwdown show. Yeah, whoa. Yeah. What are you talking about? Our show today is being sponsored by free flow analytics. The only platform measuring board power connections and performance for free. So, Matt help us make the decision. There is it? The only one that measures that stuff that's all. So free of the only one that does measure that stuff, that is free like what? Let's just say, both say that it's the only one that measures that stuff and and it's free. Male winning everywhere. Let's get right into the good game. Yeah, let's do that because none of the buttons are working. All right. Good game for June 11th 2024. I find headlines that seemed good to me in my esteemed, pundit weigh in on a vote from zero to ten. To was it easy this week? Yeah, yeah, good. It's always like one out of every 30th headline. Makes me feel somewhat good but I find them We're gonna play it a little bit different today. I'm gonna try to Try to change things up a bit. The first five will be reserved, for normal discussion. The last five, we'll do a speed round and you just give me just a speed around. That means I've always everything, that's the one I added. All of these Damien has a lot of speaking. That's all I'm saying. Here we go. The good, get Ford. Ford Motor Company, right? Yeah. We usually do a lot of Stories about Tesla. But what about Ford, right, Ford invests millions in Detroit downtown Revival. So what they did, what we're talking about specifically, is this incredibly old beautiful Landmark called Michigan? Central Station? I love this which they've they've rebuilt, they spent they've been working on it since 2018. It's now the home. Wow, the automakers autonomous vehicle team that's what Ford's up to Keep that's awesome. Elon Musk is asking for more money. He's begging, he's yelling, he's threatening forward is revitalizing. Detroit's downtown. That sounds good, right? I like it. Should we expect that? It takes him as long to make their cars as it took them to renovate Michigan Central Station. I remember. This is a, this is incredible structure. This is not your, your sad house in Connecticut, man. It is which took just as long, but that, yeah, this is a ton for me. Wow, that's a bit aggressive. Hi, love it. It feels like a tax write-off for Fords. Like 31 skilled trades. But these are important for communities. Yeah. I'm not, I'm not opposed to it. I'll give it like, would they have done this anyway though? Like why are we celebrating something? They would have done because it was done. And it was nice. Yeah it's not they're not planning on doing it 2020 and you guys are you normal average when he is bad? I just don't know if it's good. I'm gonna bring everyone down with us next one. Mostly because I never understand this subject and I want you to weigh in on it. The carbon offsets come back That Wall Street has been waiting for. Oh it go away. I guess, supposedly. Investment credits have withstood, you know, greenwashing scandals, sagging prices, blah blah. But now they're finally signs of a turnaround. I just, is this good? I don't look. Your problem is the That Wall Street has been waiting for that in and of itself. It was probably right? Yeah. Like carbon offsets are a fraught thing because already, right. Like so if you pay somebody to not cut down a forest but they weren't ever going to cut down that for us. You didn't offset carbon because you had a physical. Well that but that's that's part of the problem, right? Like you didn't stop anything that would have happened. You didn't change anything well time out. So if a vegan is like I would like to sell my carbon credits of not eating meat, Oh, okay. So that was 100% behind that like this if they were to pay me like the equivalent of to not eat beef. But you're right, we do it. That's not the same example. But paying a vegan who's already not gonna eat beef? All right, I'm for it right? I'm saying I'm the one. They should give the money to not the stupid vegan. Who's already not doing it? I think that's interesting. You see that's, that's what the trees, but a lot of vegans. I know have eventually caved in, so maybe it'll help them stay on the vegan track. But so, but Damien, would you cut down the tree in your backyard? I'm actually notorious around here for not doing that. Like, I have a lot of dangerous. Oh, somebody came to your house and he's like, I'm Gonna Give You 1 0, 0. 0 0. Six you're like what but your version of the floor is a six that's already related on the other side. It's the exact opposite. Our inflated moving on, I don't want you to focus on the details and facts of this is going to focus on the headline, Reuters, ignore all facts. This is not a Reuters, and I'm just impressed that this headline exists. I'm impressed because this is very important to our company. Here's the headline Shari. Redstone receives fewest votes in Paramount Board election. How about that's the headline, that's our world. That's, I can't believe you. I can't ignore facts, though. Why don't you? What's the head? What's just write that headline for how good it is that they're talking about this? But, you know, you're not supposed to rate, just whatever it says, you're supposed to mildly contextualize the head right? Are you listen to my prompt? Are you That's the facts. Now I know the facts. You want to hear? Do you want to hear? Yes, his way inflated. This should be a zero. I just want to say that for the road. Yes she did get the fewest Sports. Reuters. I congratulate you. That is an absolutely. It's a fact it's a fact. Undeniably But she got the support from 97.2%. Anything about what it's talking about. It's still, like, first of all, she owns the voting shares and second of all, that's above the global average for a director. So like she got a few focusing on the headline because this is the problem. This is the problem. I'm, I want mine to be a zero, like, like I would have made it. It's a zero. Yeah, I can't change it. Now, my sister doesn't allow edits. Okay, Apple announced a lot of AI news yesterday. I suppose their partnering with chat GPT is that right? Here's the headline, Apple's AI promise. Your data is never stored or made accessible to Apple and publicly renewable publicly reviewable server. Code means experts can verify this privacy promise. So what do you think about this? Do you believe in apples privacy? Promise, are you already laughing? So I don't know if this is good. She loves guys. Because I would wear it. So you know, you're skeptical, right? I mean, there's no alarm going off on the heels of Google being like Incognito. We don't save anything. They're like we can't erase it. Yeah, I will say to Apple's credit that there have been studies in the past that, you know, Apple like traces only like 175 things you do and Google traces, like 17,000 things that you do. So that apple is relatively better I suppose. So is this good? I don't know. I only traces 170. I never heard of a publicly reviewable server code that's kind of cool, right? Yeah, that's cool. It's the next blockchain. It's just a it's just going forward. What the standard is gonna be for these companies. I thought I don't know, maybe for Apple. Okay. I it's a distinguishing Factor. It is, that's cool. I yeah. Arias are you buying right into that? He's deciding between an eight or a ten right now. She's like go for nine. I think this is good. I'm gonna give this an 8. See, what do you think, Matt? I'm gonna give this a two. Oh copy. Because first of all eight, plus two is 10. First of all, um, How many promised pledges do we see for every like, like a promise ring from a data company? Would that worth? Second of all, they partnered with chat GPT? That's good. That's the only part the concerns me, honestly, I'm gonna say that's not a little bit concerned means. That's very concerning, which means they're also partnering with Microsoft all up in arms about that. Okay. Here's the other Sam Altman to have you brought that up elon's immediate response, which is just goofy because he's just goofy. I don't mean, is that he wants to put all Apple products in lock boxes? At Tesla. He's not gonna let anyone use an Apple product. He's so upset about this partnership. I don't know what this guy's going on. He told advertisers that they should only use Rock for their advertising, his AI. So really tired of boxing apple and forcing everyone on Twitter to use his AI Well into a cage fight, I don't you. Yeah, that's a good idea. All right, Sam Cooke versus Elon Musk cage. Next headline. See if I like this one Canada, the country of Canada demands. 5% of revenue from Netflix Spotify and other streamers. So this is a program that's expected to raise about 200 million dollars per year to support, local news and other home-grown content. So they want to just take 5% of Revenue. Wow, they can use dictatorships. Isn't that crazy? Yeah, Netflix isn't a dictatorship that's sweet. Well, no with a Reed Hastings. Still controls that board over there. He controls the board because you knows them, all picked them all and he owns most of the largest block of shares but it's one share, one vote at least. So according to our data here, technically a dictatorship is on saying technical. How can I do this? Yeah. I mean how can they not? I mean right? I mean Are, you seems skeptical about this, you don't that's great. So does this mean that The Canadian subscribers are just gonna pay more. Is that what it is? Yeah, that's what that means. Yes. Oh you think they're gonna raise that. So this is this is the world we live in now charged 5% of Revenue. Like this is your rates by 20% and say that that's what it costs. See, I didn't think of that Loop. Hold of this that. Okay, you want to support Netflix, why don't you support local news through your membership? That's great. Yeah. All right, give it 15%, I give it a 10. All right. Oh, I don't know who owns the local news in Canada because I know in this Spotify, local news is owned by Clear Channel and fox for the most part. People earlier, that wouldn't be the case. I mean, I would love it if our local news was like a guy named Gus, like, who was just like hanging out it, you know, but that's never been the case. Like they're all owned the case, local news local newspapers, where a thing until sure, Washington, are you, and there's still a thing if I'm wrong. I hope I'm not wrong with this. I think our local papers here that were previously owned by Gannett. We're just taking over by like an employee control Union or something. So, the employees own the news here, at least now This one. Give this a five. I don't know how to think about this. All right, fair enough. I want to like it, but yeah. Okay. Oh, let's get to our speed round. Ooh, look, I'm not gonna stop you from pontificating, but you don't feel, you have to. We can just go quickly because these don't worry, I don't need to these headlines up for scientists have discovered a potential form of reversible male birth control with no adverse side effects. They're looking at me stunned. Like I don't think it should be reversible. I think you should be permanent permanently for men. I don't understand. Oh, all right. I thought you'd been talking about this one for a while. Oh, yeah. Well, not a reversible male birth control better. I have talked about birth control before male birth control. Okay, only tested in mice, that has it worked on the mice. Like yes. Let's just do it. Let's jump. Let's just put it out there for all the men right away. I feel like that's why it happens with women. The speed runs aren't really going. Well, what's the number here? I'm gonna give it an eight finally. The next headline, finally, Google Maps shows, New York City, public restroom locations. I don't I can't believe they haven't been on there all the time but Finally Google Maps shows any other place. This is great 10, okay, Ari's playing the game, right? I immediately think how many how dirty the public restrooms are gonna get extra dirty, extra dirty because now everyone knows where they are. I'm gonna give this a six. Oh, here, this one's for you. There's been a long Fascination on this show with the robot AI pizza. So, I thought you this one kind of blows my mind a little bit. Dominoes says, it uses AI to make pizzas before people order them, according to the CEO. Yeah, Russell Russell, John Junior don't finish. He said, our algorithm figures out, you're ready to order and we start making it only Use of AI that I can get behind so stupid. I'm sorry. The 10 I want. Wow, yeah, I won't Expedia to figure out when I'm thinking about a trip and just booked it for me. Like you're going. Yeah, have fun. I love Tulsa. I like no stick with the pizzas, don't send me anywhere. All right, I like that. This is pure pandering to Ari. Next headline. This EV battery can go 1,000 miles on a single charge. What kind of battery is it MIT? And they think it could potentially last for 500,000 miles of driving or more? All right, 10. I will give this a 8. All right? And finally, I just like this one. I just I don't know why this made me laugh whenever I see like headlines to do with the data, like, kind of, this isn't really ESG data, but it's close enough. I'll call this ESG data. There were 71,000 noise complaints about Europe's busiest airport in 2023. 71,000 over 60,000 came from the same 10 people. How? I don't know why I love that. Here's the greatest. Yeah, that's that's 18 a day, right? That's about 18. I mean, I'm trying to do the math in my head quickly. That's that's a lot per day. That's a lot of cleaning. Is the US Republican party. Basically, it's like seven people screaming at the top of their lungs and like, we've changed policy because of it, it was great. Is it this worldwide phenomenon? Supposedly? Because they their says, another study in Australia, that one person in Australia was responsible for, almost half the country's noise, what are you gonna do after a while, right? I mean, what, what are the airports supposed to do? I don't understand that. I love this. This is a 10, this is really. You would be one of these 10 Damien, know, I wouldn't live. I would never live in that neighborhood. Oh yeah. Living in Portland calling Europe being like before. That might be true. I give this a 10. Yeah. Are your 10 crazy today? What a wild week round? Wonderful round? Are you have? This is a outrageous outlier of data this week. Matt, you came in where you always do, hovering in the sixes. You got a 6.6 Ari with a 9.4, right? Are you should play the lottery today. You're just in a great mood. You're building lucky, everything's good. All right, that's it. That's the good game for June 1124. All right let's do some lists. Throw Downing. Yeah. I got a perfect segue from my list. It's the beginning of Summer. That means people are gonna start to travel. Ah, Matt, you're actually Matt, you're traveling next week, something for our company, right? You're going on a business travel. Yeah. I'm very excited to come back from the travel but I will be in London for any of our listeners who are in London. I will be in London for basically two days. That's at a conference. Yeah. By the time I fly in and fly out it's like I'm gone for four days, but I'm there for two, right? Like so, um, I'll be there for two days and I'll be available for like, you know, between events lunch coffee, that kind of stuff. Hit him up, hit me up. So what I did was I looked at airline companies, I I am fascinated with this new data set created by the fabulous, Matt and re that looks at skills. What's it called skills and experiences, our knowledge, map knowledge map. Here's our knowledge map. So I looked at some Airlines and honor of of travel season to look at. And I always like to focus on now the mat and I already have broken this down into executive and non-executive directors, but I'm more interested in non-executive directors. I want to really see who's providing oversight these companies. I don't, I don't care what the expertise of the executives are they actually the executives should have the right expertise. I want to see the over. I want to see the oversight board as well. I'm always looking at when I look at this data set and if you want to look at this data set, you should reach out to us. But I looked at airline companies in no particular order to see what's really going on and it's fascinating on us. I'm starting with United Airlines. The top skill set is economics and accounting at 22%. The next one is medicine and Dentistry 10%, but we do get mechanical at 7% so that's that makes me feel a little bit better. Unfortunately. Transportation in Place at 2% so I'm not feeling good about United Airlines. So those percentages are the percentage of influence on the board that has that skill. That's what that that's what has that knowledge base. That's are you flying United. Matt, are you flying United? I'm not, I'm flying you. Okay, Delta Delta, I feel a little bit better about Delta my daughter's actually traveling abroad this week as well and she's flying Delta. She's gonna learn for two days. No I feel better about Delta. The number one of course economics and accounting 21%. But in number two, mechanical at 17% congratulations. Delta good for them. Oh, we're clapping for them. Yeah, unfortunately transportation is at 0%. Oh no, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Yeah, so if you're an airline, the thing that matters this Transportation, nobody, but transportation knowledge is basically Logistics and like scheduling and making, they're all Terr. They're all sure you can move a thing from point A to point B without it falling into the ocean. Exactly, like, so zero percent, that's what with Delta's got. Yeah, all the, all the American car. This is a little bit. I'm kind of teasing the end here. All the American Airlines are terrible. At Transportation, Southwest Airlines. I picked this one because Elliott management is just made a big activist investment right there. Yeah, billion dollars. They're trying to get the CEO and chair out. They're trying to make the board. Finally, they write our shows from like a year and a half ago. This is why I love our data. This is why I don't understand why everyone's not subscribing to our data. And and looking at it this was very interesting to me because it number one at Southwest, Airlines was McKenna Cole at 9%, but economics and accounting was way down at 6%. So I'm thinking maybe this is why Elliott management got involved. Maybe there's not enough, maybe they're not making money enough for to make Elliott happy, right? Like maybe there's an opportunity here. Well, exactly. Are they see an opportunity? Well, there's a lot of inside or influence on this board, which is why those numbers are so low and the inside are not good at their jobs, so eliot's, it's a double whammy, unfortunately food production and transportation tied at 2%. Food production. I was okay but I haven't been in Southwestern years but when I was in Southwest it was a crummy bag of peanuts. Like yeah kind of food production serving food. That's seriously, they have to get the bag out and give it to somebody. How about this one? I haven't I you know, someone was just telling me don't fly American Airlines. Yes, that is correct. It wasn't you, Matt, you agree with this 100% American Airlines, Charlie's screwed up, my wife's everything. Well, this is another instance and I'm not like I I just ranly was looking at our data set. I wasn't trying to create a story here, but but American Airlines economics and accounting. 40%. Wow! And then number two, right? And then at number two administrative at 6% Transportation 2% American Airlines. I now fully understand why everyone hates you supposed to take to run an air, right? Exactly. And finally, Let's I just picked one non-american. Airline I was gonna the two big ones I think really and you're at least in Europe are Lufthansa and Air France, KLM not British are Uh, well, I just picked one. We can only do five things in our list. Matt, I limited myself to one Lufthansa. Again, I just randomly picked Lufthansa, get a load of this. Incredibly balanced mix of skills for their non-executive directors. Ready, economics and accounting number one fine, but that's 12%. Mechanical 11%, wow, building building construction, 10% Transportation, 9%, and engineering, and Technology, 5% and here amazing. Value. Honestly. Press. Maybe this is why ESG matters. Desiree, fixler, maybe this is why it's okay to lean on companies to do a thing and make a change, right? Because that Europeans get it and again you know, we didn't create this data to try to make a point like you just you just did you just looked at the companies right? You didn't, you know, weren't cherry-picking things to make certain points. This is just the way that is right. Just with us, I like this list a lot. I also doubly like it because it looks like we're gonna cover Delta for the proxy countdown on Thursday and you did have my work. Well, so that was lovely, at least looking at my list. The only Airline I would really honestly stay away from my American Airlines. Yeah, just don't don't. All right, all that's right. Actually the safest I'm not Delta. I'm excited for this proxy countdown of my daughter when I'm done. All right, here's my list. I was inspired by bekim know yet again. Who invest? 118 million dollars in BuzzFeed and in an attempt to change them. He said they should start like platforming Tucker Carlson. Like they need to have Viewpoint, you know, different viewpoints, Viewpoint diversity. Meanwhile, BuzzFeed is a dual-class company and the founder owns controlling shares, right? So Jonah Peretti, yes, I believe that's Peretti is the name and That means vivek's 118 million. Is you might as well have lit it on fire. So I was inspired by yeah, his thinking though. And I said, well, who should he have invested in right? Like if you wanted to make a change that you don't, you've only got a little bit of my 118. Million is not enough to like take a massive activist stake but it isn't in most companies like he bought 8% of like the non Peretti shares of of BuzzFeed, so he could take a big steak. Who else could he take a big stake out of? That isn't dual class? That isn't pointless getting hungry. Let's take you. So you US base companies, I filtered them by less than 50% of the shares are held by institutions and they're not controlled companies and the top five percent shareholders have less than 20% of the shares. So the biggest shareholders and aggregate the top five on less than 20% of the overall share's. Okay. Thank you had done this himself. This took me seven come up with this list. Yeah. But I picked. The four companies, I only did four instead of five that actually he could have made a case that would have fit perfectly. You know, like I could see him on his, you know, fake Presidential Podium since he's not a president or a presidential candidate anymore. Talking to railing about something. So here's company. Number one, it's mindmed. Medical company. It is, it is weird, subordinate shares but they're all one share, one vote and I and I could not find anything that said, they're not, it's not a controlled company 11% of the voting power is with insiders, but there's virtually no institutional presence. This is a company that uses psychedelics for therapy, so think like, mushrooms and LSD for like therapy, like micro dosing and stuff like that FDA just say no to this. Well, they're they're going through FDA trials, a variety of FDA trials. So probably said no, temporarily said no, but there are still in trials with the bunch of things. There's been natural underperformance here. It's a biotech company, it's a startup kind of company, its its IPO, but it's all first time board. Actually, the board's not even in our data. It's it's so young. But the board is 60% women and one of them is a doctor. Oh my God. How the vix not gonna like that. Exactly. Oh, Making this. That's a perfect Target. I love it. Yeah, here's the next talking points with mind medical. Imagine curing. The trans mind diseased with the without the use of surgery, just give them LSD like this talking point number one, talking point. Number two, awoke board, full of women. And there's a foreigner on this board and they're they're hell bent on doing science. Get rid of talking point number three. I know biotech. He's the founder of roivant which was in different biotech company and he founded it with no knowledge of Biotech proving that you have. No you don't need that knowledge. Yes so this is a good company I like this. I like, so that's company. Number one company number two, Dynex Capital. Oh, it's a bit weird with what they do. Securitized mortgage rate. So basically they invest in commercial mortgage, but securitize mortgages so packages and mortgages and residential packages of mortgages. Sounds like a fun side. They put it in a thing and then they sell that to investors and it's a pass through. So they give every dollar that comes from those Investments get 90% goes to their investors So here's why I picked it, because the 50% of the board is diverse, it is 1/3 black. What 17% Asian and half female. There is a black CEO and chair who has 62% of the influence on two different people know. He's one guy, one like that. I know, that's confusing. Yeah. How did this happen? They actually have great earnings performance by the board, but below average TSR this is, like Vivek could come in and like, unlock some value here. Here's a quote from their website. Dynex is a financial services company committed to ethical stewardship of stakeholders Capital, know, like expert, wrist management, discipline, Capital, allocation and social responsibility. Yeah, Vivica can get rid of that stuff. Vivint can just quick edit. Take it quick, edit that out. He can also use this as a place to talk about the D banked mortgage, securitized mortgages, somehow. I'm sure you could probably do that and why are there so many women in diverse people on the board? This is such a layup for him. It's one of my favorite things that used to do at stripe asset management is that they would just sort of magically vote against women and people in Colorado on the board. And and yet since there was no real methodology, we don't really know why it's just sort of magically would happen, you know, I just looked at how they voted for Um, Exxon and Boeing because I was curious. How did I have Asset Management vote for Exxon and Boeing? And it turns out for Exxon they voted against everyone engine. Number one, put on the board. Okay? They voted four down even Greg Goff. Yeah, Greg Goff too. They voted four Darren woods and then they voted against one lady, one, extra lady. Like that was good. Just for fun Boeing. They voted against Calhoun. Oh, which is interesting but then abstained from Sabrina, Susan, who was added to the board two years ago? And is the only one who actually has any like they're already angry at her and Engineering? Yeah, like I don't know what their angle. What is she? She's been there for like a year, like a hot minute like what? Older angry at the Sheep? Part of the sentence? Yeah, that's part of it. All right. So my third company. Yes. So fight Technologies, you've heard so far rights for so far. Gee banking this. This is perfect. They must be discriminating against Christians who want bank accounts, right? Like, isn't this what banks do now? This is like a perfect platform for him. They list like prominently on their website that they do mandatory de Andy training of their staff. They offer Financial Freedom, and strive actually owns this company and they withheld from two of the directors, one of whom was the founder, Tom Hutton. All right? No. The chair of the board, Tom Hutton. I feel like he couldn't afford this company, he can't afford this company but it made the list. There are little too big for him. Really. His company is the winner. Number four? Yeah. Fubotv. Oh, you're giving away your secret, your secret company. This is the winner. This is the absolute winner. It trades at a dollar 20, a share, which means he could buy 32% of the company with 118 million. That's crazy. When you just saying that alone, it's crazy that he targeted BuzzFeed, especially considering that one, man, controls it fubotv inside his own 7%, but the Insiders include like, it is like a master class in anti Vivek, right? Like, you think that this would be the company? It's got a platform like people subscribe to get a million subscribers already. It's not a totally dying media in BuzzFeed right in blogs. It's a live video lists. Yeah, oh yeah. Sorry. Side boob Bliss. But it the one of the biggest influencers on the board is Ed bronfman Jr. He's the executive chair and he is the ultimate nepo, baby. He jumped from poor performing company to poor performing company. His dad was Ed bronfman. Who is the head of Seagram's who famously acquired a bunch of companies had to sell them because they were all underperforming. He basically, this is fail up land. Well, Is What It Is. Well, Vivek, he loves the meritocracy. How does he feel about nepo babies? He should hate nepo babies, right? She hate an apple baby, right? Actually when Ed Brampton Junior, his his ebita is batting average for Ibotta, is 030. That's, that's pretty bad. Yeah, and 390 for TSR and he's paired up with the CEO David gandler, who's got 70% of the influence. Although I think our number might actually give him all the credit. Even though it's split between them, he rocks a 019 and 3609 TSR both of them worked at Warner Brothers, which as everyone knows is just cruising the highest Heights. Meal Glatt is on this board. He was on the board of two spacs. One one of the specs liquidated after not finding anyone to SPAC with. They didn't have any specs, actually have a spag dating app. It, the other specs swinger party. That's actually a maybe our second connect people and free float dies, we can do Spectrum flow already died, or we recording this what the other one merged with evolv Technologies which immediately lost 75% of its value when it listed or lost 75% of its value. Most importantly, Matt, I appreciate what you're saying about the board, but most importantly fubotv is an actual content medium that can deliver actual class actual extreme mobile, like, video and stuff as opposed to BuzzFeed. Which is a ancient mystical company. Right? I mean, how did he share? I don't know. He missed this, I don't know, I missed this but like It's ripe for takeover because Neil Glatt himself. He actually was the president of the New York Jets from 2012 to 2019, and he made a board and he has the one of the worst win rates of any NFL history. Yeah, 32% was his winner is his win rate. So one of the worst bands in Jets history, that guy's on this board now is where it gets interesting. Though, they put Julie had on the board, she might be the only professional, but she's a professional woman from a woman's League. She leads women's soccer like she was president of the market and no, she's Chief marketing or head of, you know, like Partnerships or something that makes sense for fubo. Nacho Fergus was a polo player and a model. That's all that's it. He's not how much Pollos food with TV streaming? Yeah, maybe not enough, maybe not enough, and then Lauren are not chencho. Who I know nothing about except that fubo listed in her skills for the board because it lists like why they think they should be great on the sport as and this I'm not joking. I did not make this up. The qualification was that quote she adds diversity to the board that's one of her qualifications. Can you trigger Vivek any worse than that? He has never seen this before. So look, you're talking points are it's a media company. It's a woke board with an Argentine. Male model read this board email executive of women's soccer of all places, you know, Megan Rapinoe, nobody likes her own like on the right. A Nepal Legacy Media. Dude, who is Jewish? Bronfman Jr? Is Jewish. He's got to be a globalist for Probably working with Sorrows. Yeah. And they have a million subscribers. You could just put Tucker Carlson's content, right? On there you could, you put your army really, despite your, your jokey delivery? Matt, I, I love this. I love the fubotv target. I am like you such a compelling case. I really want to have now, it's such a compelling case. Proving Vivek stupidity that he would go after BuzzFeed and not fubotv, right? I hope he doesn't listen to this one episode. Yeah. Right. Because he right, because you might, you might ruin it map by giving him some good ideas here. Like Tucker Carlson could end up in fubotv. Oh, God. This is I think actually fubotv is like an unheralded. I've got to do a much deeper dive on it, but I think on heralded asset, let's wrap up the show. Ari who's the winner of the list Throwdown? Oh man, for who I don't even remember I was Like yes yesterday, come on. It's hard. I like How bad? Because his job. That just was really crazy but you're gonna vote for Matt's list. I worked so hard on that but I worked hard on the knowledge thing. Well Ari's thinking I'm gonna go to the airlines. Yes. Oh but I didn't know. Matt is that virgin are dealt Delta Airlines owns 49% of virginity. I believe that is correct. Yeah, which doesn't make me feel good. All right, that's enough of this that's hazelnut Rallis. That was a good one. Happy about it. A lot of information. That's a lot of good stuff. Sorry the day to clean. I'm at home. I'm scared. We are free float. If you like this. Come back on Thursday. We've got a proxy countdown where we're gonna do Delta Airlines. It looks like we have it. I'm not excited about it but I think we have to do it and then on Friday we're going to wrap up the week until then goodbye.
