Oh, that's easy, like that. Yes, soothing live. From the ISS ESG skeptic Desiree. Fixler Pavilion. Oh no, you're pretty Desiree, fixler in everything. Everything now it's an all-new terrific Tuesday edition of business pants, joined by analysts Hall. Matt Mascari in today's victim, sented Exxon CEO here that I'll never repeat that joke. Victim scented Exxon CEO. So I think Darren would just getting bullied. I did. I got a whole fight on a bullies this week by as you. So, Call June 5th, 2024, business nuggets in the day to throw down. Yeah, we need a better name for that. Hey, our show today is being sponsored by free flow analytics. The only platform measuring board power connections and performance for free. Why is it for free? Why is it for free? Because why shouldn't be free? Everyone should have access to this data explained? You are. Yeah, why it shouldn't be free. Shouldn't we be out bullying corporations and forcing them to pay for our data? Well, that's what free does. Apparently. Yeah, when you have no money, go to freeflow analytics.com and figure it all up here. Yes. Sign up bully. You do something up. Yeah, do it. Ready for some nuggets. I love nuggets. Look up already, lost my voice, which is Fine. It's ideal for not actually. Right, here we go. And our Ugh. Sorry what I meant to say is that the chances of shareholders or directors having any say in anything, I think, say, or do at Spotify, is close to zero, oh, headline of the week. That's right, that you free Spotify, CEO, Daniel EK. Got roasted by artist after he said, the cost of creating content is close to zero. I've been saying this for a long time. When are the artist gonna just revolt against this guy? When why him, why does he get to have? Why does he get to get rich off of all the start? Your own platform people? Come on. I'm just only one who did walk away was like, Neil Young. No one cares about except I disagree with you. I like Neil Young. My least Iris likes Neil Young. Does anybody care about Miley Cyrus though? There you go. We've just doubled down on things. No one cares about. Speaking of Neil Young. in our, Exxon, CEO, Darren Woods immediately. Sues anyone who owned a Bob? Dylan Dillon record smells like weed or knows what an organic tomato is headline of the week. Vermont. Becomes first state to force oil companies, pay for climate change damage. He's definitely gonna sue them, isn't he must feel really bullied by this really tweaked. I mean he's gonna be relieved when he learns that 14 people living in Vermont, he's he's gonna be upset that like somebody wants him to change his business model and his meddling and his affairs. In our world admits that people don't actually like Sam Altman headlight of the week. They just came Sam Altman. Admits that open. AI doesn't actually understand how its AI works. That's good, that's good. What I want. Yeah. This I want a guy who doesn't know how it works to unleash it on the world. This is one of the running threads of this whole Samoan Empire. What that he doesn't know what he's doing. Yeah, but but he's investing very wisely. There is a report out of the Wall Street Journal that he's invested in like 100s of different. AI related companies, hundreds of millions of dollars invested in these including things like AI cybersecurity. So he knows how to make the thing and then get rich off of The Thing by investing in the other. Auxiliary things that will help protect us from the thing, but I don't know that he's really the brain behind it. I think the brains have left. That company. Look, isn't he? The Elon Musk of AI? Like he's not a dumb. Yes, he's a smart guy, but Elon Musk didn't found Tesla. He didn't even build the first cars. They were engineered and build before he got there. What he did really, really well was fundraised talk a lot, he was and that's what Sam Altman does. He was at White combinator. He got fired from there but he's an excellent fundraiser. in our, The judge was particularly swayed when zuck's lawyers. Argued is his last name. Instagram is his middle name. Facebook is his first name WhatsApp headline of the week. Mark Zuckerberg gets dropped from a lawsuit blaming Meadow for child. Exploitation matters, stand. I don't understand this. Oh, understand this does the judge not listen to our Show, how he is. That company. I mean, that's the definition of responsible class. Share everything there. Everything I don't get this one. It doesn't make any sense. and finally, in my segments, I need to take a break because I'm starting to lose it in our the other 4% said, no, I'm not an actual cowboy and I'm not like a gumball it's Kimball with one L headline of the week. Nearly 96% of board. Directors, expect a continued or stronger. Focus on ESG despite ongoing backlash. Yeah. Who are the four percent? Can we I guess it's it's it's everyone at Tesla because he said that she's a devil and it's I guess it's the Exxon board is that it is that even though the X on board includes ESG activists, right? Didn't they come from engine number one but they're still suing shareholders. I don't know what's going on. I'm assuming that's it though. All right, here's a few refer a bit in our, I'm not fired. You're fired. Also, you are a lousy lay headline of the week. Missouri candidate fires. Her employer for woke. Stances fires are employer. Yeah, fires are employer. Is that what's the liberal people were doing with their players? Three years ago? They're firing them for not having enough quinoa on the poor in the in the break room. Like, yeah, same thing, or is everything full circle? By the way, I looked into this, she's mad at dog food. That she's claiming his gay. That's right. She did. Say the dog food was too. The dog food is gay. This is a pure Arena, dog. Food is too gay for her. That's, these are not make believe that. No, this is an actual that's an actual Missouri, the candidates, this is the candidate for Secretary of State in Missouri. The same party, that is on an anti ESG Crusade. She also was on social media with a small, like hand, blowtorch burning books. So, okay, the Secretary of State should always be seen burning books, that feels feels proper in our Our Renewables, the ozempic of energy headline of the week. Capitalists alarmed as Renewables. Keep making electricity temporarily free. Yeah, I see this is happening. A lot in Germany. I don't really understand the ramifications of this. I love whenever a capitalists alarmed is, the first part of the headline, you're onto something. Aren't you call us? Alarms, speaking of Purina of gay, dog? Food at Purina, which is owned by Nestle, right? It's nestled is alarmed by ozempic, right? Because they don't know what to do. Exactly. Just because all, they Nestle sells is either. Junk food or gay, dog food. That's all they really sell, right? The two product lines. Yeah in our according to an internal memo. They've reached out to Kathy who once wrote a plane to Dallas. Cheeto, the guy who lives outside the local Bodega and Big Bird who it turns out was indeed fictional headline of the week. Boeing's. Calhoun says it's board is ready to make decisions for succession. Yeah and that's the that's the people I want making the that decision. Well, I just love that. Steve Mullen cop, who is now the chair of the board? Was quoted as reaching out to customers. Everybody like Regulators, like everyone asking who should be the CEO. I hope they did as Cheeto at the bodega. Why did what's wrong with you? in our, how much Pizza Hut Taco Bell and KFC? Have you eaten today, headline of the week? Am I delusional? How to get honest answers. According to the former CEO of Pizza Hut, Taco, Bell and KFC. Oh, what is this mean? What does that mean? I just like it's it's going on there people who are complaining that they feel like they're not getting honest answers. The CEO of Pizza Hut Taco, Bell, and KFC has advice for you. How to get on his answers. Here's the question. I have for him. Why do we need Pizza Hut? Um, are you delusional? Of course, probably And our wow. You really screwed this up. There's only one option left at this point. We have to make you our head of strategy, headline of the week. After being dragged down for months by accounting, probe Autodesk, reassigns CFO and sees its stock surged. Oh, are we gonna see a article by Jeffrey sonnenfeld? Talking about how incredible the CFO how they're bullying the CFO well, the CFO he has been reassigned to the head of strategy is a woman and being replaced by another woman. So it's a glass glass. This is true, she's really true ahead of strategy. No, I'm not joking. She has been I thought you were kidding. Internally reassigned to head of strategy after watching, this is an accounting as a CFO and she is being replaced. By another woman who comes from Auto desk's board. Oh, who's telling her early acting as the CFO and remaining on the board? None of this is a lie. What? You can't make this up and she had one of those contracts that says you can't fire me. Like why? Why are they? I don't understand the best part about this is the stock surged. Oh, well, I mean, Like they know the investors read that headline right? They know she's still there she's just well. Sure holders do what different job. Not. Well sure's supported Exxon when they were suing them shareholders. At least they're consistent. Yeah. in our, So let me get this straight. Vote. No, on the chair, who has been there for only two months, but vote. Yes, on the CEO has been there for two years, but vote no. On the CEO's, pay plan, but vote, Yes. On the committee that wrote the CEO's pay plan that we're voting, no on. also vote, no on the egg yolk, but yes, on the toaster while voting, no, on the toast, headline of the week, I SS urges dark go shareholders to vote out chairman and against CEO pay, but evidently Matt not against anybody else not against the CEO, not against the competition committee. What? I don't I don't how do they make these decisions? I don't say as you're joking goes voting. Yes. On the toaster and no on the toast me, right greatest metaphor I've ever he was different I mean, look, I'm the last person to openly support board directors but the guy's been there for two months it already voting no one. I don't. I mean well he's the problem that's okay. It was a long two sure. Okay. In our it's official, scientific name is Boris. Telsa is got it borders, Tulsa? This. Okay, headline of the week, okay. Scientists connect. 16 mini brains made of human tissue to create a living computer. I don't get it. Yeah, that's what I'm trying to make a joke with like controlled boards, with the CEO control the board and just really, it's just like connect all the robin denham's brain is connected to Kimball musk and right because it's all meaningless nonsense. Well, it should be touched a lot. Yes, not tell. Essay is right. Did I get that wrong, right? That's that really threw me for a loop. That's like see how important is to letters so important. well, edit this joke out of the show know we want in our He also traded former Disney CFO Jay rasulo for, for three pieces of wicker, patio furniture, including an ottoman with additional storage headline of the week, Nelson, Peltz sells entire Disney stake weeks after losing proxy battle. I wish you could trade Jay rasulo. I wish there were so great. You need some new patio furniture. What could you get for Jay rasulo? Honestly, what could you get? Oh, maybe tickets to try back guy. His wife runs it. I I actually want to see why don't bored trade directors. That's not Jerusalem. By the way. Yeah. It's not his wife know. It's the guy that that's the guy that Blackwell's put up. Oh you're right. It was the other guy Craig has coffee. Yeah. Right about that. Um no wait what? Why don't we trade directors? Ah, there's no reason why we don't trade directors. I thought wouldn't that be fat, but this is something we should start talking about because, you know, the salary match them. But that would be amazing. You tasked me with looking into, finding some directors to trade and I've been looking into this. We have all new skills and Matrix. We have tons of incredible skills and Matrix data. Some of which I'm gonna touch on later in the show and I haven't looked at that very question. How do we, how do we begin to think about this concept? And actually it's not a weird concept at all. It is not like it almost makes more sense than the way sports teams operates because these are I mean these are important skill sets. These people have that could be useful. Probably better use at different companies right? You don't need six people. All at the same knowledge that I want board. Know here's what I'm gonna get really philosophical. Yeah. Imagine if like, like, you'd have Keepers on every single board effectively where every board got to Keep like 50% of its and other 50% of the members of the board. All went into a great, a giant pool, you know, directors every year for for election to any other board. You know what it, the corporations will tell you, you're crazy but but secretly. They, I bet you. They would love that idea. They would love it. Investors would say, that's insane. And then they'd be like at the people and they'd be like, how we get to choose exactly who we want, where hey, I think it's coming. I think it's fabulous after our company folds but it's coming. Yeah, so tomorrow you know, in our Lame duck butt. Laser focus CEO. Dave Calhoun said they are more commonly known as the Boeing 737, Max headline of the week. Boeing got a 7.5 billion dollar US military contract for smart bombs. Oh, that's kind of a, that's like a Johnny Carson. That's like an old-fashioned joke there. What? Yeah. The rim shot joke. Yeah. But I like to do a lot of those and now but it's I like that one really? I'm upset that they were smart bombs, just yeah, but the 737 Max doesn't, I mean not to be crass but they really are. If it's the US military their bombs that Target brown people, right? And third world, that's what they really are. They're brown bombs. But but I did see that the Boeing had to scrub entirely the the mission time. It didn't work at all. Didn't work at all. Well Dave Cullen's laser focused at least on something and finally, in my dumb jokey segment and oh, Darren woods again and our Exxon CEO Darren Woods has accused Melinda French Gates. Of having conflicts of interest and is demanding, she recused herself because she is also a woman headline of the week. Melinda French Gates is going her own way donating, 1 billion dollars to women's rights, after leaving the foundation, she created with her ex-husband, Bill Gates. So just so look, he demanded that glass Lewis recuse itself because it talks to other shareholders. So I mean, Melinda French Gates, is all she's a woman. She can't. That's a major conflict of interests match. She can't donate to women to groups, not only that, but bullying Woods must be so angry. Come on, Ed, Blum should sue her for discriminating? Yeah, that yes. I mean what is going on here? Let's Merit talk. Actually gone crazy. Speaking of bullying. Yeah, going where is my old bullying lawsuit edition of nuggets? Wait, is that just a convenient segue? I had you do that. I, it's not only. Is it a convenient segue, but they're bad jokes. Oh, well, of course the coming in you inside the convenience in our Women's coats have filed the law, a class action lawsuit against minks for violating Marc, Jacobs civil rights headline of the week. Yeah, Marc Jacob says he was bullied by protesters into renouncing fur. Oh this this sounds very Desiree. Fixler X. It's very, there's a lot of brilliant man. There's actually a man named Marc Jacobs, that didn't even know that. Well, where do you think it comes from? But is he like a CEO of Marc Jacobs? Like he was the designer yo, for a while. Yeah, he's bullied by protesters. He was bullying. He was, he people were really upset that they are torturing animals to make them into coats. And he felt bullied by that upsetness. I mean, I went to public school in the 80s and 90s. I know what bullying actually is what he's talking about. Yeah, there was a lot more like lighting things I owned on fire with that with bullying and the 80s schools in our door plugs have filed the lawsuit. And federal court against the FAA, oh, for discrimination against non-functional door, plugs headline of the week is. Yeah, US senator urges FAA to ensure accountability in Boeing quality plan. Plus look, senators are bullying. Bowing to make sure the door plugs work. What about the door plugs feelings? They're just everything the door. Plugs everything on a bow and concerns me, but did you actually look into that plant? Does it talk about the board? Does it talk about oversight at Boeing at all? No, no, no, no, no, no. Just the quality curious and just just a plan quality plan doesn't make you Urge bowing to do something. We're urging. Yeah. How about some, how about putting a whistle blower on the board? How about putting someone from the FAA on the board? How about board a bit? How about not re-electing the entire board? You can try letting Dave Cullen oversee, the process to pick his successor and the real inspiration for today's nuggets in our Florida, Sue's black woman for bullying, them by existing, headline of the week. I don't like this Florida appeals court rules that grant program for black women. Entrepreneurs violates the Civil Rights Acts. I mean, so, yeah, go ahead. This is insane. It's abject and Sandy and times insane. Like so the The Fearless fund, which is a black female-owned Venture fund with Adobe Atlanta. I don't even know why is Atlanta. I mean, why is Florida even getting involved with it. I don't really understand it. They were, they were offering 25,000 dollar grants, you female, run small businesses. These are grants 20,000 dollars. Let's not get crazy, 20. Sorry I I'm overestimating 20,000 dollars to fame. Black female run, small businesses and Ed Blum and His Infinite Wisdom, sued them for discriminating and violating the Civil Rights Act and only in Florida. Will you get a federal court? Who agreed That they are not allowed to give grants to black women who run companies specifically. They can't say we give it to black women. Very yeah. Meanwhile, we've got the Koch brothers who can just give money to whatever they want and but they're not rules, but they're not telling you how they're doing it. They're just doing it right? Is that you're saying, conservative causes aren't you discriminating against liberal cause everybody but yeah. But like Christian discriminated against where's my All right. That one. That's a sad since. Yeah. Keep going in our toenails and armpit hair are considering a lawsuit for discrimination saying they were their first headline of the week. Butts breasts and genitals. Now explicitly allowed on Elon musk's X now. What does this mean? I thought there was this kind of stuff. Yeah, I thought they're already was porn on Twitter. I don't understand what. Yeah, but before it wasn't supposed to be there. Now, it's okay. Now it's okay. I don't know why anyone. Why, why does anyone still involve with this Twitter thing? I don't understand anything. He changed, the name to X in the joke was, is it a porn site? So maybe he's just being like, just yeah. It is it, I mean, like, because if you could put anything on there, there's no sex acts allowed on it, but you can show anything on it. I guess that's another reason for women for all women to run away from Elon Musk. Yeah, as if you needed more know. Yeah, and I'm finally, let's round this out. Yeah, let's get to the end of this. In our cowboy hats have filed a defamation suit for being improperly associated with Brooklyn. Billionaire Brothers, headline of the week, interesting, who is Musk that Tesla director in a cowboy hat. Yeah. Do you want to know the answer to that question? Yeah. Who is he? He's Elon musk's brother. That's yeah. That's what article. I don't know if the reporter was being honest, not being paid by the word. That's your article. That's the whole article. You're all is actually, I looked into his bio and background. I'm like this guy should he doesn't deserve to be on the board of Tesla. I mean, maybe he deserves to be wearing a cowboy hat, fine, but that's about it. Well, according to our skills data, he does have food production as one of his skills. So that's another good segue. Oh yeah, so let's say we write into that. Let me some Segway music here. Let's play this. No, no. That's it's readily available. No. Sorry. All right, time for a day to throw down. We both we both looked into our data. Available either through us or on our platform. This actually the skills metrics date is not in our platform. It's too valuable to to throw in there for free. Yeah, you got a call. If you want this stuff, this is some valuable stuff. I'm looking at here, this all these skills, I don't think anyone understands the amount of time and energy, it takes to build. Even what's on the platform? Much less stuff that's off of it that took even longer, they don't care. Here we go, that's good. They're too busy. Looking for a discount on like organic broccoli or something. I don't know what they're doing here, go. I call mine the skills Matrix rivalry battle. Okay. Oh, I like so, I took two competing corporate entities, and I kind of just like, I looked at them through their, through the skills of their non-executive directors. I'm not, I don't care about the executives. I do care about the actual oversight, part of the board, right? So, these are the non-executive directors, Who present, who actually provide oversight at the company who actually bring bring their experience, their skills, try to enhance the company, you know, make a better blah blah. So I'm starting with Uber and Lyft, right? So Matt, I asked you First of all, Uber or Lyft. What do you think? What pick one? I'll try to change your my pick one Uber or Lyft. Lyft. All day long. Okay. Well the date the data, which suggests that you are correct, so play. Yeah. Correct music. I need because here's what? Notice I'm struggling to find the right words for this dumb game, but I'm getting there. Yeah, we'll get it right one. Here's why lift is the absolute Choice? It's because of the something called Transportation expertise a skill, set Transportation at Lyft. 32% of non-executive directors. Have expertise and transportation, which is incredible. In fact, even 13% have mechanical I love, that's great at Uber. How many what percentage? Have experienced Transportation? The answer is, oh, that's I like to see so so yeah, I want to back up to because like the knowledge skills data, the Damien's referencing. Yes, we took it from, we looked at over 30 government, like Bureau of Labor Statistics, this stuff is occupational data that basically talks about in order to get certain titles and certain industries. What kind of skills do you need? How often do they see this? They do through surveys. So these are real people talking about the real skills required to do real jobs. We map that to every directors, bios titles Industries, they worked in companies, they worked in everything. We could figure. We know about the directors that they disclose and said, what is the likelihood that they have that these particular skills, if you're like a marketing director at an auto company, you don't have skills building cars you have skills marketing at a car companies. So we've married all these things together. Yeah. Which is not suggest that you wouldn't want one of those people around, maybe not. But yeah, just saying what when Damien says 33% of the directors at Lyft have transportation experience. That means they've worked in the industry or had jobs that are specifically targeted like Transportation. Like moving a thing from A to B, right? That's a skill. That's a knowledge that they have. We finally transcended the stupid skills, an experience Matrix. Matrix seat, Matrix C's and the proxy statements. This is incredible. I mean, this is, this is groundbreaking data on this is actually useful data. I gotta tell you and here's the here, the actual top ones that Uber economics and accounting which is not usual. That's most companies. Yeah, but what's unusual is that number is at 29 percent and yeah, that's a lot, that's a lot. And the other the other three, the other two computers and electronics and Communications and media. I mean what it sounds like it's just a bunch of snake oil salesmen, right? Like they're just selling an app that's like software people so okay but for power but yeah Telecom media like so congratulations. He talked about where is lift again? 32% Transportation 13% mechanical that's why this is move on to better app that's probably why let's move on CVS or Walgreens CBS. I gotta go with CVS because I know that Walgreens is Stefano Pacino's playground and I'm not sure what his skill set is. So I'm just making a bet on Stefano Pacino. So let's go CVS. Yeah, play yourself a winning. Yeah, baby. And here's why, very simply because I looked at the skills, which, which company has skill sets that reflect, you know, that actually having association with patient Healthcare, right? Which actually, yeah, which seemed to help the consumer, the patient. However, you want to look at it. And the number here is it's a big disparity. Basically, it's a 22% to 7%. So here, here's where CVS excel's medicine and Dentistry. Good 9%, biology, 5%, psychology 4% therapy, counseling 4%, whereas at Walgreens, they have zero percent for therapy and 1% biology 2%, psychology, blah, blah, blah, overall. It's like three to one that CVS has directors with skills, which which you would think would benefit the consumer's of CVS. Imagine if you walked into a CVS or walked in, I don't have to imagine that. I've done it, okay, so I have an actual memory of that you're actually at a Walgreens and Yeah. Imagine like looking at the products in there and being like the people who are overseeing the company that brings me these products have great Finance experience and they're really good at media. Thank you, God, like thank God like I feel safe buying that thing. So that's another one for you. CBS is the winner and finally Nike vs Adidas, I ask you a very simple question which companies cooler, which is hipper Nike or Adidas hipper. What's the cool? I mean, this is like, we know look, look shoe sneakers, shoe wear fashion. I mean, it's you don't really care which company is like selling the most, but it's cooler, which is the cooler sneaker, right? I know, I know too much for this game. Alright, go ahead. I know that Travis Knight is on the board of Nike, so even though Tim Cook is on the board of Nike, he would represent some sort of Cool Tech Travis. Knight gets a tremendous amount of influence on the Nike board because he's the son of the founder who's also like hovering around the world. Remember now I'm actually looking at independent directors. I actually oh that's because we actually have the data is fantastic. We had the data right now currently and you know what's going to expand, we have a split between non-executive directors and you know, executive director who were attached inside of the company. So, I'm She looking at the actual non-executive, the actual oversight, but I'm gonna stick with my answer. Adidas is always had. I played soccer growing up before growing up I Adidas is always cooler I'm going with Adidas play yourself the wrong answer. Oh come on. And here's why and I don't even know why you think that because yes, why I like their shoes, you're right 400 years ago. The three stripes were cool and I guess they're still cool. But what else do they do on those stupid? Three stripes? Do you need to do more the straight Nikes? There's always stuff going on, Nike and Nike Nike actually uses, you know, black athletes people from from the Black Culture and not just Neo-Nazi management. Yeah, yeah, sure. Okay. That's fair point. But here's here's the key takeaway that I was looking at and again only available in our skill set date, which is just fantastic data. I don't know why you wouldn't want to get your hands on this at Adidas. 36% of non-executive, directors, economics and accounting. Okay. Wow, 36% a lot whereas 5% Fine Arts, right. Okay, you with me, fine percent, Fine Arts. Let's speak. Fine. Arts is like movies television. It's like the the final rate of Enterprise creative creativity. Yeah. Exactly. 5%. Fine Arts 36% economics accounting at Nike and why. That's the winner. Only 10% economics and accounting. 20%, fine. That's why Nike did not famously bringing Kanye West. That's probably why that happens, right? As a point of comparison, I like this point of comparison, Crocs, which nobody likes. I don't know why. Anyone buys Crocs. 32% economics, accounting 18% mechanical. I don't know what that means and 0. Percent Fine Arts zero Flex their design, right? The design sucks. So yeah, why people wear them is like yeah, they are very mechanical looking shoes. Well, it's actually good. I love this data. I mean I I'm having a lot of fun with this data. And again, if you're a listener as a show and you are sitting on, you know, 100,000 dollars in cash to know, you are reach out to us and we'll sell you wait a minute who is that? I don't, that's why data Throwdown list. What do you got? Let me tell you, I really like that. That was really good. Like a head to head inside. Maybe I might win this week, I could win this week. So what I did was, I actually downloaded all the US already bored gender lens ETFs. Oh cool, where'd you get that? Where is so I find them in a variety of places but I found a list of the largest like if you want, if you're an investor you want to go out and get like a women focused. I was just love the tradeable. Basket of stocks, right? There are bunch of options. I went and I looked at them and I said, What is the gender power gap of the top five Holdings for each of these funds which once you get that. So, the fun. So the fund actually listed all the equities, you get all of that. They have, they have to report a quarterly, they have to report their Holdings. So I looked through all their Holdings and I have all their Holdings but I'm only going to focus on the top five because it was really interesting to me and there's a reason why when we get to the end. Okay. So I'm gonna start with the worst and get to the best. All right, start with the worst. So, the biggest power guy, the biggest power Gap in the top five Holdings, the top five Holdings usually comprise a fair size of the portfolio, but here's the biggest power Gap. The biggest power back. Gap came in at an average of negative 18%. Oh, women in tokenism sports on these boards. Had 18% less power on average. That's not good. Then their representation in the room, okay? As you know, this is my favorite. This is the favorite data point that we call, right? That's why. I think it's the most important. I'm literally playing to you. I just trying to be well, look at your own. I think there are people in the audience who agree with me, but but this specially data in this area of our star of our industry, right? Has been stagnant for so long. I just think that this opens up a whole new world of looking at women on boards. I just think it's exciting. So I mean we can finally look at it and not say like let's count the number of women on there because I was again, that was great, you know, 20 years ago, I think it was a great starting point but this stuff has got to evolve and this is the start of that Evolution right here. This this. And first of all, I do not want to say that these are all Will be traded ETFs, the tickers of some of these are just exceptional. So the particular pandering very pandering. Yeah, like, in a way that's mildly comical to outright comical, give me an Executor to this is w. O m n woman, okay? Woman, it is the impact, like YMS YMCA women's empowerment ETF. The women's empowerment ETF has a negative 18% average, power Gap, just out of curiosity. How many equities are in that? Yeah, I know they have all different 20,000. Like how many were talking about? And this one that the total fund is 200 ish at 205 or something like that? It's still the average is that? That's a that's really bad. I mean that's really considerable. Well the overall average for the fund is seven point of about just under 8% and For context, the global average is 6% power Gap, right? Like so negative 6%. So even there are even worse than the global average. Oh, I, okay, I got this wrong. So you're looking at the top five largest. In each in each fund, the housewife position. I got it by March. OK, I got oh I see. I see good good. So the next fund, also a negative 18% power gap on out of the same. Equities are the same. They are not the same Equity, they somehow managed to get different ones. Yeah, is she is the chicken. It is the spdr, the State Street fund, msci, USA gender, diversity ETF. That's right. Come on. Now we Mothership we love msci. Why don't think they come to us to help us pick which goes into these? Well they just build the index so they build the index and someone license is it reach out to us? We can help you pick these companies better and then the next one is negative 17% so yeah, not much improvement from the other two is the ticker is bkw and I mean I don't know, one does, it's the bny Mellon women's opportunities ETF. So apparently the opportunity in that ETF is not to have power on the board just opportunities to sit there and shut up a lot of that. Um, the next one, we're starting to see Improvement at a negative 12% power. Got I don't feel too good about. Well, it's double the global average, but it's still better than the negative 18%, right? True is the ticker is EQ U L equal. Okay, is the IQ and gender equality ETF IQ in gender equality. Now I don't think gender that much. Do you think there was a long argument whether they should be EQ u l or EQ? Al you think that they went over that q a l is taken? That's why they didn't. Okay, I think that wasn't that long. I shouldn't gender equality. There longer conversation about the word engender. Do we engender equality do? I don't know. Do we? It's hard to tell now it's getting a little bit better. Negative 10%. This is still bad. This is they ticker is L as in e l l e the French For women worse. Yeah, the liquor store and she really Global Gender equality. You sits ETF. So, this is actually a foreign fund largely foreign still, negative 10%. And now we have a tie for second place. Our tie for second place at negative 9%, The BMO wmn. Now if you remember think of Montreal, this is the wmn is already a ticker we've had, oh, but Canada. But this Canada. So it's not us women in leadership fund ETF and also in second place, the Fidelity women's leadership Ito. Is it a coincidence? They have basically the same name and the same power Gap. Well, they don't have the word in. That's, that's different. That's different. Yeah. And the number, any winners on this list, the winner of this list overall, in fact, this requires a drum roll because you're not going to see this very much. The winner here is the hypatia women's CEO ETF wceo, my patio, a plus five percent power Gap plus five. Meaning women have more power in the top five Holdings on average than their representation on. On the board and the companies in that are the most different by far from the others, in fact, right? Do you want to know what the most, common, top five holding is for all of these funds and this is where you'll understand. Why you see the numbers? You see, go ahead and why people don't understand how power works that these companies. The number one across all of them holding and it's not an every single one. But in the top five, this is the most common was meta platforms. I was gonna, you know, I was gonna guess that as a bad joke because there's been so many studies about how bad, you know, Instagram is for adolescent girls. For instance, I was gonna joke. Like, I bet it's met up, but I wasn't actually serious. You know, you should have been serious. I mean, I mean really that is it? Yeah, this is the part of this world that kind of disturbs me because I don't what what are their methodology is that that puts a male controlled company, right? I mean, this is Mark Zuckerberg's and Rise which again there are so many stakeholder reports out there about how damaging you know social media is to women to young girl like how how many other common like. So this is the problem with all of this data, right? Like so also seen in the top five include alphabet, Nvidia, Amazon. These are all male, run founder, run dual class, dominated dominated come. These are important to our data. These are totalitarian companies and they routinely show up because the reason the biggest failing of these things is sure you could put a lot of women on the board. You can put a lot of women in management. It's really easy to give like a lot of, you know, policies or look that way. But the fact is men have all the power. So I mean, what amount of power like a monster amount of power. Yeah. So So there's this natural skew because people are doing market cap. Weighted, you know, Holdings and that means you're just going to Pick male run, dominated companies at the top. Meanwhile, this hypatia fund has Lisa Sue's AMD. I'll just say largest holding, thank you. I was gonna say if you're gonna pick, if you're one of these funds, you don't go with you go, you don't go with Jensen Wong. You go with his cousin. Oh yeah, 100%. And then you get female power on the board. That's yeah, that's not that hard. So wait, who wins? Let's play. I'm gonna play us out because we're at the 90 minute. Look, I think I yeah, the hard one. I like I kind of like, both of these I mean there are no ties are for losers. Oh I'm going to pick you yours. Okay that's that's it. That's the winner. That's the winner. How did you find your ETFs? Did you just randomly pick know? I found lists of the largest ETF like female focused ETFs that buy assets and I picked the all but there was a one or two. I had to exclude because they were purely European or we didn't have like this but the patio. So fascinating lists, all we got, there were bad. Oh we got how dare you here, we are free float if you like this, come back on Friday for the wrap up show. But on Thursday, I am going to be running so low again because for the price of countdown and we're going to have a civic duty of a Civic dude. We are covering Target. And I woke Target, Target Target. That's I'm saying the company name and the word Target, so don't get confused until that.
