FRIDAY WRAP: Paramount’s dual class disaster, high speed rails, Philips pays out, and UAW wins

Transcript

It's Friday. And we are live. And Alive people. That is that's a lot. Oh my God you needed to lay down now. Probably this is Ari the data Queen joined by analysts, all about miscarry and hazelnut roles on today's weekly wrap-up. We have the corporate settlements, you need to know about. They really are listeners need to know about this. CEO news and that's every week. Well, there's a lot of you didn't do. You didn't write the, you didn't write it and the UAE still really do. We have that story. Yeah, all right. Cool. What are the hosts? I should. That was last week. I'm my timeline told me. Stop, did she? She knows are you. Aw win so much that I think it's every week, which is good. Yeah, we're gonna have to start banding it from the good list. It's like, Elon, just like we Banning Elon Musk from asshole. Yeah. All right. I should start donating to them. They don't need donations. I think they do just buy cars built by their union members. There you go. You do that. no, I Can't, I can't afford, can't do that. Yeah, that would be a step too far. That's a little bit much. All right, let's get started with story of A weird week. It was a weird week. We're done with my eyes closed but I'm not sleeping. Okay, I don't know why but maybe because he's either dominated by protests on college campuses or like a sleeping flatulent ex-president courtroom. Like that's the only story, but as far as the business news goes, ESG news Here's what I got. This one. I mean, come on. I I can't even believe his head is real but sorry it is Another Boeing whistleblower is dead. Yeah I don't like that. This time a healthy 45 year old who buy all the sudden severe infection. Nobody Nobody very healthy. If she has an infection just say, as of this moment, nobody seems to want to dig into these. They didn't really want to dig too deeply into the first one. And now there's a second one, is this gonna be a ridiculously huge Scandal? One day for Dave Calhoun, like, what the hell is going on here? Just to give a numbers here? How many whistleblowers are. There were a lot there were actually, there were that many. There weren't that many, there were four weren't there. Oh, so you're saying half half died. He's like a acceptable amount. This is the mortality rate, isn't it? Of whistleblowers to our country that we are all. I know. And I don't mean to tell a corny joke, but they can't seem to kill their terrible CEO but they can kill their whistleblower. Oh no, that's going on. I was not I'm not a conspiracy theorist but I'm not I I don't know that bones aren't involved here at all because the Press hasn't no experience but I don't, I don't know what they were nobody but no one really talked about it. No one's really talking about this, it is weird. No it knows how ya. No one knows how to say, thank you this. The story was like that that this was a blower died and buy a sudden infection and then you have to say the prior whistle blower. One of the other ones died suddenly all so by self-inflicted gunshot wound. Yeah, with a lot of strawberries, you know, testimony evidence, whatever that this that that man was not, you know, was not suffering. I'm I know suicide is more complicated but there were no Other allocations. Yeah, but but one you say those two things just in a row like Reddit Twitter, like the dark web. What do you think is happening? Everyone is just saying like a bowing is killing whistleblower. Well, that's all they're saying. There's no evidence of it. That's why everyone's afraid to dig in. But yeah, like, Not us, though. Not afraid of getting. We look, we cover Boeing. We need people to listen to the show, to sue us. That's true. All right. Next story, Paramount, fires CEO. Bob bakhash will be replaced by a trio of executives are calling the office of the CEO. We've never seen this before three. They found three other dudes to take over for one dude, Brian Robbins Chris McCarthy and George cheeks taken over Office of the CEO. This is part of Paramount is involved with a big. They're basically looking for suitors to buy them. One of those suitors is the son of Larry Ellison. This is how incestuous the world is that we cover. It's not even Larry Ellison himself, it's his son. Let me say 27 billion dollar Bid to Buy Paramount. Let me say before we get like super deep into this. You don't see if you're an investor in Paramount, and you're really upset about this, Congratulations, there's nothing you can do because Paramount is a dual-class company share at Stone owns. All the voting shares and you end up with the office of the CEO. If their Amy here is to get bought, then you guys three people to go. It does make it harder. Yeah. You gotta convince three people know. You can you convincing one? Just sorry ratio. Yeah, okay. And, and on top of that, one of the reasons why I brought that up is because we always talk about the, how media companies always seem to be run by these family Empires. And then, Now we're talking about maybe the Ellison family taking over. Yeah, never ends third story. I have a lot of boring CEO stories CEO. Well, another ball in whistleblower is dead is not boring. CEO story Peloton, CEO steps down as beleaguered company Cuts, 15% where I want to point out. First of all, the guys name, his name is Barry McCarthy, he's been there. Yeah, that is two years never 40 minutes. According to the story Pelton has not made a net profit since 2020. And the reason why I wanted to point this out, is this I was looking at our data more than half, the board has been on the board since before 2020. That's correct. What are those people? Is Pamela, Thomas, Graham. She's been there since 2018. She's a chair of the nomination committee. Do you know that she? She's on four other boards. She's she's actually on three other beleaguered boards. Bumble the dating app, which is one of the more beleaguered companies out there rivian Automotive, beleaguered EV company Bumble and rivian Automotive of both, just just been Just falling share prices. It's just a misery for shareholders and there's another company she's not called Compass, same story. No one's ever heard of compass but it's another beleaguered one their share. Price is currently at three dollars it's just it's just steadily has been falling and falling for years. So Pamela Thomas Graham, congratulations somehow you've survived this because because people don't look at the boards, they don't look at board members, I guess, because board members don't matter, they don't exist. Like, they just choose the CEOs and stuff like that. Yeah, that they shoot. I mean, she's a share the nomination committee. She's obviously, one of the most responsible parties for picking the car. He has to be right. Yeah, she does not to mention that. According to our data, she her influence, at the time that he was fired, was actually a bit higher. She had 25% influence, he had 22% influence. So why? I don't know how Hammock. Congratulations. You're on every board. That sucks and you're still there. Mediocre woman for. One for one. What's called a victory I in The Last Story. Only because I've never really seen this one before. So I just want, I just wanted to make this a story that we Exxon to bar. Pioneer CEO from its board and deal with FTC. So did see that Exxon Mobil is trying to buy a Pioneer Natural Resources for 60 billion dollars FC FTC? That's the Federal Trade Commission, did a lot of digging and they decided that okay, well, let you do this deal but Pioneers CEO, Scott Sheffield who founded Pioneer back in the 90s. They're claiming that he colluded with OPEC to raise oil prices. So they're saying, okay, but keep this guy off your board. Wow. You're right. Of course on like we don't care fine. Like that's just doesn't matter. Yeah, right trust review, right? Like, because isn't it designed to be like, is this anti-competitive? Like what and their results was? Wow, that guy sucks. I know you're listening at DC. I know at least someone from there's listening. Can you bar me from some board, please? Just bar me from something Barbie from Peloton. I just made fun of one of their directors. FTC do you need more data to borrow more people? Hello, that's a great idea. Where you can we borrow everybody, those are my stories, there you go. All right, so the stories are a Boeing whistle. Another Boeing was another dead Paramount and their stuff Peloton CEO steps down and Exxon bars. A CEO from the board as well antitrust. Yeah they were told to borrow so I have three. Oh I have three p's and a dead whistleblower. Yeah. It's pretty clear that marketing is not gonna work when I post this. What do you mean? It's pretty clear already. Why is it clear the winner of the week really? I have no idea. These are hard stories. These are not easy Paramount. Oh wow. Okay. Give me your reasons, convinced me family trying to buy another family's media thing. I don't know that I've ever heard. I don't know that I've ever heard a more secure way to convince someone. I'm gonna go. Also with Paramount family, buys another family. Thing, another family's stuff mostly because no one wants to hear me boringly break a tie on these boring stories? No, I mean I like the Pioneer CEO is banned from the board as an antitrust move, right? Like I like, yeah. Or like conceptually can we add something to our platform and database? Like some weird symbol that banned him from the excellent board. Like oh, maybe cross his face because really now he's kind of always there in the weird way. Like, his ghost is always on that board, right? Because he can't be on the board. He's like, he's like Voldemort. Like you can't name Scott Sheffield He who was not being named, exactly it's clearly too early in the morning. I've been live streaming my empty desk for the first time the show and that was, that was the office of the CEO reporting. All right. All right. Which means we're on to the Next section which is the good list might be actually not streaming me streaming my empty chair. That might be the good list. Of the week this week, we have some good news this week and if you listen, yeah, I need some good depressing week, you're recognized only a couple headlines. So here we go. Only three here, right a couple means too. You awning Maria. Reach last minute deal to hike pay by more than 25%. Wow, avoiding potential strike of over 7,000 workers. I did see that? So the German company it's got four factors in North Carolina. I didn't know, I didn't know that they were who build a Freightliner. Oh well, I don't know. I mean who doesn't know that? Is the truck? I don't know. Okay, no I'm not kidding. Actually, what is Freightliner? Those are the trucks that you don't know. I don't see anything. I just Bears. They're good. We're in the corner here. Like Schneider trucks. For example not that's you see Ryder all the time. Continue though. All right. Tell me what this is more good. So this deal it includes profit sharing. Yeah, and equalizes pay among workers at the North Carolina Factory sounds like a communism. Yes, I love it. But this is really extra important because it's happening in southern states where the UAW doesn't have struggled with union membership. So, Yeah. And they last week, was it last week? They won the vote at Tennessee in Tennessee. Yeah, that was last weekly yesterday. Yeah. Yes. Those VW own a VW. Does that mean that? Yeah, there you go. There you go. There you go. You supported Sean Fein. All right. Next. First high speed. Rail line in US breaks ground. Just the first. I know it's happening though. It's bright lines Vegas to LA 100 miles per hour. What do you mean? This is? Well I know offense but Vegas to LA is a I will never ever take or want to take. I don't care, but I'm happy for the people out there. It's great. I think I will make an entire vacation, just go do it. With 112 degrees. Which yeah while you're there and you also do some searching for water, like do some deep. Well I will have to bring my own water. I was Joy. I don't know. I love a high-speed rail though. I don't know why it took us so long, but this is fantastic. Yeah, and it's a fortress Investment Group. Oh, that ruins it for me. Well, it doesn't do. We cover them and 5 million dollars to finance this project three million dollars from the vitamin registration and in the end it is supposed to save 700 million miles of cars driving along us Interstate 15. Wow that sounds like a big number. I like it, that's all. It's not bad, it's not bad good. All right. And this one I believe this is just I think this is the third time. We've done this one, a run for the presidency here. New federal rules on airline refunds require cash instead of vouchers. Yeah, no more Airline credits. No more vouchers. No more calling me on. Hold for hours. Oh, this sounds personal. This is Pete. Footages. Run at the presidency. Wow. Yeah. Hard to hear. First know, you're talking, what are you talking about? You're talking about when with, in cases of cancellations and delays and right. That's what you mean by cash, instead about yours. Yeah. Okay. So and this is happening, right? This isn't like a needs to pass like some obscure body. Okay. No. They have six to 12 months, to implement it because and I only know that because my wife shook American Airlines on a flight that was delayed. They the connector she was going to miss and American Airlines. Note. No joke looked at her and said, sorry, we can't help you. She's mean, you can't help me. So she had to go on the American Airlines website and buy her own connecting flight to the next connection. All right, I think what Matt is saying that is, if his wife was here, she voting for that story. Yes. That would be the story solely based on this. So, is that your vote, man? No, this one's hard. It's hard, because it's so good. So good. All right. This is like the only week you took this category, seriously? I like it. I love it. The those rules are going to come. I feel like I'm gonna celebrate that when they actually start happening. Like six months from now. So I can wait. I'm giving that good list which gives me What are you gonna? Wait four years for the high rails. Oh, the first customer first passenger, we don't have the height of my comfort zone here and I'm gonna go with UAW and jaimer strike a last-minute deal and I'm gonna do it because I love a high-speed rail, I'm super excited about them, I don't love that. It's LA to Vegas. Like the only thing you go between those cities to do is to like Gamble and go to strip clubs. Like I don't like so we managed to somehow avoid high speed rails to like commute or like go to museums or like have access to you know, know we managed to buy it for babies and get away from drought, but fear. That's probably people to be fair. It's probably the only space in the United States that they can do it easily. Like there's no reason not to do it, just desert right there, Death Valley, the north the only place where we really actually need it and they'll never do it because they won't be able to acquire their land rights. Blah blah, blah, blah. I'll just never happened but there they There they have. There's no question about doing abandoned Amtrak. So I'm going with UAW and you, aw, I'm gonna go. I'll just let Ari break the tie. I gotta go for, I'm gonna go for Pete in these new federal rules that. I mean, you didn't even go into great depth into the detail of when She wrote it this morning on the way, passengers will actually get this money back. It is incredible. This is an incredibly customer friendly rule. I mean, basically, if you're playing is delayed like what is it? Like three six hours or something like, you're getting your cash back. It's over like it's amazing. It's an amazing amazing wins Europe for a while now except for today. We don't live in Europe. So they're so break the tire. Break the tie. Okay. Yeah, I'm gonna go with the high-speed rail. Oh, you were part of the tie. So you that is a great way to break the Tie by making it a three-way tie. So what do we have? Oh, so, oh no, but Matt, your wife voted with me so it's the airline we're making good time here because we're we're doing this really hard in the morning or so tired that I filmed a chair for the last 20 minutes because her baby was up all night. You see how you like is like a mannequin behind you? Is that a real person behind? Yeah, that's a man can. Yes, okay. All right, here we go. That means me. Yeah, bring our mood down. We're gonna quick this week. I kept it quick. All right, I like the format I did last week where I did some data points, and then the story, you have the format, I like nobody else, you know, how much feedback I got? Is their calling in actually, did I actually did like it, how much feedback I got on it? I got both of us. Might I asked my wife what she thought and she said, I haven't heard it yet. So, that's all. That's the feedback I got. All right, go on record say, I actually liked what you did last week for one. Well, here's some data points. Thousands of documents were suppressed to avoid this recall. The offer is one billion dollars for five. Fifty thousand customers across 700 lawsuits to cancel all of them. Including the lawsuits were someone died of rare cancer. Here's a quote. Quote, I still don't have my husband but it sounds like a good amount of money coming out of their pocket so it makes me feel a little bit happier. The headline is Philip's agrees to pay 1 billion to patients who say they were injured by breathing machine. Just in case you need clarification know, they did not have to admit false. Well they never do why I don't know why that is. So dude, this actually really freaks me out because these are the CPAP machines. Yes, that I made my husband, get because of his snoring. Wow. Oh no. Then sorry, Matt that everyone knows that. I immediately looked into our life insurance. Wow. Oh my God, I did the quick math. That's 20,000 dollars per customer roughly so to win exactly why. You know what I like about these whenever there's a settlement. So first of all settlements, keep bear in mind. That most of these settlements are tax deductible, depending on the settlement which means it reduces their taxes for the company. You mean for the company? They never declare fault and he was a lawyers too, right? A heavy percentage that will go usually 20, 30% goes to the law firms, who negotiated? So my man, when you do the math, it works out exactly. As you said so effectively, Breathing in, what is toxic chemicals? Getting rare form of cancer is worth 20,000 dollars. Well, that's the value. Well, if I put, if I immediately deduct the law, the law firms fees, that's down to 14,000 dollars. That's correct. There you go. So, so, that's 14,000, so it was a calculator. Phillips is asshole number one, here's some data points for asshole. Number two, The offer on the table is 6.5 billion dollars. I'll take it over 25 years like the 14,000 for ovarian cancer. Oh it's the company is already reserved 11 billion dollars to pay it. So they have an extra 65, four and a half billion just in case The stock was actually up 3% when they have the offer that they're offering less than they reserved. They're offering less than they were, just give everything. You will play, this will clear up 99% of their outstanding cases for causing. Oh variant cancer. 200 Johnson wants to pay 6.5 billion to sell its talc ovarian, cancer lawsuit. This is the baby powder. I don't like this women, of course, how do you know, how many people are involved with this? How many customers they are? So many lawsuits that it's hard to keep track, but they have been apparently killed. They, and if you don't know about this case, it was everywhere for the last, like, 10 years. But you listeners for not, they found as best as in the towel, but they found it this. I did not know, they found it in 1972 and it's they hit it. They did? They suppress everything about it? They didn't tell anybody and they kept selling it. and most of the, the problems that happened because of the Asbestos and talk where it existed Take 20 to, you know, 10 to 20 years to manifest. So they're offering this over 25 years, effectively what they're saying is we'll pay a little something, as you get your code, 25 over 25 years saying okay, okay. I read that wrong, right? So Johnson and Johnson 6.5 billion, pay the 11 billion you assholes just, you know, the two things I'm noticing here in both these stories is that when the company agrees to the amount and settlement, then I'm worried, like, when ya offering it, I want to headline to be like Philips angry about amount or John's and Johnson really pissed off. It has to pay, like, yeah. So here's agreeing. Here's your third horrible one. Oh no. And these are all settlements. If you're not getting the Justice, 19 dead. Oh was a blower, is it bowing? That's a good question in your head. Now he's on you. Calhoun. 700, homeless un. That's a quote, pollutants, spread, and rivers, and drinking water. 430,000 affected people. I know this is mining firm, BHP, offers 25.7 billion settlement for Brazil Dam, disasters, versus San Marcos disaster that wiped out a village in Brazil was going on for a while this case, right for a decade. Yeah, for a long time, 2013 14, 15, something like that is when it I think 2015 there are 12 just under 130,000 affected people. Well, I mean, come on this. There's no well Brazil's like, you know, we got a lot of people here. There's only one way to vote on this one. I'm saying that's I'm not saying it's right, I think that's her attitude. All right, your choice is this is a purely settlement driven easy to me as your choice is a Philip's Johnson and Johnson and BHP. Oh okay, do you go first? I mean I gotta go I gotta go mining company. Whenever I see mining, he's Know it's because I've worked in this industry so long that I know how much how bad mining companies are for the stakeholders that live around them, I don't know if you're a constituent in a mining area, you're you're screwed basically. Yeah. Get away from the mine, move out. So including the people who work in the mind. So it's everybody's everybody's always affected poorly by mining companies. And they always dragged out these things and fight it in there. Like, who me that they're just people too. I mean the other people to die. So they don't have a little shocking that you'd fight it so long and hard that nine years later you're making your offer right? Like you're and that's not the accepted amount and that's not the length of the payout. That's the offer. It feels like what airlines company used to do before peep but it just was like no don't play it all back to peace, know about Pete Transportation secretary to take over. My mining stuff. Well, he president, I'm with you. Let me president. I'm with, I'm with him. I'm gonna go with Oh, the Phillips thing just really freaks me out. So that's oh yeah, that means I gotta break the tie. Come on this. How, what are you doing? Yeah, the Phillips thing, should I break the tie? The way, Ari breaks the time, which is depict, other know, just play the game, right. How do you go for mining Phillips? Over BHP. What are you doing? Come on, stop it. No, I'm actually I'm gonna go with Philips and I'm gonna go with Philips because the BHP was an offer. Like I I'm gonna get super angry when they're next offer. And first of all 25.7 billion, like the point seven, why not just Round Up to 26? That's too much like. Well, it probably is convert. It's probably a conversion, a currency conversion, right? Oh, I guess suppose it could be, but Philip is an actual amount that they're gonna have to pay and it's actually not that much money. Like I said, to me, you know, well let's you white out, the profits that these companies made from the thing that killed people like white Them out. Then it's not commiserate with the yeah, these are all winners. In the sense of they're all assholes. All right, so that's my section. I told you it was short and sweet today, so that means it's up to we're under I love that format because when you read your first, you know, the data clean, of course. You love it. We get it. We get it all. So don't read the pre-production notes. That's the thing. I try not to so I can be surprised. I do feel sad when Matt isn't calling out specific directors or CEOs and yelling at them. I know like look companies it was 11:00 last night and we were doing the show early and I just that's true. All right, headline. Yes. Who's got some? I got three that you'll be happy because I had three but I got rid of it. So I only have two first one and minor pretty Classics. First headline Paramount axed its CEO, then held a bizarre earnings call where it played the mission impossible. Impossible theme song over and over and refused to take questions. First of all, first of all, that much better than that, that's not a great headline. That is a full two sentence. I know that Seven times, but it's also the greatest thing that's ever happened on an earnings called. The second headline is really just as fabulous, the emergent, and this is another bone story, that doesn't even involve a dead whistleblower, the immersion so hard to find. Hold on your hats for this one. This one just seems too good to be true. The emergency slide that came off a Delta Boeing 767 washed up in front of the house of a lawyer. Whose firm is suing, bowing over the Alaska. Blower What do you aim again? Why. But this is the guy that Jeffrey sonnenfeld. Put all his horses behind. This is the laser laser focus. Like David Calhoun. This is the guy. Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Like we're talking about this, like, it's highly improbable but who isn't currently suing Boeing? Like, if a plane, isn't it landing on somebody who hates bowling now. Yeah. And there's more empty land than belt Upland. So, I was gonna say, like, my first reaction was, oh, must be nice to own a home, on a waterfront, where you can have a slide wash up this. I'm guessing it's a Florida. He didn't judge the lawyer first, good. All right, I've got three. And the first one is really short. Mm-hmm. A dolphin died of bird. Flu. I mean that that's it. If it wasn't for the fact that it doesn't really fit in our format, that's the winner. That's right. That says it. All right there. So the worst part about this is I was so excited about this story because like he doesn't even need to be an article, that's the whole thing. I know that's the whole story, like, but I did read the article and it said the dolphin actually died of bird flu and like, 2020, right. Like its it didn't happen. Recently just tested it. Do we know how it got dude? Do don't know what they think. They did a bird. I don't know. I it all. They know is that they found they are still found. And then I want down a bird. Flu rabbit hole, which if you're not prepared for the bird flu, it's coming. It's just I have a box here yesterday. Its I got like a six pack of toilet paper, so I'm ready. But it is because it may not be this year but it is definitely coming. Um, because they just said they found a like a cat that had virus in its brain from drinking raw milk. That had bird flu. Yeah. So if it's like it's doing stuff and it's jumping around and it's gonna be a problem. All right, so then there's this one, this one's more, like the moon, a 1001 year old woman keeps getting mistaken for a baby on flights and says it's because American Airlines booking system can't handle her age. What I want to know is what is that mean? Is it like when she's on the plane? Do the do the flight attendants walk by like? Oh, I thought you were gonna be a baby like one year old baby had gotten under the plane by know, it's, it's when she books. She puts in 101 and then it says, she must be a 101. Year old should be a company. I don't know. And then finally, Virus outbreaks, linked to two cruise ships over 150 infected, what's with you in viruses? What's going on with you? This is not new, this is not new. This is just a question, five years daddy, cruise ship. How was that? A great headline, not just a boring. We've seen that headline house. That great. It's great because it's back. We just Headlines. And then we had a large virus show how to play the game. Show him how to play the headline game. 600 dollar piece stained designer jeans sale out London based designer, Jordan Luka and this was after the Patriots. Yeah, he on them. No, I mean, it's in quotes air quotes. Oh, it is like. Yeah, it's a walk. Misleading headline. I'm sorry, it's not it's not I understood what it meant. It's discolored right in the crotch right? That's exactly what they're doing. What? So when you are involved, it looks like you pee stained, you know. It is meant to emulate a p stain. Come on. You can, you can understand this. That's a fashion. Don't worry about. How do you or something like out on what's cool? I didn't realize pee stain was in. Well, it is actually it's all the time. This is why she picked a headline. This whole segment's going over your head. I don't all right, he's got the flow. Yeah, I got the bird flu, who's the winner for the headlining us for myself? No, I'm gonna vote for Mission Impossible theme, because that is the culmination of my life. It I I look, I actually was gonna vote, sorry, but the mission impossible. One is so free flow. It's so funny. That's right. We like really compelling since we Did the show early today? Maybe you should go to the platform after the show and maybe you can, when when people who use our platform go to Paramount, maybe you can make that music play for when they're looking at scores that. Don't imagine that playing. Like they're like, we will not be taking questions, here are results. And then they came up and that plays, well, everyone, since they're dumbfounded, is it every week you vote for your own headline and headlines, know there's one week, I did it. There was one, there you go. There was a long time. All right, we're on to other things, winners winners of predictions. I'll go first immense quick. Do you have a winner? My winner is any still living. Boeing whistleblower. So if you're alive, you're still alive you. You should consider yourself a big winner. Yes, yeah. And I would consider taking a high-speed train to like anywhere South Korea. Just go hide somewhere. That doesn't make me feel good, though. Well, here's my winner. This is what my winner said this week. And I quote from now on when your flight is canceled for any reason, your entitled to an automatic cash, refund and it has to be prompted, I can't believe this is happening for president. I don't know what is and that was Transportation. Thank you for president now. Okay, four years, my winner is better than your winners. My winner is non-tesla Chargers. Why? Here's the headline Tesla sucked up federal funding for supercharger Network before firing the whole departments. That's right, if you didn't hear in the rounds of Tesla layoffs, 500 people in the department that actually builds their charging Network, which every single automaker has signed on to use. Now, as a National Standard Tesla fired, the entire division. But why did we know why? I don't understand why? Because because he's going quote hardcore, what does it mean? But that's what I thought that that was like a good source of revenue for Tesla. I don't understand why they projected that it would be up to 12 billion dollars a year by 2030 just in charging Revenue. Do you realize that this is just one of the different departments? They're laying off. I mean, he's creating just a constant sea of chaos, he's laying off so many people and yet his independent chair. Robyn denholm is begging shareholders to give to 40 billion dollars his. Like, what the hell is going on Tesla? I don't, he, this is embarrassing. I find this embarrassing. He also said that on the other day, that if you're not spending 10 billion dollars a year on AI, like Tesla is you will lose the AI race. I just so why I honestly I just don't understand why he couldn't continue to pay these people who are. No I think I don't understand it's not about Tesla, right? Like because if you were running the car company that is Tesla, you would be investing in R&D in the cars and like, you know, some of the future Tech around the cars and the charging would be square in your purview, but he is investing in Ai and robots and something totally is not a bank. It's not our company, it's his ways, personal bank. Okay, there's a quote from the article where a guy who is the CEO of a third party chart, they make chargers, right? So they, they're using going to use the Tesla standard. He said, he said, I don't understand any of this, but Elon Musk must be playing 3D chess while we're all playing 2D, right? Like that's the problem. People think he's playing like in another plane like he's got somebody say he was Twitter. Yeah, the same thing with Twitter basically like running in the ground. So A non Tesla Chargers. You are the who's the winner? Okay. All right. Predictions prediction, everybody have prediction. I, you know, I had a long-winded 717. I don't have the energy but I want to cover the story next week. Yeah, I'm gonna cover this next week because I really want to talk about the Cyber attack that happened at United Health. Because, you know, this is one of my bugaboos and I'm gonna go deeper into this because I went into the rabbit hole yesterday, I have some interesting stuff from their proxy statements, but I won't cover that today, but I will say very quickly that the headline of the New York Times is the Senators slam United Health, CEO over Cyber attack, right? And my prediction is that you United Health director, Kristen Jill will become Doctor, Jill and the next product. She's apparently, the only one there who has any kind of relatives cybersecurity experience. She briefly served on the board of a cyber security company and I think they'll Elevate her to doctor. I think they're going to do that. I think that's probably true. That's not to Norfolk Southern. If you don't if you haven't been listening are you have Guy I did actually scroll down. Oh I do have one. I think Boeing will not provide Around the Clock security to all their whistle but oh well inside the security. But if you're a whistle block, okay, this is a PSA to all Boeing whistleblowers. If Boeing security knocks on your door to protect, you don't open the door. I'm gonna say, don't open the door. I have a final prediction on our way out my prediction is I am going to release designer shit stain jeans in 2025, which will sell out. I mean, maybe you should, because we need a, we need a backup because we could use the extra Revenue at different Revenue stream. Yeah, that's it. That's a streamer Queen who was on screen briefly while not filming the empty chair. We are free float. We'll be back on Tuesday with I believe it's nuggets on Tuesday. Yeah, if you didn't check out our proxy countdown this week, we covered eight hundred director votes at 55 companies. Like we did a huge thing. We showed you how you can use big data to do voting. So go check that out. It's actually you can I don't know if you're wonky and you like it, you'll like that. All right, that's it. Until next. Week, goodbye.
