This is the metaverse. I'm okay with it live. From my main scarf. It's a business pants. Friday 2022, prediction show, hell prediction, Palooza. Yeah, honestly, this is my favorite show of the year. I think I went back and I looked at the old I listened to the old show. Look at the old predictions. These are great. These are fantastic. Where were we wrong? Well, I wasn't there. So, I was right, you Yeah, you want to review last year's before we get going. Yeah, let's you had a couple years showing off about what did you nail? So I'll tell you what I now I tell you what I missed. I so first of all, I totally nailed. I think two things Number one that I said by December of 2021 Jeff Bezos would officially launched himself in a blue origin rocket. However, I said he would go to Mars and he would leave the company in the hands of Professor Scott Galloway, who was fine with the CEO on Mars, just not on Africa, so I got that. Jeff Bezos would launch himself in a rocket correct, in 20. I this was, this was January of 2021. We made this prediction. It was not announced. Wow. So I nailed that. I feel like, yeah, the other basically got that one. Right? I I give myself credit and the second one I think I got right. Was the the anti anti-vaxxer movement where people who were vaccinated would start anti anti-vax movements and get really annoyed. People who aren't vaccinated because the coronavirus should keep going nailed that. The one, I think I missed biggest on was Zuckerberg announces, he's going to finish college. I that was that was, that was a big prediction and he finished College, what? He even announced it. He'd go to, like, University of Phoenix online and not telling, you know, it's a good question. Those were my big ones from last year. I tell you, I think I am all mine were failures because I was mostly like being hopeful for, you know, good positive change. Like I I said things like, will this be the year that CEOs are held accountable for something this year will dial back? Our billionaire fetish know we got worse, is this the year that we hold Tech responsible? Yeah, there's a bunch. It was a complete failure, complete failure. I did, I did ask is this year that we consider ESG investing to be a complete fraud. Maybe. I don't know. I don't like we're getting there, but I don't want to get into that wonky work in that. Yeah, I think I failed. I think I felled Ari and Emma did not have any predictions for 2021 because they did not exist as human beings yet. But actually, if you had to think back, To early 2021, something that you thought might have happened. It, was there anything that stands out? Yeah, make a prediction now that did actually happen to make me sound smart. Like, that's what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to you, predict that Jack Dorsey would step down. You can predict she predict She can predict a Indian would take his place. Okay. Yes. Ready for this 20 sections. I'm very excited. We've got a lot, so let's do this. All right. So I as I am apt to do I I put them into our categories. I just can't help myself. These are vaguely. Candidates for story of the year but it doesn't matter. They're just I, I kind of just picked some of my favorite categories and I picked a story for me that like 900 predictions though. I have. Yeah, I have seven and a half. I I'm gonna go through them pretty quickly and then feel free at the end to tell me which one could actually you think you actually either enjoy or gonna happen, whatever. I don't care. First of all, in CEOs rule. I think, I guess this isn't much of a prediction anymore because it keeps happening a major Silicon Valley, CEO will step down and it rhymes with Fucker. Merc. All right, I I rant about race and gender all too often. I know everyone's bored of me. I get it. It's fine. It's cool. The Facebook even surprised me I was talking with Matt about this. I was looking at their leadership. They would consider that, there's 32 people that lead Facebook, right? I'm not gonna call him at a platforms. So get over yourself 23, executive leadership, nine, on the board. 32 people, 31 of them are white. How is it possible? I mean, I know, I know I know no Damian's gonna go on blah, blah, blah, but even even for now this is not seem really creepy to you. Isn't that a little much? That's standard. That's why for that's like that's an achievement Facebook, you're amazing. All right, let me go. So try really hard to do that, right? And yeah. And, and once again, my new fetish is to take a peek at like, who was the head of diversity, who's the head of legal, and who's the head of of Human Resources. Because I now, I'm looking for men because they never men, and they're all women here. But. So anyway, I'm looking for that guy. Who runs the head of Human Resources. I'm just looking for that guy. Okay, so I made the prediction of who is, yeah, go ahead. Well, should we start considering a male head of HR A diversity of play A diversity hire? Yes. Yeah. Or or chief diversity officer? Write a white male, as Chief diversity officers. University play. Actually, that seems like that's like, literally, I'm gonna piss on Okay. Overall I should say 70% bwg. That's boring, white guy so there you go. All right. Okay, moving on here, I picked it. Who's gonna replace Zuckerberg so and I ended up on A woman named Fiji SEMO. Okay, that's the big prediction. Who is she? That's a real name is. She's the former head of the Facebook app she recently left it, become the CEO of instacart. And here's why I'm picking her. it's because I think they're going to want like a green Washi pick and I looked at everyone and there's no green watch he picked because it's all bunch of white people. So and she's like, you know, vaguely there's something. This is just something interesting about our first of all she's a she so that's good green washing and it's great, great glass Cliff potential. Okay, second of all, she's French. So it's good EU greenwashing because the EU gets mad at Big Tech a lot. So I thought that was a brilliant. Like double green white. I like this and third. Gets a little confused here because first of all her name is confusing to Zuck, he hasn't really know and you know, he dropped out a college, he's just confusing General but you know, eating is hard because Zac is really looking for an Indian higher here because he's he's looking for the Twitter, Microsoft, Google play here. He gets confused because the instacart founder and former CEO is a man, named are a poorva meta. And he thinks that that's who he's hiring as the new CEO because you often see them pictured together and he gets confused by the name. Fiji seemed he doesn't know what the hell's going on. Wasn't sure. Which one was which he wasn't. Sure, he just didn't do his due diligence because this is the, you know, this is a decade of due diligence or non-duality. So he ends up with Fiji SEMO. Who is not an Indian man, but whatever close enough. That's my pick. All right, I like it. I like it. It's very well. Reason. It's start. It's very hard and a little wonky, but good. all right, next In my blowhard index, I predict that Business Roundtable updates, its redefinition of the purpose of a corporation. Two definition. Yeah, they have two dire warnings that they're going to announce while giving absolutely no steps to a solution. The first warning is about about, we have to control the metaverse metaverse before it becomes an unregulated mess. And the second is a warning that CEOs will have to learn to make hard trade-offs and become more transparent, that hiding behind the idea of purpose or behind dressed up. ESG scores is no longer an option. You think the Business Roundtable makes that? Yeah. Wow. That's pretty bold because so far, I would Entice it. I know it's confusing, right? Are you? Yeah. They don't state that those things, right? Exactly. All right, number three, what in my ward category, I think the culture wars over takes the virus Wars in 2022. And I think we're going to see several States try to ban corporations like we're going to see. Wow, we're gonna see red States. It could be the other way around. I'm picking red States for this. They're gonna try to ban leftist corporations from operating within state lines from generating Revenue within their states. Yeah, I think that's the next step here in the culture. What are they just banned? Liberal thoughts. I think that actually, they should go to the, the next. Why is it? Why is it? No way? Because if I was imagining like a Starbucks, announcing, like an extremely employee Center, Something that is so left-leaning that they're just like like we're not we're not we're not paying these high Wade's we're not giving all whatever like they just freak out. I mean the irony is just, you know, let the Business remarket do business and then oh wait, you can do that here. Well I this story I picked, so that's fine. Yeah, I picked this story on the back of Emma and Matt's reporting on Marjorie Taylor Greene and how she wants to shut down Twitter. So this is where that came from. All right. Can I do an addendum to that? Yes, I would like it. if a shut up politician, Returned money to a corporation because they were too woke or not woken up. They they basically said you're so we don't believe your ideal so much, we're gonna return your political donation. That that would be fantastic. That won't rating, something like that is happening, but the opposite. Someone is going to be returned. If they don't win the election, they're going to be returning half of their donors donations to them. Really was this. I believe that it is something that I can talk about yet westerners. I will be covering it, okay. Oh, you see that, we tease things. Here's a really boring one for you, Matt, and woke data. after several ESG rating, msci, hit jobs, Bloomberg launches, an ESG ratings product that attempts to rate how good Company is for the world and also in September they call msci, ESG slumlords. All right, festivity. Also demand for lithium will reach an inflection point in 2022. As geopolitical economic environmental forces collide No, I'm not. That's oddly that's not a real friction. That's just when I copy and paste from the internet because the internet's full shit. All right. I have a couple more here. Stakeholders rule. I thought that employee owned Enterprise is joins. The stakeholder conversation. I was thinking a major index, family firm. Think like the Hershey Company decides to sell it shares completely to the Employee Stock ownership plan. So like a complete transfer. Yeah, there you go. So you already would like that one never gonna have. I think it has to be. It has to be a family firm because I can't see anyone other than some, like, nice old family doing this. Yeah, that's your that's just the dumbest prediction you've ever made. The first high profile metaverse desk. Thank nft owner is kidnapped and killed crypto, executive murdered kid kills, another kid for his Nike VR meta. Jordan's you get the idea some kind of and Really in Big Data. Here's the big one. I know it's gonna sound ridiculous, but I think I'm onto something here. Meta, platforms, releases branded adult diapers with three purposes. Okay, three purposes. And the idea here, orange because I want you to visualize. This is that one in the metaverse is sitting for most of their lives in the, in the member. So this, this is a way for them to, to do their pupil and pee in the meta. Branded diaper, they don't have to, they don't have to, they don't have to, they don't have to get up. So, and this is, this is why there's three reasons. Why I met a verse by meta platforms, were released this one. It keeps them in the metaverse longer, write in Revenue, that's obvious. Yeah, two it allows meta to analyze the excrement. To to, they can start a food order Subscription Service, they can see what you've been eating. They can send the food to you before, you know, like on a scheduled service, they can also buy it. They just, they know what you, exactly, that's what I'm saying. They can analyze for any kind of bacteria, kind of illness. You have that can send the medicines, they can set up virtual doctor appointments, you know, they're going to know what's going wrong with you. And then, finally, they can, they can use All this to expand, its user data profile to be the the best user data profile known to the universe. I think, I think that might be the winner. That might be the winner and it might be the winner because you need to expand the idea. You need. You're gonna need meta diaper ports around your Enterprise. Yeah, I do. I think you probably Yeah. Well, I mean you need to empty it somewhere. And I don't need to empty it somewhere but you want to Jack back into the metaverse in different places in your house, right? Like you'll be walking around with your Oculus Rift on and like you know, like like stumbling through your house, you're going to need to sit somewhere else, occasionally important into your metadata diaper. I think it's a brilliant idea. I actually thinks highly Expendable expandable idea. I'm deep in it. I have two Roots. This idea, the two tangents that I didn't cover but I will. That one is the Adam Newman's. New real estate Empire. He's going to create a apartment building where you can stack people in. All they need is a size of a chair, really like a big armchair so you can fit, like, you know, hundreds of thousands of people within one building because they're just the whole apartment is just the chair. And, you know, the diaper. The second one was I thought they could, they could partner up with like a woke company and they could turn the excrement into some, maybe it's a compost. Something. So maybe there can be some way. There's some tube is coming out of the diaper that goes into like a Beyond me, maybe they can. I don't know. I haven't fully. I don't really know yet. Maybe that's the next year. Yeah, can I say though? This is the second major diaper story that you've broken this year, there was a whole Japan. That's my failing. That's this is a big diaper here for Damian. All right. So who let's do it. Just do a quick upvote on which of Damian's predictions. Do we think are, is the winner? Can you do like the top line for each of your predictions? There's so many of them. Oh yeah, there's so many of them. Zack steps down Business Roundtable. Does something stupid? Oh culture wars preventing Corporation from operating a state. Bloomberg ESG product. Yeah, employee owned companies, a high-profile metaverse death and a meta branded meta diaper. Like to vote first. Yeah, you have a question about the diapers. Oh yes, I have. Yeah, I have all the specs. Yeah go ahead are these reusable diapers. The Washington. Exactly. Yeah, because, you know, that's a thing, that's a great point because I think, are we gonna wait for the CEO to be a woman to make it reusable? Okay. Well, there's an upsell opportunity here that I think there will be washable reusable, diapers for your woke crowd. And I think for The Unwanted Cloud, you definitely will throw them away. Because two, why would you want to watch it right? Yeah. All right. Well, my vote is for the culture War State thing actually. Okay. Yeah, I went from no to. Oh my God, that was the fastest because was it Target? That is getting rid of like gender specific some sections. Or have you been to Target that this giant instead of saying that this is girls toys and boys toys? They just make one section pink and the other one blew, and they were some major corporation. Now, great, the pink and blue. Into. What is that? It's purplish. Yeah, purple is Right. Anyone else? The vote? I think I'm going. Major Silicon Valley CEO change. AKA Zuckerberg. Yes, with the addition of Evidence that you did not mention, which is that. He dumped a ton of Facebook stock this year. He consistently was dumping it every single month of 2021 except for December, and it's the highest it's been since like 2018 and his stake has now, and I know that he has like 50 over 50% of the voting shares but his stake in meta in general, has gone down from like 28% to 16 ish. The actual like actual ownership. Yeah. His actual. Yeah, yeah. So Hawaii is expensive. Emma. So why is he trying to buy White Lotus? Yeah, I think he's I think he's building Jurassic Park some Island. Oh God, don't tell me that. That's the wincle boss is actually. You're joking. Yeah, that they're actually gonna reunite. Yeah, they're actually fund a new social media Venture for dinosaurs. Um I I'm a little torn here because the metaverse death is legit. Going to happen. There's someone's gonna get killed I profile in relation to the metaverse. It's the profile that I'm not sure that I think is going to happen in 22. The adult diaper. 100% is a diaper, the metadata diapers, the greatest idea. If even if it doesn't happen meta. If you're listening in Mark, I know you're an avid. Yeah, of course, you're listening. Know, really get some R&D on this, but I also agree that Ari might be onto it with the culture Warriors overtake. The virus Wars, the virus wars were a culture War, let's be clear, right? Like my problem, right? That should have been something very easy to take care of. I mean I mean like literally like science said, put on a mask and wash. Yeah. And it turned into a political argument. It was a culture War already so I'm not sure actually, it's a new prediction so much as a continuation of the existing And which case my vote is diapers. I'm 100% behind the diapers. I'm voting for The friction for you. So, yeah, of course, I it's an aspirational prediction. Is really what it is. I know I, you can laugh at it, but it does. There's a business center. I hope you're listening. Fiji SEMO because I might have, I think I might have the first big Revenue generator for you when you take over. I've been on that. Who. That's it. Those are my predictions. I love. Who wants to go next? I can go. So I unlike Damien, do not have a million in one predictions. I have three and they do fall within the category of irritating. IST are good. Good. so I think that out of these three predictions, the way that I'm gonna have, the way this is gonna go, is you are going to vote for the one that would irritate you the most slash the one that you think is the most likely to happen. I think that's what I'm gonna do here. Okay. All right, I'm ready. So sight prediction number one. The US government will start legislating space before they regulate carbon emissions for public companies. That is prediction number one. Well I already do, It's Tricky so but I have some I have some compelling at least what I think is some compelling evidence for this. So as of right now, international law known as the outer space treaty states that all nations are permitted to use and explore space, and celestial bodies, that is the rule that Nations operate under. It also, prohibits claims of sovereignty. So, you cannot just go to a planet, or a moon or declare in there. Like the Americans did. You can't declare like a black hole as the United States? Is black holes. Like that's not how that works. And yeah, and so, yeah. Anyway, that's actually a great fit. That's a great philosophical conundrum to can. You can, can you own a black hole, right? Can you have a really the example that can you own nothing? That's really what we're getting at here. Okay, go ahead. That was bad on me but not Only can you prohibit. So you have to you cannot claim sovereignty, not allowed under International Space law. It also requires that Nations, oversee, private space company activities when they are exploring space. So if so, A SpaceX blue origin. Those are all under the purview of the United States for them, to make sure that they are following the International Space law. So, okay. Elon Musk wants to land people on Mars, within five to ten years. So the us is going to have to start the process of figuring out what laws apply if mussels planning to colonize that early and considering that 2027 is a closer here than the 2015 timeline that were apparently operating. On for climate change, the space laws are going to happen for first. There's just no, there's no doubt in my mind that soils are going to happen for First International, okay? You an international body will do this the laws or, you know, I think it's I think it's gonna be the US government, who is regulating space companies as like a show of dominance like a right? Or what do you go up into space? They're all us companies. They're all through it even, even Branson's. That's the US. I think it's well, that's a good question, maybe you. Well, recently that made it like Amy and What's up, everyone? Didn't he go to the shortest. Yeah, he did. Yes. So I'm like that. Like makes sense, it's look. It's worth pointing out like Richard Branson actually he's partially funded by the the Saudis. Their goal is space tourism entirely. It isn't colonization. He's not going to Mars yet his goal are his aspirations are like the Saudis have no, like lower atmosphere Glide around for a while for 150,000 dollars a ticket. Right. That's He's just want to go there. That's right. Maybe by the way. Hi Saudis, thank you. But I like my other, I guess he was like yeah, sorry I'm a little confused in the sense that the, so they're using the us is going to create regulations for its it corporations existing in the United States like they're gonna start to regulate What? Space. Okay, it is current. So what Elon Musk wants to do is currently illegal, like he cannot colonize Mars under International Space law, that is not presently legal. So the us is going to have to deal with that because it is the US's job to regulate these companies and to oversee, yeah, to oversee. Their their like doesn't mean I'm going to pick it. I like it though, right? And not only that, but Elon Musk has already sort of given some Credence to the topic of space law because he gave an interview at the very end of 2021 regarding his thoughts about what the government of space should look like or specifically his Mars colony, his thoughts mainly were that, the government should be a direct democracy rather than a representative democracy and that the laws should be short so that people can understand them which weirdly I kind of agree with it and Abstract sense. But short laws shortly, understand, That's our future. Okay, great. Something I can get behind at the very least and one so considering he cannot blame sovereignty. The us is going to have to deal with this somehow. So I think that people are going I'm going to be very very irritated when the government is spending a ton of time figuring out how to regulate space rather than trying to regulate our Earth. So they're gonna be thrilled, they don't have to regulate social media so they'll be happy but they're not gonna do that either. All right, all right. What do you got? What else? Prediction number two. Peter teal is going to implement palantir, Gotham in Ohio or Arizona police departments. Who. Volunteer Golf, and this was for you, Matt. Yeah, this one is for Matt. It's true leaves. Yeah, by Matt. So for those who don't know, palantir, Gotham, it's a predictive policing system. Currently used by the apartment. This is no no this is real. This is already in existence. Yeah, I mean these are the irritating ones name and I don't know what to tell you. It's not the most updating segment we have so work frightening. So this is a combination of a couple of things. So the palette palantir, Gotham is their predictive policing product, that is already being used by the Department of Defense and a couple of other predictive policing products. So it's like my nerd report the Philippines my narrative report is a Spielberg movie that starting time Crews where they arrest people before they commit the crimes. Quite okay. Yeah I think basically an okay-ish comp just topic nightmarish nonsense. Yes dystopic nightmarish solidly covers it. So Peter Thiel is currently funding majorly funding a couple of many different. He's one of the biggest political donors in the country. Very very consistently. He scared, everyone should be scared. But he is currently funding two Senate campaigns. One of JD Vance, he gave JD Vance right now, 10 million dollars, which is way more than he ever donated to Trump, which is just for the Ohio, senate seat. That was recently announced, it was going to be vacated JD Vance, wrote a book that was recently made to a movie with Glenn Close. Hillbilly elegy. That was heavily criticized for many angles and he's insane. He supported the Rittenhouse verdict. His wife, you couldn't live with that, right? Can't Kavanaugh he, and he worked on Peter Teal's firm named after the medal in Lord of the Rings mithril Capital Management that is I believe. Now palantir is also named after Lord of the Rings. Peter. Yes, it is like is super into the Lord. So this is all real yet sounding made up. Yeah. I don't like yes. So he's funny. You know. What does that Paul? You know about palantir? Gotham. It's a real thing. You know about this? Yeah, it's a real thing. Yeah. It's just the name of the product, right? Like, I know but even the name alone, you should be running for the hills. Yeah. I mean they don't shy away from like that. They're like really oh nanometer away from calling themselves like the palantir. We were watching you right now asshole like mixed with like mixed with like just utterly juvenile nonsense like like Yeah, Luke Skywalker like they're just, they're children. Who want to dominate the work the world, right? Like the palantir. Death Star is a future product. It's just so, yeah. They, he really goes for a lot of like, very male like that. Historically, male straight dorky references like Palin or palantir. Gotham. That's a lot of and a bad man like, he's right. He's, he's like, self, openly gay. Man, who like, really deeply into 13 year, olds straight. Excuse me, male shit for that. Oh, okay. All right. Yeah. Yeah. That's not their actual one that he's supporting candidate. Number two, is Blake Masters who's running for Senate seat in Arizona? He actually co-wrote Peter Teal's book with him and he is the president of the teal foundation, and he is the one that is offering nfts to donors and he will, he is the one that is going to return half of the donation if he doesn't win, terrible. Yeah, too. I think I actually, we need to spend a lot more time on the teal Foundation, that sounds like, well. Uh yesterday so Emma was talking about Adam Neumann Adam Newman's new real estate venture and she mentioned someone named DJ malk who is helping to run the foundation and I so I put on my detective hat she's like because Emma said you know you can't really find anything about him on the internet, which is true, it's very difficult, but I did find a palantir connection like he's involved with a SPAC or and where palantir's. So there's a lot and, you know, Adam Newman's is the cult leader genius that we all love. So there is a lot of weird stuff going on underneath, maybe that's why djay miles is hiding because he's involved with palantir, Gotham weirdness diapers. And I mean, look, if you want to know where the culture wars, like versus virus Wars, come from, like look no further than the weird idiosyncratic. Ideologies of people who made a billion dollars, and now have decided that they can do whatever the f they want. That's true. And that's Where it comes from, its like the tech. That Tech boom of 2000 has has like, spread its Horrors, it really has, its magical. Yes, it has and I think that it is all going to culminate and basically, what I'm predicting is that Peter Thiel is gonna take over, Municipal police departments eventually from starting with. Oh, I think that that's already kind of happened. Already. Oddly specific though, like a great last. Thank you. That's the last prediction we have last one. Sorry, I'm really sorry, for what I'm about to do to you. Oh no, we find out the beyond meat is actually horrible for the environment. Oh, she doesn't care about. I care about that. That hurts me. I hope why I'm a why Because there have been some articles coming out over the course of the year that have been taking Jabs at alternative meat companies, lack of transparency and I do think that this could be the one of those articles who funded those articles on. We know really. I really want to know. Peterson.com Institute higher state of Kansas. I don't like where you're going with this Emma. I really don't. I like I don't care if it's if we reduce our addiction to eating meat. It's already a victory. So get over yourself. Emma. Actually it was probably from like protect snap pea Foundation or something. That actually looking at proteins okay you're horrible ideas. So after now that you're done with your temper tantrum I can explain so, I think that this is the year that we're going to find out that one of these meets up to companies are going to be reeking havoc on the environment. And one of the reasons is because beyond meat went public in 2019, and I think that shareholders are going to want more transparency from them now that they're a couple of years in like they're having, I checked their proxy statements, they haven't had shareholder proposals to speak of yet. And I think that this is the year, when there are people are going to be like, what's up? Additionally, I would have included in impossible foods and this prediction as well. However, they aren't public yet and they have said, basically, that they don't even have an announcement date. Ready to go public. I think that we the, the Forbes article I covered this week, I think they had them on that list of one of the top IPOs for 2020 today, but they haven't actually announced yet. Okay. So they probably will. They people have been saying that they're gonna, I don't like to see that list before I made a prediction about an IPO, you feel? I'm sorry. Feel free to subscribe to our shows. You. the more likely of the two to actually come through with some transparency because of shareholder pressure, but Beyond me doesn't disclose its annual carbon emissions, its total annual carbon emissions, it doesn't disclose its water usage or their environmental impact on the forests that they operate in and I think people are going to start thinking that's sketchy because it certainly is And the only other thing is that beyond meat has said that it completed a greenhouse gas analysis, that was going to be released this year 2022. In addition to some updated ESG goals and my guess is that these are going to be disappointing, not particularly all encompassing, and not that enlightening, either that I believe so. All right, so the three predictions here are It U.S legislative space before carbon. Yep. I like to heal takes over Ohio or Arizona. Don't like that. Yeah. And beyond meat sucks ass for the environment. I hate, I hate correct. So that's that last one's propaganda. Essentially, I'm gonna go first, my vote. First one, I love this idea of US Government legislating space before they even get to the, to the good stuff on our. I like that one. Yeah. All right, that one. Yeah, however, I don't think that will happen this year. So I'm gonna go with beyond meat. Oh, sure. And finding a horrible again to I, um, As a look I've been in ESG for 15 years. So what I'm about yeah I know this is the worst thing I could say out loud about to say, you can just go fuc yourself. I like meat and I don't care that much about beyond meat. I'm going with beyond meat. Also, we're gonna find terrible and we're gonna find out that that giant burger. I'm gonna have tonight is actually A-Okay. Um, really just so you know, most of the ratings companies say that there's not enough conclusive evidence that the meat substitutes are better for the environment and meet because the transparency is so poor. I understand he's like actual vegetables. Look I Get all that Mike speaking truth. Oh what are you focused on negative stories about the meat industry? Like just get over it. Seriously do that 98% rating down to me zero percent. Zero for transparency. I'm I I'm in on black bean burgers and real Burgers. All right, with this middle, fucking grass. All right, Bill's out of this nonsense. What are your predictions? I have four predictions, two are silly two or serious. I'll let you But my first prediction. I thought, hmm. You know, the difference between Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Pepsi has all these snacks Coca-Cola. Just make sure water. I wonder why Coca-Cola hasn't made sugared water with alcohol yet like everybody else. So I'm like, this is my prediction Coca-Cola will come out with and alcoholic soda. And then I Googled it just in case you're already was one and yesterday they announced they were coming out with an alcoholic beverage. Oh you know this is this is less of a prediction more reading a headline from yesterday's that were you? I mean, I don't know what I think. I Googled it is. I wouldn't, is it possible? You were driving around in your 2022, Range Rover, and you heard a story about an NPR, you know. It's not possible. Not possible. I did not watch the news out there. Yeah, that's true. I work. I got up late yesterday. Worked all day. Went to bed. That's all. I did not get to our fan base in Croatia. I tell you that is very dependable and trustworthy so I don't think she's alive. I don't believe anybody but what's worse. So I read the headline I was like oh no, you know? And then Had a little freaked out moment but actually read the article and this will be their second alcoholic. Beverage, their first alcoholic, beverage came out in 2020, but it was only in Latin American cities. So we don't have congratulations. You predicted something from two years ago. Let's we better move on first one. Okay? That ugly. Yeah. And I am picking. I'm picking that is the, my vote. My my vote is already in. That's already. Yeah, that's it. That's what else you got our already wins. See 2022. Great. The biggest metaverse players. Are you ready? Yeah. Bumble. Dating in the metaverse. Oh, I love this. Number two, double dipping. Don't call me out. Coca-Cola, who's gonna be, who's gonna be all over? Like, Buy my stuff. Stop drink of choice in the metaverse. It's gonna be Coca-Cola, they're cool. And every country in the world, they're gonna be all over. So you're gonna go Bumble, you're gonna go on date and you're either gonna have your Coke or you're gonna have your alcoholic Coke drink now. Okay. But explain this to me, I understand how you can date in the metaverse. You could virtually date. I kind of get that, but how do you like virtually enjoy an alcohol infused? No, no. It's in a metaverse. It's like when you go to, you know, a soccer stadium or a football, you just see a course, or if you're in Croatia, a football stadium and you see everywhere there's like Coke branded right? Like on the side Coke's gonna just be branded on the side of everything you're gonna you're gonna have your virtual date and a coke branded room. Are we not gonna talk about how Matt's Croatian accent is also Italian? Well, they're Italian. It's they bought. It doesn't crochet border Italy and in the North East. Look everyone in Europe, calls it football. I mean, it's not share the Mediterranean Sea so the Brits well, they're they're not in Europe, they left Europe, remember her face right? What's up Barry? Yeah. All over that now. You're still in your date Spotify. That's here to listen to set the mood and you're not nice. So they're Vandross. This I was trying to think of like a someone with diabetes who also seeing like love songs. Yeah. Those are my three. I like that one. That was players. That's your second prediction. Yep. Now, my IPO prediction. This is a prediction that I took the most seriously. I said Ari. What company do you think it's gonna go public? And I came out, came up with a sock company buckets. What is it? Say Emma bombas. Oh, that sound like a Croatian right now. Bombus, okay, bum bum. Let me tell you about. They not on Shark Tank. I think they're on season 6 7 2014. Anyway, they are a mix. Well, when I read about them I got the feeling of like Chobani and Patagonia across between feelings, good feelings. So I'll be on me. Their their socks are not cheap. They cost somewhere between 10 to 18 dollars a pair but people are buying them two years after they launched. This is the year following Shark Tank. They had 4.6 million in revenue and in 2018 they crossed 100 million in Revenue. This is for soccer. Now, a little background more background. Yeah. So they founded in 2013 and they have the Bible and give one model, except they're not like toms because they don't just go dump products, have Hazzard and countries and interfere with like local economy, this this company It was actually founded co-founded when the founders found out that the number one item. That's most asked from homeless shelters was socks. So they have donated over 50 million stocks and they have Partners 50 million. And they have partner with more than 3,500 Community organizations across all the states. So that are just go dump stocks. They actually work with Community groups to get it dumped stocks. Now, I get it. It's, this is part of the re good. I like, are the are good category. Yeah, so this is a great way to cause I don't really get but this one, I get. Yeah, that's kind of. That was good because I was right on two years from bombas is 91 dollars. Okay, but if can I just say you're not before we get all crazy here. Like Corporation, I'm not mad about it. It's just, I know it's great. I have them B Corp. What are you trying to show with them? I don't see. Well know. Did you just show you? Okay. All right, so there are b-corp. Yeah, they're bored. Okay. Yeah anymore. No, it's very, very so forth. Ridiculous, I like it. Yeah, this is, this is, this is I they're gonna like somewhere between, I don't care. And who cares? For me, I'm with next to the metaverse players. I'm waiting for the fourth prediction. Okay, my fourth prediction is in the category of going against the analysts category and they predict that well the other ones you know the legit the shit. Oh they predict that the certain industry is gonna go up a lot but I say we're gonna bring it down and that industry is shapewear. Out. Oh, big anti specs person, right? I'm with you. Love terribly. just like, Shape where you. So you just take shape industry goes down. Yeah, wait was our American used by? This were they bought by Blackstone Spanx? Yes, Blackstone. Yes. Not black group or black stone or black pebble? All right, go ahead, Ari. Why do you care about the real thing? Shapewear industry goes down after staying in for so long, I think. They've all just collectively given up and I think it's okay. She's speaking. Okay. I think, if I think we've learned to just be okay with ourselves, and I think it's probably a lot of time in the metaverse, if that's where we spend a lot of time. Doesn't matter for wearing shapewear. That's true too, right? Maybe the diapers. Could be the meta. Diapers could shape your bottle. Have the meta diapers pull. The way up. Then it does both. Its meta diaper shape or maybe the metaverse will make it safe for shapewear for your avatar. Yeah, all possibility, the only thing about problems, pulling them up to high, as it could be some upward leakage, we all have to talk about that later. Yeah, we're gonna have to sum, we need a physicist. We are already in here. Maybe we need a physicist too. Anything more. Oh okay. Great down with shapewear. Anybody want to vote here? Well, I think, if you want to be right then you just picked Coke sells alcohol because that's already happened. So that's easy one to get right? Yeah, I think he's. Yeah. All right, we're gonna agree. No, I like Bumble and I like Bumble. Yeah, the one that turned me on the most no pun intended. Was I love the idea of a dating app going full in on the metaverse. I love that. That's a great that that's really 2022 fodder. Right there already. Did you specify? Which metaverse is going to deal with Spotify? Whoa, we're the racist one or the other one. That's all gonna be in video or meta, or Nike just interesting because I have a Vacation. Yeah, on that front. I think that please Nike is gonna I think that Apple music is gonna be Nikes metaverse. I think Spotify is going to be meta. What? Wow, because branded music metaverse versus because Facebook and apple do not like each other. There's no shot that they worked together. True. So I think that's him cook. Yeah. So I think that Facebook is gonna go spot a fee. And I think that Nikes gonna go Apple music, That's wow. That. Yeah. Well, I hadn't thought about that. Yeah. But, you know, Emma is that your vote, too? Yeah, that is because I think that she's absolutely right. I was just Matt, you know. Yeah, it's almost made the prediction for bombus instead of public. I thought maybe Nike will buy them anyway. Come on. Well, I will say, Nike will not buy them because they do not sell socks for 90 dollars. But I will say, I have thank you for that much. Yeah, they do you guys. There's something wrong with you. I I will agree. The metaverse players is the most interesting, which means is a clean sweep, which means either that prediction was amazing or the other one sucked. So maybe prediction we've had so far. Is Emma's about Beyond me, don't worry. I haven't given my predictions yet. Okay, I forgot my most important prediction. Sorry that my roommate Kyle will get a girlfriend. Yeah, this sounds way too personal. I am very much my favorite to Kyle Yeah. All right, that's it. Thank you. All right. I'm I'm gonna predict some things I have. I have four big predictions. I have four little predictions and I have two totally absurd. Oh, my god. Oh Lord. But most of these are fast. Yeah, good Lord at the right response. Yes. I'm gonna start with the big predictions. Bored. Lawsuits are the new front of ESG. Okay, it's a little bit wonky but what I hears a little bit. Yeah, look in, in November, Boeing's board settled for 237 million dollars. The max 8 crash lawsuit, Boeing's board was soon for the airplane's going down, someone's going to wake up and say why haven't we been suing? Every fucking everybody that does something we don't like Sumo have they have dno insurance which is actually been steadily rising over years. Do you know, Insurance sense for director and officer insurance. They companies are paying for paying insurance companies. To protect their boards from lawsuits. But insurers are saying it's going to be more and more expensive every single year. Hmm. If you cannot get a yes vote and investors go and they get their voting for like you know climate change initiative or something and the board is kind of like hemming and Hauling are not doing it. They're not cooperating with you, they won't meet with you. Why try the engine number one? Be an activist investor spend and general. Number one, spent 20 million dollars to get Greg Goff on their board. Why do that? When you can spend like 500,000 filing a lawsuit and bringing them to court to get them to do what you want. I think bored lawsuits are going to be there. Yes. Super Bowl board. Yeah, big prediction number two. We stop paying attention to what we bought, when we come to the market. We quantify. We investors we quantify who the jerks are Okay, this is a self-serving prediction entirely so say this sounds like something that we can handle because we literally are building this right now. Yeah, free float. Companies. I'm telling you because I'm hearing anecdotal evidence that this is super cool. What we've, what we're doing from croatians from croatians, only just croatians. When you look at your portfolio, what does it look like? It's like 12%. Well, thanks for yours. Yours looks like a meta diaper the ball, the undercarriage of a better branded. Yeah. I I think what we're gonna see though, we usually see is like, I'm 12%. You know, tech companies, I'm 14% Industrials or maybe you see, I'm 70% stocks and I'm 30% bonds, what? We're going to start looking at is I'm I'm 35% phds on my board, I'm 12% CEOs. I'm 60% a single community of groupthink of people who hang out at the Chicago Opera and and toast each other. You know, we're Going to look at boards or look at our portfolios through the lens of the people that we just bought and not through the lens of the company. Yeah, because if you if you Proclaim to to invest in winners, let's just say, yeah, why not? Why not invest in all the winners associated with your winners is that we're trying to get it that or that's why not um, avoid losers like that loser. I don't want to be a part of like that guy. I want every I want to invest in, not that guy. That's that's prediction. Number two, we switch from what we bought to who we bought, don't everyone. Listening an idea for a new product that's that's us. Well, it's not a new product so much as we already built it. So call us too, late prediction, number three. And this actually, dovetails with predictions you already made so I don't want to spend time on it but the one true metaverse it does three things. We know it we Know it's going to sell you shit and we know it's going to look beautiful except for all the racism in it. But I think it's going to be a fully militarized Zone. What does that mean? I think the Peter Thiel libertarian anti thought, police that guy who brought you Facebook and palantir. Marries the two and effectively the metaverse is a way to track you because they give you like nfts, like humans become nfts right. We're identified by our our code. In the blockchain, they can follow us everywhere and how long do we think it will be before the Chinese and US military set up their own fake? Medavie posing is cool shit, simply to infiltrate one another. I think it's a militarized Zone. I think I think the military's of various countries, basically, live and play in the metaverse, as much of what more so than people I was gonna say, which is essentially an extension of what's already happening, no? Right? Right. That's why you've already talked about a lot of this. So all right. I'm not gonna clean it as I can inbox about from this newsletter And subscribe to. And the subject was how terrorists could exploit the metaverse? So, but if wait, if if the newsletter saying how terrorists can exploit the metaverse does that isn't the natural Next Step? How the military will protect us from terrorists and metaverse right? The fear and then militarize can I just say this goes back to one of my predictions last year which is is this finally year that boards are held accountable for not having Tech experts on their boards. I'm waiting sooner Versus coming to the board. How about inviting your friend from Sigma Nu at Cornell? What about someone who understands text? Like, what about it? How about it? Why not? Because you don't know them. You just no fun hanging around. They want to brother. How are you? Big prediction number three. I think we did three like three ago but doesn't matter anymore. Our four going four. Yeah this is the last big prediction. We have our first angry, White Zombie director. Okay, I'm gonna need some explanation. Yeah, me too. So a zombie directory, knows a disease. Damien explained, a zombie director is a zombie director. Essentially someone who was voted off the board but decides not to listen to the will of the shareholder and just remain. There's a real, it's a real phenomenon. It is a real phenomenon. Yeah, The not many directors are actually voted off, but I think a majority of them to actually stay. So Math on your own there. Yeah it is very few zombie directors. Mostly because they all keep getting voted on but when of director gets a less than majority vote that stays on the board, they're known as a zombie director. Here are some in the spirit of this is a follow-up from yesterday's show. Here's some Insurrection stats. Okay? White males, made up more than 80% of the insurrectionists. They came to places where minority populations were Rising through Democratic shift. They feel disempowered and Afraid by civil rights of civil rights activists, and they're angry about affirmative action, like, liberal double standards. Okay, here's some boards for you. Yeah, boards are 75%, white male, they exist in places where minority populations are rising from investor pressure. They feel disempowered and afraid of ESG and political correctness. They are angry about affirmative action like board editions. They think are unqualified or unnecessary. Do I have to make a clear road map for the fact that in 2022? A white male will refuse to leave aboard. After they are voted out specifically in favor of a diversity candidate, a white male director. Well, stay on a board. You mean like in a proxy contest? You mean I mean like, like they there's a vote and investors are saying you need to, you know, you need to add diversity to the board and the white male will say, I am not leaving this board for a diversity candidate, right? It's a new type of zombie called The Angry White Zombie. That is, that is what I'm predicting in 2011. I wish it's one of the failings of the corporate elections. I wish directors were running against each other because I would be awesome, right? Right? Yeah. But thank you. You should actually have what? If every year you had a direct or draft, we're like every director. Went back into a pool, back in the draft. Yeah. And, and you like companies, just took turns drafting them. Well, Business Roundtable. If you're into this idea, we can help you create this, so call us. All right. Now my my four micro predictions. These are fast. I think BlackRock goes from being a quiet super villain. To an anti-hero, BlackRock becomes Han Solo. That's what I think. Whoa, bear kiss ass. Yeah, here's here's why I think it? Yeah. Go ahead their past votes, or they're all that. They they're a lot of rhetoric and they don't, they never vote the rhetoric. They're they build Tariq fancy like products. Where Tariq fancies the guy who says ESG is fraud, but I think this year when we look at how BlackRock voted They vote the almost entirely in line with what they've been saying and they come very quietly and anti-heroes, that's a crazy prediction, how dare you? Okay, that's good micro prediction number two. Yes, Greg Goff becomes the CEO of Exxon there and we've been predicting this forever but I'm glad that you're putting it back on paper. You want you to say this? Yeah it's happening in 2020 too. Yes, I believe you. I believe this one. Wholeheartedly prediction number three. Microplane. Sarah knows a micro prediction. Prediction. That's not that interesting. Are you the theranos verdict? Becomes the start of investors right to get defrauded. Yeah. Leave us alone. We don't have. Yeah. Like we don't make us do our due diligence, we have the right, right. We literally gave them the right to stop doing due diligence because they can rely on just looking at a shiny board and Elmo, and lose all their money. But then go back at them and, and sue them for it. Customers, you still have to do the due diligence. You don't want to work with their know, they're gonna defrost you. They don't actually solve anything. They'll probably kill you in the process. Investors, you have just been given the right to know due diligence. Thank God, we have passed dude let's be fair to investors have all the means let's be better investors because the things they're taught mostly at places like Wharton and Cornelius is like I like you I like her. I like him. Like that's really what they're taught like. So let's be fair. I mean they they're just like they like her and that's enough. Why did the prove it beyond that? Should one of us go undercover to Wharton for you just bought I think you just sounds like a volunteer that's worse. I'm out on that. I'm out on that. Yes, yes, friendly lives in Philly. Maybe can crash at his semester one class. All right. What's with the anti Cornell rhetoric today? Or I don't know like, you know, I really angry. Here's here's why I picked up the Cornell thing is because I think it's worth. It's worth it because the office did the whole anti Cornell thing with Andy. Yeah. And then Emma and I were spending a little too much time trying to track down this DJ Mount character from. And he was a frat brother at Cornell and that was my only way I could start to understand who he was, was finding the note from the, the Sigma Nu frat meetings and that helped me figure out who he was and like actual DJ know, are you Don junior, he is, Don Junior. I'm like, well, obviously this detail. Sorry, Cornell. I don't really care about you, so sorry. Here is micro prediction, number four, the last micro prediction micro prediction. Robin Hood, meme stocks, we all know what those were in 2010. Yes, AMC GameStop, Robinhood goes from doing meme stocks to meme votes. Can you imagine meme proxy votes? Wait, but like this is already. This is not a prediction. This is already a thing though. They already invested right in a app or company that is doing this. This is your this is your Coke alcohol Fresco moment because I'm saying, what if like meme stop redditors actually file a proxy with a company? That's a meme, right? Like not the company is a meme but the proxy is the mean, so there's some shareholder proposal. That's ridiculous. Some Sheryl, The Proposal, like let's vote out the most qualified person on this board like to fuck with the system of like Proxy voting and pro and shares. I think this is the mean, vote. It's like is what I'm saying, okay, it's like nuns on math. Yes, it's no sorry money. Let's do what they do. Started dirty, the image of meth? Yeah, go ahead. So here are my two absurd predictions and really, it's just one absurd prediction. So we have more more categories. One is value and cyclical trading when as inflation? Fears persist, I think that's just, I love that and the show. And that actually, I literally got the pasted that from CNBC, that's just totally absurd. CNBC, can you have somebody who can write a prediction that is that, what is, what the fuck is that? The real absurd one is I think in the spirit of what is effectively a metaverse episode, The metaverse has to offer its first meta Jesus. Yep, I agree. That's fantastic. I think the largest church will be in the metaverse. How absolutely right. The first meta church. We were finally come full circle in the whole false prophet thing. This is this is the definition of a false prophet. Write a meta profit a meta. He's like, and we've finally done it. We've done it. I think we win when do that. When do they take like like a picture like the first or like a, like a fiber from the Shroud of Turin and turn it into an nft, you know, it's gonna happen. Well, wait on it. Maybe this overlaps with my prediction because I'm thinking the first big fight in the metaverse is the skin color of meta Jesus. And I think that's where the death comes is, fighting over what skin color, Jesus really should have. It's all like people. We're upset about. Yes they are Emma. Yeah it's almost as if we're like two individuals who co-write shows together like for the last. All right here, come on, let's go on matter. 400 directions here, the predictions board lawsuits, and new front ESG to Brown. We invest in, who not what they liked that one. The metaverse is a militarized Zone. We have Angry, White Zombie directors. Like that one. Black rock comes an anti-hero. Greg Goff is CEO of X on that'll happen. That's born. Due diligence is dead for investors but not customers, right? Meme vote's and meta Jesus. Those are my predictions. A lot of these I think will I think a lot of these are dead on, Matt. Like the meme. I think the meme vote thing will happen. Meta. Jesus. Absolutely, Greg Goff. Yes. I'm gonna go. I'm gonna be I'm gonna be very self-centered here. I like this quantify who the jerks are, I like this quantify the jerks you investing in who not what I like the name. Angry White Zombie directors. Yeah. And I think we should incorporate that in quantifying who the jerks say? That's my w z. Yeah, it's really. Yeah, I think you're right. That's your vote. By the way. My vote is quantifying jerks. Yeah. Oh you think that when I made the connection? I think White Zombie directors are a form of jerk is what she's saying and we got the judge us. I'm going meta megachurch, I also. Wow, would add on that. I think that in already existing Church aka the Church of Latter-day Saints is going to have a happy presents in. The metaverse that is my guess is, why why do you that's just why? What do you think that? Why that one? And not like Joel Osteen. I think that the people, so first of all, the Mormon church has like 100 billion dollar Investment Portfolio, and my guess is that they're already invested in the metaverse and it's interesting. Yeah. So Mike, I think that not only are they only invested they're already invested in the metaverse but I think it's a great platform for Mormonism. Think about all of the metaverse missions. They can go on. I'm gonna say the exact same thing. This is a perfect use for a meta. Brenda diaper is it you can do missionary work from your home from your chair, you don't. It's all right. Go to a third world country anymore and like, you know, beat down, sad people to turn to become your religious is perfect. That's terrifying, meta missions for meta, mega churches, is. This is all terrified. Oh, I'm beeping and beeping Damien for referring to developing countries. People's is sad. I think that they just I hear what you're saying there, but I was speaking so quickly. That what I meant to say, was that when you so fast, as a secular Jew, I've had these people come to my door forever. When I meant to say is that they make me sad when they come, like, there's nothing sadder than some religion, telling you, that you should be a different religion. But the fact I'm glad it's back. I'm just in the narrative. Wow. That's wow. I like everything. I like everything that's happening right now. This like it's like meta beeping. And I like it, and if I wasn't just trying to be self-serving for our company, free flow, I would have also voted for the Mega, The Meta, The Meta Jesus. I love the meta Jesus. Well it looks like, yeah. Well, before we summarize I want to say that. I'm incredibly disappointed already. The biggest one of the 2022 is that none of you use the following. None of us use the following terms, inflection point, Crossroads Tipping Point, conundrum rethinking, or it focus on any of our predictions? That's just wrong. Usually says that my joke prediction actually used the term inflection point demand for lithium will reach an inflection. Oh, that was not. That was the one you copied from. Okay, so I still it still happens up for vote. Those are boring phrases and words for prediction, we want to be more definite. Then let's let's try to get out of here. Do we want to do? We want to say who we think's gonna win the year, or do you want to just get the hell out of here? I want to go. I want to, I want to quick summary of the ones we voted for and I want to pick the one, the one prediction to rule them all, like, Damien Damien's had a time. I had a tie between Zuck steps down, culture wars, take over and met a diaper. So you get to break it. Oh, you want me to break the tie? I got I mean met a branded diaper. I mean, gotta win the diaper for me. Ari, full sweep. We're still in the metaverse here. Meta. Dating metabol. Emma, the winner is beyond me, is horrible. And for Matt, we quantify who the jerks are. Self-serving prediction there. All right, so those are so it's the the its metadata diaper meditating beyond meat is horrible. Quantify the jerks are our four Business pants free float media. Predict a palooza 2022 options. Yeah. Who's the one option to rule them all? Oh, we're going to vote out of those four. Gotcha, I want to vote out of those four. Now, Go ahead. All right. I'm gonna go with beyond meat. Yeah, wow, I really like this is like, this is like a glass Cliff situation like you guys realize that if if you guys if you're pretty sure comes true and Beyond me because on the No One's Gonna believe in this ever again. Like everyone's going to be true and they are actually pumping horrible stuff in there and it's bad for the planet. Yeah no one focusing. Why focus on this one company focus on the entire meeting. So let's go back to focusing on let's take them down and was one of the earliest and biggest investors in beyond meat. Oh Darrell all of you. All right, Emma. What's your vote? Do you have a vote here? I don't hear about it. I think that I'm going for metaverse players. Met a bumble metadata. Metadata dating. Yeah, yeah. I mean, really like It doesn't surprise me that meta. Verse is a big theme Here. I am going to go. I mean, you know, I'm voting for myself here, beyond the joke of the meta diaper, which I'm gonna vote for. Is that what really intrigues me about this is I do think we are at an inflection point. Thank God. Thank God. I think I think we are legitimately and you could put the meta The Meta Jesus into this category. I think we are at emerging. We are an amazing Tipping Point here where the metaverse is about to drop on us, all kinds of ludicrous shit, it's gonna be amazing. We're focusing on the boring right now. We're focusing on Nvidia and Nike, but it's about to get weird. So that's and that's what the meta diaper metaphor is. So I could just you have voted for meta Jesus but it didn't win Matt's category, but that's my vote right there. So Matt, what do you think? I know. So this is interesting. I'm legitimately Torn Between The Meta diaper and quantifying the jerks. I'm Legit. I'm legitimately torn and for this, for the same reasons, the four-way tie laid out, Damian, The Meta diaper metaphor with medic churches, meta, Bumble, meta diapers, I about to get weird people, I can see literally like I don't know, are any of you like a comic book, readers trans Metropolitan you ever read the comic book? So there's a it's like, no this just copying future. It's a journalist and it is doping future where everything is just totally bizarre. Everyone's drug addicted like weird ass and that's basically what sort of yeah sort of unfolding, right? Yeah. So there's a legitimate case to be made that 2022 is the beginning of what will Be the most dystopian thing to face Humanity apocalypse. Yeah, seriously, but I think I'm gonna go all the way. I think I'm gonna go with quantifying the jerks. All right. Good. Four-way tie that's like, point out who the narcissists are among the four of us. Oh, come on. That's not a definite Ari. And I voted for something that weren't around you for your own predictions. That's so maybe you should go to Cornell. Maybe you shouldn't roll in pre-med because you can't just like, you don't know anything about narcissism. Get over yourself, free media. What are you up to over there? Look like the nurses that I want the three listeners we have in Croatia to actually call us up and say, can you give us the model and the data to quantify the jerks in my portfolio?
