Hello, life from Happy mountains, a terrible Thursday edition of business pants. Join is always by Emma. Does not drink coffee before our first pre-production call lurking. And Matt never stops drinking coffee before or after everything in anything. Miss cardi, I'm a distant cousin to a used Dunkin' K cop. And today is Golden Delicious bag of pink lady called May 19th 2022. We unveil ESG 2.0. Yeah, that's it. That's all that's really all we're doing. That's enough. Who else is unveiling? Is she 2.00? I feel like this is gonna run really long, so let's just get right to it. So what we have done is we have compiled all the wacky, Aurora unacceptable repulsive, loathsome, hard, ugly nauseous obnoxious crazy crime, he should CEOs of corporate Behavior. We've, we've put all his headlines together and we've come up with our own rating system, we're calling it, ESG 2.0, egregious sucky, gross rating system game. Okay? And our esteemed pundits, Matt, and Emma. I've worked out some convoluted scoring system where they're either adding middle fingers or taking away middle fingers, and it got us to the point where they're gonna rate my stories, either with everything from zero middle fingers, which means, I guess it's Justified Behavior up to five middle fingers, which five just WTF. That's right. Okay, are we are we did I explain enough with me. That's a middle finger points system. It's the only ESG middle finger point system in the world. Well, and, and as of today, May 19th 2022. It's the only ESG rating system, that Elon Musk is not hate so far, that's correct. But, I think he actually with, I think, I mean, honestly, I'm gonna, I'm gonna take off my snark at right now. I actually think he'd like, yeah, we should send them a message and be like, here's the yes. Well, we are like, Emma has been taxed to put up some system where we automatically tweet him every day to get him on this show. So if you know it's called The Box, you know, Egon you know, Kimball whatever it is, oh he hates. I know but if you know the man get him on our show. All right let's go. Let's do it. Here we go. The first headline, and all. And I, and I'm gonna say that everything I'm saying is real. These are all real headlines, all this, all the parts of the stories. I'm pointing out is all, it's all real no snark, know, made-up crap. This is all just real stuff that Executives or corporations are up to all the crazy. I'll tell you all the, the point system may be, you know luxury but the reasons for the points, The reasons for the additional or subtraction middle, fingers are real all. So these are real reasons. And this is why green Biz should give us a press pass to their upcoming. Let's go, come in New York City. Let's go on it. Here we go. First story, French Court upholds charge against LaFarge over Syria corporate operation. So, basically, they're saying that they are complicit and crime against humanity Cement Group LaFarge over alleged payoffs to Isis or isil. Another armed groups during serious were so basically, they paid off these groups to protect operations there. So French Quarter saying that, that this is a holding the charge LaFarge. So, first of all, Isis hat tip to our listener for sending us this one. And because Damien doesn't care about our listeners at all. And nor do I, when I mentioned taking off my hat or tipping my hat, I don't actually know he's gonna leave his hat on here is the rating of the story. This story got plus two middle fingers for Isis because really Isis like we're funding Isis. Yeah. Of all the corrupt places you could do, you went with Isis and then plus two middle fingers for protecting Cement. That's what they were protecting. This wasn't protecting. Like a nuclear power station was it or elementary school? Elementary school maybe baby formula from bacteria Labs. Looking at you this was protecting cement cement like literally man-made rocks. That's what you spent like the mobility deal with Isis, which is so the literally nobody likes nobody cares. So the final rating we have for LaFarge is and Emma is my as my co analyst here, can corroborate. I think our final rating was four. Middle fingers out of five. It was rated ridiculous. Yes, a great. Okay. All right. I'm I guess I won't argue with your scores. You guys are there's two analysts here, two one. Moving on. Uh, this is by far there's two stories here that really stand out this week. This this one by far is the most distressing. It's a terrible story and my hats off. Again keep it on to the website Dan's deals.com. Yeah I guess why we're getting our news from Dan's Deals. I I guess this is a guy who covers deals and travel but he is he has a lot of reporting on this story. Here's the headline Lufthansa, CEO apologizes to prominent Rabbi for anti-Semitism and he suspends employees. So here's the story in a nutshell, there's so much to talk about here, but I'm gonna try to wrap it up as quickly as possible without being overly depressed. There was a Lufthansa flight where some passengers, a lot of Hasidic Jews on the flight, okay? And some passengers were and were not wearing their masks, although the rules on mask wearing are really amazing, not only at all the cameras for All European are purse everyone. I might, I should be wearing here and as the reporting tells you there's a lot of people were and we're not wearing Masks on the plane, not just the Jewish people and I should say, the noticeably Jewish the people wearing. I don't even want to talk about it, it's too crazy. But what happened was that Lufthansa would not let them. Get their connecting flight, they pulled out 130 Jewish people out of line. Saying, essentially that you are all paying the crimes for one of you like if one of you didn't wear their mask, you're all paying the price and they went through an ugly process of figuring out how to identify the Jewish people. Even though some were younger where horrible, this is not made, you know, Garb of a Hasidic Jew, they overlooked you. If basically, they just said, if you look like a Hasidic Jew, you're not getting on this plane. It's basically what they said, here's more than that, it wasn't just people in the traditional garbage, it was anyone they deemed Jewish I could have been like hanging out with a Jewish but I don't know it. Whatever they decided was you that's the horrible story at all the time. Here's the rating that I came up with, and Emma, you can supplement. Here, I gave plus one middle finger for being a Boeing plane. This is on a Boeing plant because what you focus on because there's something wrong with, it's a Boeing plane know. Of course, that's where things happen. Plus one middle finger for being a German company. With, I read they don't have a great history with Jews. I think I read that somewhere through this, I'm not doing it. Plus one middle finger for it. This is what got me after. You've done the abhorrent thing of taking all the Jewish or Jewish looking or Jew adjacent people all not allowing them on the plane because like one or two people were wearing masks using that as a pretense. Then you fed all of the kosher meals on the plane to the 20 people who were left on the plane, they actually made announcement during the flight. If anybody wants a kosher meal, you can have as many as you want because there's plenty. That way. What I missed that part of the story, that's for the connecting flight to the Jews were booted off the flight. They were booted off of the remaining passengers were offered all of their kosher meals as many as many as they wanted. Did I miss anything here? And I say that, I think that you missed one thing, which is I'm gonna add an additional middle finger for the second apology for the double apology after apology, which they were hoping would work and then did not. Yes, it was about, I read the apology. There's no apology. Yeah, that's all that's all gonna tell you that gives us a final rating of four middle fingers out of five also, ridiculously only four. Yeah. You guys are both comparison. Horrible people. For this is, this is a relative rating. So in comparison to some of the other stories, I don't care. However, I'm with Elon this rating system sucks. I'm moving on. This one is the headline is listen to ryanair's, CEO deliver and I've seen rant about Boeing management. We actually have a clip from this, but I don't know that we need to. I don't know if we need to bother here, play the clip, play the club fine. But at the moment, Why why doesn't he why doesn't Calhoun boot his own up? Put up his owner's but listen, That was Ryanair CEO. Michael. O'Leary he's had, he's mad at some late. Deliveries from Boeing, he basically throws the f word around tells them that their headless chickens. That they need a boot in the yard. I don't know, really, honestly, like, I don't point this out because I feel like anything wrong with him. I just thought it was fun Behavior to point out. That's all, I know this one's easy gets plus one middle finger because it deals with Boeing, but really it gets plus two middle fingers. Additionally. Because he clearly just realized that Boeing doesn't make airplanes, it mostly makes board positions for their friends. That's that is the company business model. It's not about the airplane's, and then we're going to get into debits here. Mine is one middle finger for calling out Boeing management. Excellent job. And mine is one middle finger for doing it with that. Lovely accent. It's, I I, well, that's just who he is, just not, that's not Emma. Watson playing in a movie in America. I know I love. But still you have to love it. And then finally, Minus one middle finger for this is the second time, he's called out Boeing management. He did it earlier this year in February of this year, he called out Boeing management for the same thing for basically being terrible. So overall this gets zero middle fingers out of five. This is fully Justified. Yeah yeah of course it is. Yeah I thought there'd be more in there when I listened to it all but no he's right on good for him he can calls out moving on. The FBI arrests, a New York crypto platform, CEO for fraud for for developing a Ponzi screen at the front investors out of 59 million dollars. I just wanted to point this one out because I love the mission statement of this company and many effects. Yeah, here's their mission statement. To empower like-minded investors to network and use our proprietary technology to earn profits consistently with minimal efforts. I just that's their mission. But yeah, like you don't have to do it. Plus five, middle fingers for basically standard fraudulent, ponsi scheme stuff and I got I got a minus one though, because anyone who investing crypto shouldn't be surprised, I miss anything. I am also going to take away a middle finger for not using the word democratize in their mission statement. Which oh, that's true. Absolutely didn't use democracy. What did they say set of power? They didn't use democratize. Yeah, yeah. So that's that. Gives us a minimal effort. That's three middle fingers out of five. Okay, that's right. I expected Behavior like three. Middle fingers is expected Behavior. Okay, moving on, Oh snap! CEOs, Evan Spiegel and supermodel. Miranda Kurt Kerr. I don't know why. She she's part of this. I guess they went together. They surprised 285 arts school students in La by paying off all their debt and it's very Oprah moment. And all the, all the footage I saw was just as, you know, very happy kids because King Evan came to pay off their debt. And let me add this before you rate this, his net worth is estimated about 14 billion. We think that donations are around 15 million. So this means to Evan would be left with only 13.985 billion. So it's a pretty big. He's not gonna eat for like a month. I ionically did look through some of the pictures of the reactions to it and was looking for people who like were not reacting, because those are the ones you didn't take out any student debt and we're like, well, as always, that should have taken out. I could save my money to call it, all right, so it's plus one middle finger to Evan Ego for marrying a supermodel, you're a nerdy social media CEO, come on, plus one middle finger to Otis, the, the school for charging 43,000 dollars per year for classes that include ideation boot camp. That's a real class and the history of toys. Don't don't crap on, man. They have an 80% acceptance rate and this statement came out of their president's mouth, quote, the student debt weighs heavily on our diversity. Graduates. Stop charging him. 43,000 dollars. A year to take the history of toys, and it won't be such a bird. I'm not comfortable with the line of plus one middle finger to the class of 2023. Like, if you were born one year earlier, yeah, you would have no student debt, but it's wrong, too bad. Yeah. Because the Billionaire's awkward, I mean, he could clearly, okay, I Also pulled. So he gave about 50 million dollars to this one class. But within the last year, he has bought a an unfinished estate in La for 100 million dollars in a baroque estate in Paris for 30 million dollars. So, I, well, the other ones, right? I mean, the dude should be, he should probably agree to fund the debt until he dies because even that would not would not take anything out of nothing, 15 million dollars a year would be basically nothing. I did take minus one middle finger away for. This is a school that actually is in the top 1% of diversity According to some make believe publication that you shut up their highly diverse in their stealing their money. So, at least we're taking that away and minus one middle finger for removing debt from a bunch of future Baristas, for the most part because, like, it's arts school, like, like we got to be on. I, I was an artist. Just what you, what? You end up with, I missed anything. Um, I disagree with some of the points, but the one thing I'm gonna add is what, plus one middle finger for it. Being a surprise, the fact That he's like, yeah, Oprah. Yeah, the whole thing call them up beforehand. Have a conversation like that because then it's about you. Good point. No, he wanted. There was a quote in the article that about something about how great it was to see the looks on their faces. It was for Evan. Yeah, I want to looks on your faces. Totally like yeah, I'm moving on. Oh, wait. That leaves us with two middle fingers out of five, which actually ranks is just annoying, annoying Behavior, annoying, Behavior, annoying, CEO, Behavior. Moving on. I just want to point this one out because Elon is stealing armor material. Remember, we're the ones who predicted the meta diapers that eventually met up platforms. The company owned by Zuckerberg would devolve into basically selling my meta diapers. So you could just sit there all day long and defecate in your chair. Yeah. Well you know maybe but a verse Here's the headline, actual head member all this stuff is true. Elon Musk says we can't let humankind and in adult diapers and that the environment would be fine if we doubled our population. So he's I I don't really understand this man anymore. So he's arguing for higher birth rates saying otherwise we will all end up in adult diapers. I don't get that and he claimed without evidence that the environment can support. If we double the global, she's just become a weirdo. He's just I so I I rated this is one simple, plus five middle fingers for being Elon Musk and saying things because he's a fucking Diaper, Baby. Billionaire. Automatic thinks because he says, a thing, it should matter. There doesn't need evidence, they don't need facts, where he is, he is, he is like he's techno Trump. He's Tech Trump and then, I did minus one middle finger for advertising Damien's meta diapers. Actually, it was the best ever hope for, so that gives us four Middle fingers out of five ridiculous. Yep. Okay with that. Yeah, moving on great ratings. Moving on. Oh here's a side one. I don't like this one. Although I don't go here anymore, he used to love it as a kid. Here's the headline. Police say, Arby's manager. Urinated in stores. Milkshake, mix. First of all, I didn't even know. It was a mix. Of course. It's a mix. So just okay. Sorry. Here's what the headline hides. The manager. Stephen sharp is also being charged with four counts related to child, pronography, and That he's almost sure quote that he threw the contaminated mix away. So he he admits to urinating in it, but he's almost sure he threw it away before serving customers. So that's the plus four middle fingers for also being a child pronography. Like pornography person. Yep being the subheader. Come on. That's the headline. Yep. Flip the headline around plus? Yeah. Yeah. Well can I point out that this the RV's spokespersons called the behavior quote, a orange and unacceptable. So this so this is and which is a lot stronger than the apology from Lufthansa. So this is why your Lufthansa scores wrong. You should upanishad should add another middle finger for WTF what the fuck. Yeah. I don't think even the Arby's apology was more. I mean it's hard to kind of like like justify this one anyway, plus the middle finger for Arby's being owned by Roar Capital PE firm who also owns Dunkin Sonic Buffalo Wild Wings. These are lots of places to urinate and drink mixes, that's all I'm saying. So then they own the mall, minus one middle finger because the police actually had to quote seek anyone who bought the milkshakes. So a little bit of no harm, no foul here. Apparently like them, the child pronography should lead because that's the harm. This one. No one actually had any effects apparently. They can't find anybody. So I'm saying how come how come Ben Affleck and Matt Damon to own Duncan with nothing? That should I'm gonna chime in yeah with an extra middle finger for being Almost sure it was thrown away. Almost. Yeah, almost five out of five middle fingers for this one. Which is what the fuck. Yeah, five moving on. Here's a crazy one. Absolutely. Bizarre story. I think we covered this in the past X eBay executive pleads guilty over bizarre harassment campaigns. So this is David harvill, Ebbs former director of global resiliency, whatever the hell that means. So he was he was, he is being charged with. He was harassing another website, a competitor newsletter called e-commerce bites that I guess had some some bad things to say about eBay and here's some of the things that he did to get him guilty to the charge. Are you ready for it? It's terrible. He sent them a bloody Pig Halloween mask, a preserved, fetal pig, a funeral wreath in a book on Surviving the loss of a spouse. I guess alluding to the fact that they're gonna kill his spouse, a state, they sent a shipment of pornography, but it ended up with their neighbor's house like that. Yeah, they also there's a dachshund campaign in which they get, they, they release the the address of their home to nobody, nobody cares. Yeah, inviting visitors to knock on the door and there's also an unpaid pizza delivery order up, 70 dollars to the couple's house at 4:30 in the morning. And finally, this executive, this eBay executive, he actually flew from California and Massachusetts with the intent to break into their home, to install a GPS tracker on their car. I mean this is crazy as again. Plus five middle fingers Brandy scheme involving a pig feed his right off the bat right like that. That's a plus five but minus one for flying across the country to Install a GPS tracker. That's actually, I would hope my director of global resiliency would be resilient enough to fly across the country. And do that kind of resiliency is that it's kind of good that leads into my extra middle finger that I'm gonna add for being the director of global resiliency because is this, is this part of his job description. Like is Is this how he's attempting? I don't even know what that means. Wouldn't even mean Global resiliency is it? Well, it resiliency, I don't know, eBay isn't exactly on the Forefront of tech at the moment know. So maybe the director of resiliency is trying to get eBay Back on Top by screwing with their Rivals. I'm just saying, just does the does the directors of local resiliency report to the director of global resiliency? Oh yeah. Low Regional resilience. See it's a government like structure, for sure. I'm saying this is a five out of five. WTF agreed. By the way, it's not a rival e-commerce. Bites was just a newsletter in the industry. It's just journalists just people like us. It's like deals. Moving on. Hey, I stopped. I like that. This next one, this was a confusing one. Six Flags is ending its unlimited meal plan because of exploit highlight on tiktok so much of people on tiktok pointed out that you could save a lot of money by getting the the season pass at Six Flags and just go there and eat all the time essentially. And I only included the story because if you figured out this way, To beat Six Flags at its own game and into all its food for, basically, for free. Why are you? Why would he doing, why are you going on tiktok? What are you doing? Plus two, middle fingers to Six Flags for at one point, being owned by Dan Schneider that. You, if Dan Snyder's involved, you're gonna get middle fingers, that's the current owner of the Washington football team. What are the commanders? Yeah, they're the x-rays and x-rays crazy sexual harassers, plus one, middle finger because tiktokers admitted to eating every meal at Six Flags, in order for this to work, I like that. Have all your meals there. Do you know what the meals are at Six Flags? Now, you don't have diabetes at the end of your first year you? Yeah, that's the Shocker know, man. I'm not crapping on them. Look, you're young. It's only 180 dollar to a dollar budget for a season pass and you get unlimited meals. I mean, come on it. Close to Six Flags that you would eat every meal there like what are you doing? It's like a dining hall. A real exploit is my point. This is like I love so specific and stupid. Why would you tell people why would you mind as well? Middle finger for admitting the company actually admitted in a statement that it hopes to quote attract fewer customers that's um because they want to charge. They want fewer but higher paying customers but I just like the idea that Six Flags is out there saying we want less of you to come here now that works for us and I agree. No, no one should go. And I'm going to subtract a middle finger from Matt's score because I think that this is a perfect example of what tiktok is excellent at, which is exposing random things for others, to take advantage of. Like I have gotten so many random pieces of advice from tiktok that I now actually used and have taken advantage of. So I think I think that someone was solid Emma You should watch the video, which the tiktok video that explains. How drinking coffee before your first meeting of the day might actually perky. My, we'll see. My advice would be to do the opposite of everything. Emma said that gives us one middle finger out of five which is rated I guess. Okay, I guess can I just say that to all you if you're still with us on this show that this is not really that different from all the methodology meetings that we used to have at our mother. It's actually really, really what is really what happened? You really subtract one for that. I think it's more like two okay, moving on two horrible stories at a Wall Street quickly. The first one on a Goldman Sachs the report is showing that the bank is losing senior black women. Despite all the diversity pushes over at Goldman Sachs but DJ D Saul over very serious executive. So the firm has is now down to 19, female black Executives down from 25, this one's easy. Actually plus four middle fingers because come on. Are you serious? Seriously, plus one middle finger. You see that methodology right there? Come on. Are you serious? That actually is very similar. Plus one middle finger because their people website. As of today, is literally all black women. They lost black women. They have almost none of them working there. Wait, they're people, you go to like their people in diversity website? It's pictures of black women. It's nothing but black women. I'm not joking you You know, we should suggest DJ diesel. I think you're listening David Solomon, CEO of almost like you should. You should you treat the website, like, like Back to the Future, the movie. So, you should, when you show a black woman, you should show like, 30% of her disappeared. You know what I mean? Like, because she's not all there because this firing or letting them go. Mine is one middle finger though? Good for you, Goldman for setting a goal that you probably won't meet. So Goldman set a goal of 40% diverse a vp's by 2025 and they're at 32% now and they're admitting they probably won't hit that goal. Like it's really hard to hire that they're already giving up on that giving up but like it's unlikely they're gonna hit it. So I I just like the fact that a company set a goal that wasn't an immediate easy, get for them and minus one middle finger because the number drop from 25 black women to 19 black women. That's the headline. The headline is a drop in black women but it went for 25 to 19. There are 643 senior Executives in that same pool, is that really a drop? Is that really the drop? We're talking about, maybe the drop should be something like when it goes from 100 to 50. But 25 to 19 is the best we can do. So this is three middle fingers. This is expected. I don't know what we're talking about there, but I'm listening. Emma, that's it. Three out of five middle fingers, she confirmed she confirms my while, Wells, Fargo home of Charles Scharf who was a very nuanced and his understanding of race relations. Remember he pointed out recently that he wanted to hire more black people, but couldn't find any Here's the headline at Wells, Fargo, a quest to increase, diversity, leads to fake job interviews. There are multiple reports coming out of Wells, Fargo, that that they have a Rooney Rule in effect, where you have to interview a diverse candidate for all jobs, paying over 100,000 dollars, but the reports are that they are merely interviewing these diverse candidates after. They've already decided the white person who's going to get the job. They're just bringing them in for record keeping and for show. Well, plus my plus five middle fingers right off the bat for literally doing more for on. I mean, we just finished with Wells Fargo doing fraudulent accounts. Why wouldn't they do fraudulent interviews? It's just fraud, it's just more. But mine is one middle finger for actually finding more black people that you interviewed them after you actually hired someone. That's, you know, that's the fraud part but you found them. That's a good thing. That means Sharp's. Not Sharp's wrong. You proved your CEO wrong. So final rating is four middle fingers, out of five, that's ridiculous. All right. Confirmed Moving On by far to me. This is the worst story of the week. This is the this is like that we've come to this. It just feels sad and I'm gonna let, I'll just kind of give you the highlight and I'll let you guys wrestler over this one. Here's the headline, actual headline, calling a man bald count as sexual harassment. UK judge rules. So the members of this tribunal, who decided in the ruling saying that and of course, they alluded to their own experience of hair loss. Right? This is. Yeah, and I just say this is proving, why men should not be allowed to legislate or vote on a woman's right? To choose what to do with her own body. This is this is exactly why because they had to use their own experience of being bald to make this decision. But they said that because baldness was more prevalent in men than women that the use of the word balled as an insult related to a protected characteristic of sex. I'm just, I'm floored there's more details of this Outlet. You guys cover, because I'm just too floored about this. Go ahead, Emma. Yeah, start us off. I can I can't I can't even so it was great. The fact that first of all, I am so think about the amount of time and a money and energy that was put in to having this outcome, like lawyers had to be involved. The judicial system had to and they all had to do all this stuff to go. Yeah, no. Colin been ball. Does sexual harassment. That? Absolutely floors. Me and the fact that Brits in particular love to throw the Sea Word around and, but instead, oh, you're getting ahead of yourself. Do you want to point out that there's a, there's a okay, there's a part of this. There are two parts, I left out here, I'll let him call her here. First of all, the tribunal compared calling a man bald to commenting on the size of women's breasts did do that. This is base. This is based on a nice case from 1995. Yes, this is actual, this is actually happening at this court and also Emma's alluding to is that they, I don't know how to Delicately say this but the the slur that was thrown at him was that he was a ball. Seaward, you can imagine what I suppose. I mean, maybe Matt will just go out and say it, but so it was ball was actually like there was, I don't know, I is the SeaWorld. Like, you can't say it. I would, I don't, I don't like to say, it's not comfortable. I bulk. When a man says it. Frankly. If a woman says it. I don't that, I don't go there, but yeah, so Emma can handle. Yeah. Oh yeah, no, I this is no doesn't mean she has to say it though. I don't feel. I don't feel like it right now. Damon trying to peer pressure me. Yeah, I don't know. I'm not you that's all I'm saying. Oh we're losing the thread here. Can you focus back on the story? Going back to what Damien said? Yeah. So he got called one actual slur and also bald and he was like, I feel offended about the bald part. And that's. Yeah. So that's plus four, middle fingers, just for that alone. And then pairing it to commenting on a woman's breast size, is Is another just gets its own middle finger just for that little tidbit right there. I can't fathom. I cannot imagine that this argument held up in a court of law. It this is unbelievable. This this is not and Emma. I mean let's be real. Women have a problem with balding, too, with hair thinning. And balding. I mean, it is, it is associated with age. Just like with men, it is craziness to all this. And the last thing I'm going to say is, I don't want to say anything more about it. Go ahead. I'm just gonna hat to a listener for, for sending this to us because this is the most ridiculous story in the wake of crazy. Wade. This is absurd, 5 out of five middle finger. Yeah. Yeah, agreed. And maybe the listener was really calling us out because let's not forget that we love calling the current CEO at Disney ball. No ball what his name ball. Yes, so we're really sexual harassment. We're sexually. Harassing Bob you, according to the UK. Okay, moving on. I was a tough Two more stories. Okay, here's a weird one. The startup company called cerebral has just replaced their CEO. Kyle Robertson I guess because they were really pushing aggressively pushing selling drugs, like ADHD drugs, And that's probably not a great idea. Well, I don't even know why I pointed the story. I'll help me. Plus, why don't you write off the bat for the CEO? Who's stepping down having graduated from Wharton with an MBA in 2018 thinking? Oh, you know what? I can do prescribe mental health drugs, What it? What kind of asshole does that? Like, that's just a special kind of. Yeah, so, you're right. But he's, I'll just say that he's blaming the board for that. Good. Okay. So it's somebody else's fault. It's not you to see EO who runs the company thinking that, that's where you can do and plus one, middle finger, actually two cerebral for, when they announced him leaving, did not say that he needed time away to focus on his health and family. I thought that would have been a layup for a mental. Blame. Ya know, because they were blaming the problems on him. So for middle fingers, out of five, it's ridiculous. Yeah, I think I originally pulled the story because I like the fact that he the outgoing CEO said that the boards moved to replace him was illegal. I thought isn't that their job?
