Hello, I forgot that I'm I'm the host. Now I didn't write that part live from room 722 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. Savannah Historic District for 11 West Bay Street Savannah Georgia it's another big old fat Arias edition of business pants. Friday that was a mouthful Damian. I wish I had read in advance of saying it featuring the data Queen's most and least favorite people, irritating, Emma lurking, and esg's favorite a whole Mountain mascardi I'm the Duke of classified boards. I'm gonna I'm gonna lower his status to like, you know the Duke is Damien Duke, I don't really think so. what Duke is where is the Duke on the on the should be I think Prince Harry's isn't Damien like the The guy who when you're walking past an ally, he's sweeping the alley and is like the dirtiest Ali like Italian immigrant with like a straw broom, but I'd love to be that guy. It's really bizarre because the alley is so clearly, not something that needs to be clean. No one's ever gonna clean. It's never been cleaned and Damien sweeping just one part of it. Yes, I'm thinking that Damian is more Dick, Van Dyke from Mary Poppins. Like I'm now, imagining Damien as a chimney sweep. That's my problem right now. That works. That's a little closer. I'm in the alley. I think I'm in this much less singing with Damien. That's like if he's drawing chalk, you know, things and the in the park it's it's usually chalk, things of like middle fingers or Andre the Giant. I can reveal here that my dream job. As always been to a bike with a bucket of paint a paintbrush and just painting fire hydrants on some island in the middle of nowhere. That's my Dream job. That sounds about, right? That is the spidering. Hi, baby. That's, that's akin to the, to the alleyway with a straw. I also want to have a straw broom. I do want to kind of be in Italian. That's like that. That's that's cheap. No, no, they use those type of rooms in Europe. They use like these straws is not achievable, I'm just okay. You ready for this business pants, Friday? Yeah, let's do it. We're story of the week. Oh, getting right to it. Yeah, do it. I don't want us. We don't need Exposition, let's do it. Okay. All right fine, I'll go right to the story of the week. oh, I broke it down this week into the four elements of our What is it of our world? Our planet. I don't even know what these elements are called the four elements fire air, wind and water, ready? All right, let's hear. Okay? This Earth. Wind and Fire. Yeah. No fire are wind and water. The four elements up first fire. Do you remember? This is all your client, all your climate burping, fire a variety of headlines here but I think you know where I'm going with. This probably is the massive heat waves and wildfires across Europe and also in the US a few few headlines. Since are you good at tomb and Al Gore react? Oh that's climate change bakes your with record, he China Heat Wave delivery workers are burning the high temperatures. I like this one, you win leader warned against climate Collective suicide as he waits Europe and for my Segway headline, to get me into the air category. The headline is a 17 minute flight, the super rich, Have absolute disregard for the planet. So that's my fire. Thank you. Kylie Jenner. 7, she just won Elon also on that list, okay? That's my segue to the air category are I'm on musk flies for 17 minutes. Yeah, he flew from two cities in Texas. It was like a 20-minute 21 minute flight, I think. Okay, so if we do the carbon accounting, let's carbon he talks about, like, removing from the atmosphere from being the head of Tesla and insane. That that's the reason, why? Yes, she's a scam, right? Tell you that I was looking at their proxy and I was like, looking at a few other articles yesterday. And every time anyone complains about anything to do with Tesla, his first reaction is always, how can you complain about us were on environmentally, friendly forward company, making it EV car. Like, it's every time he's like, basically, he can do no wrong, because they're making stupid. Cars is a great smoke screen, I mean like, he's probably spewed as much carbon as he saves with his, with a car. Just by taking a 20 minute flight between two stupid, Texas cities, why don't you drive your stupid car or plant that you made? Between. Oh yeah, you could do that too. I think there's suggesting that, you know, one of those flights is equal to the amount of carbon, a single person should be responsible for, in a whole year. I think that's what they're saying whole life. If, if you don't plan to Sequoia, okay, into my are category, I think someone else is covering this today, I'm not gonna read all the headlines, but this are category is all the needy Travelers and fake CEO. Apologies is everything to do with all the air travel. I don't even know where to begin with. This United are CEO offers a college KLM bands, check bags. Striking. You know there's all good we've covered this week. Everyone knows upheaval. Just craziness summer travel chaos. That's the phrase that's on multiple times summer travels. I love it. you don't headline in, like, Like Southeast Asia. Here's my, here's my Segway headline, major airlines, CEO, rips epidemic of remote work. As cause of Summer travel chaos. I don't really get that one. Yeah, I did click on that one and the major airline head was the head of Qatar Airways and I understand that. Well notice it. You would be a sort of that type of Airline because otherwise, they just put Delta CEO, right? And that's true. Good point. And that's, that's my segue to the wind category. This is kind of talk a little hard little win Hearts. We Have yeah. Same element, four elements. I did look at Google this. No fire is a band. I forgot her. Okay, it doesn't matter. He's Earth Wind Fire and Water. Then you've got the I don't I don't have Earth for this category. I don't have the headlines to make it work. So these are my world. Fire are wind and water because I was really thinking about Hearts. Yes. So I'm channeling Matt or sag on this category today. Not because he's a blowhard because I actually like Matt or like the two of you don't like either one of you. So I was channeling him because he had a very sort of hit a kind of a hopeful thought to me, which is the only way to conquer the social media world is to identify users, identify internet people and you know, get rid of the anonymous role, right? So that's where I went with this category, wind, the big story here. Is that glass door order to unmask former tour company employees who posted scaling criticism? So basically, they have to disclose the identities of anonymous online, reviewers. And I thought to myself, I wonder if this is the start of something, this glass door straight away, you know, we didn't cover it. No one's really making a big deal about it, but it just may be wonders. This could this be the start of something? Eradicating all the stupid trolls? I'm gonna. Wow, this one for Matt. Yeah, next Hey, I'm a, I'm a trendsetter, Emma. I, I predict things. I don't know what you do. You just get annoyed, you just get irritated. And you think it's just a good job of it. Here we are. All right. And finally my water category which is really what this really means. Oh look, my job is floating down the river. Ford job, Cuts, Tick, Tock, layoffs, Vimeo, layoffs, hiring freezes, everywhere that's it. So those are my those are my, there's not anymore. I don't really. Understand how that that matters to anyone. Yeah other than like a very handful of nerds like Williams College. Well, it doesn't matter. Wharton care about it. Yeah, but I'm saying it doesn't, but it doesn't matter. I mean, I'm saying the term that the definition doesn't matter. You could, it has to do with A continuous months of something, right? Yeah, so of GDP. Okay. So if it's 11 versus 12, but doesn't matter to the average stakeholder, I'm just saying the average person. Well, what they found worry about that death rates rise during a recession recession. I don't turn it down. Turn it down, right? So he doesn't matter the national party. But actually, my roommate, my category, you're ruining my category. Well, you already ruined it, by making it three elements to, which was win. but the my problem with the last one is this feels like a Silicon Valley bro, recession, not a real recession because all of the headlines talk about like Tiktok Facebook, Twitter, snap Apple. I saw they're all like losing employees or hiring freezes or earnings estimates downward estimates and less Revenue not like reading that about yeah I'm not reading that about like a chemical manufacturer, right? Like that they're not like Airlines don't have enough workers. Like they don't, they have. People are spending so much money and time trying to travel and go everywhere, they're buying everything jobs, went the last jobs report was up, I'm wondering whose recession is this? And are we losing our Collective Minds? Because it's like the companies that we talk about all the time and they're actually not that important. Like if you lose 20, Facebook employees who gives a fuck, right? Like what more than 20, but I hear you, I hear you. I think it's a I think you're right. I think they're reporting has been focused on Tech, but I don't it's not limited to Tech. But you don't vote for that story. I'm gonna put it, right? I'm not going to you don't, you don't have to vote for water. I'm not gonna vote for wind either because it is are I'm most yeah, yeah it's 100% fire. I mean, it is the like Joe manchin just said he wants to pass a climate bill now, Just came out like he is, he is he the most punchable person in America right now. Like yeah, I suppose, but I, I do hate that the Republic like this. There's 50 Republicans who get they, they lose. It's all about mention, I'm just saying like what about those 50 they could, they could do the right thing, too. Why don't we always focusing on this one brother Lost Cause right? Like they are, why they have to be why they have to Trump. Like I Mitt, Romney should be voting for this, like, he'll talk all this stuff about the climate, and then he won't vote for climate proposals. And that's why, but I'm saying, the Republicans don't have to be lost causes. I mean, the senator here, Susan Collins. She's voting for gay rights marriage. I mean, I'm saying, they don't always have to do the wrong things. They don't always saying, Susan, Collins and Lisa murkowski you'd think might actually be like Like voting for climate change here with this, except that climate change will make us all want to move to Maine in Alaska. You're not gonna watch this, you know, he had more of this year than we've had in my lifetime and I think in Maine's life you know what we've you know, what we're seeing up here now Mrs. In the summer. Think bigger things that eat. You horse flies. Oh sharks, we actually have sharks forget it. Come on, Cape Cod has had sharks forever. I don't care. I'm talking about Maine. You realize there's a geographical distance between, you know, what's gonna, you know, what's not gonna keep someone from moving to Maine, when they're in drought stricken land sharks. That's not gonna keep you from moving. The point is, is that we pride ourselves on having cold miserable swimming up here. So if the war the waters get warmer we're gonna have like a bunch of deadbeats move up here bunch of Joe Rogan. That's exactly correct. But they tax people water is close. All right. Okay, so hold on. That's the story of the week is the planet is burning. Good little goodies of the week pitching in the great at. Come on. My bestie today. Are you ready for this first one demon already? Talked about this a little bit and he's gonna make everybody. Happy is airline cancellations, okay, but she wouldn't have done that, but I like that. You're well, here's what she looks like you're doing, but she didn't know, it are you ready for this? Yeah, so here, the there were 17,000 and 12 flights canceled by the largest four airlines in the United States between May 1st and June 28th, right? So, you just just the five largest, just the big, the big five really great American Delta. JetBlue Southwest United Stay With Me. Now, the average trip in the US is 502. Miles 808 kilometers. If you don't have to do that. I'm just saying we have UK, actually, they understand miles, they do miles. Um, average seating capacity, of one of those planes in that Fleet is 157 seats. That's the average number of seats on one of those planes, the average carbon per seat. This is an array calculation that we did for a client because yes, we have clients and we do real things. They have they own airplanes, physical airplanes and they wanted ESG rating on those airplanes and we gave it to them by using re math, which I don't totally understand, but sleepy. Come on, average carbon proceed per 500 kilometers is 37 kilograms. This is all metric. It sounds like here's the here's the upshot. Yeah those 17,000 flights. Not flying. Yeah. Saved 159,857 metric tons of carbon which is the equivalent of 23,500 elephants, with of carbon. What is it not going to the air help us decipher that, what does that mean? 23,000 elephants worth of carbon. That's just a way that you, you know, what an elephant is right? I do, but it's so it's so ginormous. I can't even conceive how much that thing weighs, but when I say 120 pounds ton of carbon. What do you, what do you think of nothing? Yeah, I don't have anything. So when you think of an elephant, it's ginormous. So I'm just saying, like, can you put it into an even? tighter context for idiots like me, like Is this a considerable? Is this a considerable Savings of cars? Let's let's do it this way. There are about 40, 4500 elephants left in the world. If you killed half of them, the remaining half would be the amount of carbon left. I don't know that are you, are you with him? Emma. Number two, what he wants to move on. All right. I'm number two. I love this carbon soldiers. Electric vehicle cancellation. Okay. Number two, electric vehicles. Going continuing with our carbon Top Line, electric vehicle car mileage. And Norway eclipse is the distance travelled by combustion vehicles for the first time. Now, if Norway would stop pumping oil, they're gonna ruin their own economy. Yeah, that's fantastic. Ford is cutting 8,000 rolls because they're pushing into EVS. You get a cut dinner, rolls, bulky little management. They're cutting out, middle management your boss. Who we you? Everyone hates their boss. Your boss is probably gonna get fired so that and electric vehicle can be produced just think of that is gold. Of course, you get a lot busier. You just got to feel better about that and after intense pressure, USPS will more than double its planned electric truck, Amazon too, right? There's a story about Amazon is going big into electric van. This is the, this is the big Walmart just stories from this week. This is electric vehicle stories this week. Okay? That's not good enough for you. All right, I like it, but I'll tell you this, I'm gonna, I'm gonna dumb it down about me. Like, it's hard to buy electric vehicle these days. It's expensive. And then they don't exist like that. It's hard. All right. Keep going to be way harder when you're biking from fire, hydrant to fire, hydrant carrying paint on your dream job. All right? The final option for a good list of Just a headline, straight up. Mark Zuckerberg will have to give a six-hour deposition about Cambridge analytica as part of a class. Action, lawsuit. All right. I have mixed feelings about this one. I really do. Lots of conflict six hours of his time. If you add up, how much is true, he that's, that's a great use of. He'll probably fly there in a private. He does not have Sheryl Sandberg just to send out anymore. Okay. In person can I talk through my thoughts? I don't know please. Yeah, of course. Yes, this is your moment. So you're right. This is my moment. Look so true for you. Oh wait, before you get to your moment, Matt know it was that moment. Departing CEO Cheryl cerber, will face a five-hour deposition of that same trial so she she will less. Yeah, okay, go ahead. Hey, so my gut instinct is for good list to be the last one, Mark, Zuckerberg's death and about Cambridge analytica because I think that it is Rare like this, you know, it's rare are time for him where he was Emma's Choice. Um, but my mixed feelings about it or because is he just gonna sit there and say, bulshit the entire time? Like, are we not going to get absolutely out of him? That's C. Give me a second. Don't put me before I finish my sentiment. But yeah, so I have extremely mixed feelings about it. Am I excited that he's gonna be deposed and like look uncomfortable and people are gonna say like kind of snarky shit to him. Sure. Am I gonna be extremely disappointed by the outcome? Probably. So I think I'm going to EVS, you can't get me on the airlines. Yeah, yours you're not. This is a slam dunk and I don't know why were the only ones. Why are we? The only people who have brains anymore? Matt, we're the only ones who cover the story from the from the right direction. And that's the air, like, cancellation is a great thing. It's a, we are handling every moment about the environment. This is beautiful, this is beautiful. I love every evening. I don't care, I don't care about your whiny vacation from the ear. Upper middle class whiny trip to to Colorado. Got can't, I don't care every cancel. Flight puts us one step closer to what we all get together at our stupid dinner parties, and wish for All, we're all, we all want to say at the climate, this is helping okay. Well, here's no brainer for me. Come on, no brainer. The reason that I cannot choose that one while I agree with you, the incidental lack of carbon emissions from this situation. Yeah, probably on the net, on the whole good. But should we be relying on poor planning and understanding of supply and demand, by Airlines in order to remove carbon from the air? Like this is that's I just, should we be perpetuating the myth of the stupid car Culture by by championing electric cars. What about, what about running enough? Stop it. Stop it. Look, the airlines are failing up with carbon, that's it. This is the, this is the white male way to do things, we fail up Emma. So that's all that I stand. There is the airline cancellation break the tie. I mean, oh, Airline Airline Cancellations are the winner, that's sorry. Emma, that's not I'll stand on my own. Including the fact that Aries calculations on carbon, she estimated curve, she was doing all sorts of crazy stuff for this client. Did you do that over the weekend over this week? When she was on a Jet Plane to Canada? Is that where she did it? Yeah, I know, but she said, every time she like sees a flight now, it's all she can think about moving forward. That's it. Moving forward. No. Thank you. Thank you. Ari for that. Good, least the week. Let's get to Matt. Yeah, that's wholly. So the week. Oh, man, this looks like a truncated asshole. Yes, I'm excited. Nice, three assholes to choose from the first one, is deforestation. Here's the headline. I saw monarch butterfly added to International threatened species list. Right fucking butterfly. That was we've Found so many trees. Killed. Butterflies like out there already. Okay. Yeah, not like the Morpho. Like if the Morpho was, you know, added to the threatened species list, she'd be like, well, they're like kind of rare and cool looking and of course they would like, but this is like the the tattoo, everyone got, I'm actually wondering how every girl from 2001 who got a tramp stamp with a butterfly is gonna explain to the grandkids what the that weird creature, I had a tattoo of a condor Yeah. Yeah. That's exactly what it is. Emma's Condor tattoo. Um, we're gonna put up a GoFundMe after this show and I will get a contour tattoo. I really will. Oh my God, if someone else worth their, your life, is that your motto of your life? That's where we are someone else. I'll do it good for a station. Okay. Number two, number two is fortune.com. We are already slam on them. Recently, I did. Yeah. Emma did them as irritating last week because of the story about dating his candidate though. This is the first time. Yeah, they were mansplaining. How to like how women should? Yes sure isn't that it? Yeah something like that. But this is why this week first. I'll just say this Fortune. You are not Elon musk's personality. I thought we were gonna avoid. I thought I did everyone a favor by I could have included a couple of elon's and store the week, but Matt you can't quit Elon. This is this week test for forced to pay owners 100,000 car over its dangerous autopilot but don't expect, it will do this for everyone. Oh good. Okay, Elon Musk says Tesla's still open to buying more Bitcoin after the car maker admitted to losing a fortune on its Holdings. Elon Musk says, remote workers are just pretending to work, turns out he's sort of, right? So that's the headline. Yeah, sort of, right? Because we heaven forbid, you say that's bulshit every, we already Elon Musk. We already proved that people at work. Also, pretend to work. I mean, everyone, you don't have to get a home to work. I mean, I'm pretending right now. We're doing a podcast to live stream video. Pretending to work, it's not real work. Elon Musk says if he were to guess. Inflation will decline towards the end of this year but that doesn't mean Tesla will lower car prices. Just yet, Elon Musk. Blurt it out. Tesla face, the dangerous cash crunch, that's usually a red flag. Why is the stock up? And then finally, just the jab Twitter for Elon Musk Twitter is being roiled by an internal tool showing employees. Got paid double for the same job in different countries. You think that was for Elon, anything that was for you on, okay? Every, every third headline is an Elon Musk says, headline. What is Fortune? What is, what is the point of you? Speaking of you, I just read his Twitter feed. I don't need you. Speaking you. What's the next one, man, asshole? Finally, speaking of Elon, the last test hole is Mattel. Oh, no. Here's the headline Mattel. Inks deal with Elon musk's SpaceX to produce line of toys, because, of course, I need a six-year-old to glorify Elon Musk. I there you go. How you feeling now? I'm not feeling good, you know, more monarch butterflies, I don't know about it and Elon Musk toys. I can't. first of all, the fortune thing is, every is every week so that disqualifies it for me because it's a that's not the story of this week, every week, that's probably a good point and I can't vote from It I'm going deforestation. I won. I pulled this model butterfly and like, hoping just that it just added. Okay, picked up. I, once again, Matt has pulled a headline, I was hoping would get picked by someone and he did and I 100% agree. I saw that headline. And my sadness meter went up like 80 points immediately. I was thinking that maybe the deforestation would help with the fires the wildfires, we had no trees. Just Well, wildfires are nature's which is living in a desert. But just so we're clear. The deforestation is not like in Uganda or someplace it is Mexico and California have cut down so many forests that there are there. Now they're meant to be no more mob butterflies. Um I don't mind. I don't mind science base toy lines, I don't know, I prefer science. You prefer that it was a deal with NASA. Um, yeah, so they just launched the space, the James Webb Telescope like not that long ago and it sent back the most beautiful pictures you've ever seen in your life but we're glorifying a guy who what? She called someone else a pedo guy. Like, that's what we're doing. We're making that guy's toy. Come on. I was thinking that that do you think they're going to rename the James Webb Telescope, Emma know tried, and they tried and they failed? Yep. Let the anti-semites be, I don't know how to vote one. I think I guess I'll go for you know, I have actually met people who are afraid of butterflies. They don't even fly straight line. Oh, they don't even plan a straight line. How are you afraid of that? A lot of people are. That's why that's why they're unpredictable. Yeah, they're like, all over. I think that's legitimately part of the fear. I wish I had a phobia, I wish I had something that. Like, I could talk about like that. You do what? Just life Humanity. Oh, just support. I'm gonna support Emma because I don't want to hear Matt break the tie. So I'll just say before station. Well, I would have supported. It was gonna be that asshole the week. Oh my favorite category because she's so good at this, the amazing stupendous ml Larkin irritating it. So the week God, I kept it short. No one gets irritated like Emma Larkin, 16 Pages. I'm not gonna do all of it. I'm gonna try. She's good, shut up, that would be okay, get irritated. Number one. Um, here's a headline, golf tournaments a private jet. A red Ferrari, a tech CEO live large while his employees went unpaid. So, allow me to introduce to you. Yes, go Chris Kirchner, the former CEO or current maybe CEO of a company called slink.io, which is just a text startup like so doesn't matter what they do, I'm not even gonna tell you. So Our guy, Chris enjoyed the Finer Things in life, as it would be obvious, like, golfing with Tiger Woods and minor things in life, buying cars, buying plans, all sorts of shit. Yeah, 10 years ago and The in this is all suspiciously, we are not sure where all this money and that was coming from and Executives from the company brought Financial concerns about the company to the board on three separate occasions and got fired on three separate occasions, the CFO and the cro did not have access to all of the companies bank accounts in the CEO was the one providing the financial quarterlies. Like they did not have access to any of the information they needed and it is weird for a CEO to be in charge of that. Like that is not a CEO job that is a CFO job. One time, he said that he had that the company had a 30 million dollar revenue from 20 customers when the reality was that they had less than five customers and only made a million dollars. And while they were rapidly, losing money for the past 18 months, Kirchner bought a 15 million dollar private jet. He joined a country club in Texas with 150.000 dollar. Annual fee invested in a different Tech startup and tried to buy an English soccer team. So try not And he also clearly has a friend on the inside of the board named Jim Atwell who has been weirdly defensive of this whole situation. So for example, they are all of their employees are pissed because none of them have been getting paid. Consultants. Have been getting paid vendors. Have been getting paid. It's a problem. And when asked about this, their board member, Jim Atwell said, the process to ensure employees received all payroll to which they are entitled was very dynamic. I don't know about you but just so you guys know. our payroll is, that means, Who does know what that means? I think he made something up and tried to make it sound professional and it fails. So That's the situation, basically. And as of last Tuesday, the employees say that, they still have not been paid and cherry on top. He's a College Dropout, who started a doomed Entertainment Company, who then he worked at Best Buy and the sales associate from 2009 to 2005, he helped me caught a break as a marketing lead for a labeling company. In Kentucky, somehow Salesforce was one of his vendors and it was there. He met his co-founder of the company. The bottom line they owe so many people so much money and cursor is clearly a narcissist. And now has to stop. I literally have no idea what you talking about. You had me at golf. We said golf? I was like, that's enough, that's irritating. You don't have to go have to go beyond golf. But I do like that Emma. Emma is mad. I made a joke about how many notes Emma had and and was like I'm not gonna read all of them and that was all right. Yeah, the great thing about, um, is that we could play that story on Mew and just let's just watch you beat irritated. Just what's your favorite? I almost feel like I'm compelled to vote for no matter what else you have on but go what's next? I like it though. I do think I think for like the The Last Story I think you should just make a face don't say anything just like and then we can gauge. We should just like, vote based on. Yeah, yes. There at her more. All right, what's the next Story? Number two, op-ed. Yeah, Goldman Sachs, CEO. David Solomon on Main Street in the economy. Need from Congress. Oh, boy, that already sounds like a bad start. All right, it's a need. That's she's already. That's it. That's yeah, that's that's always trouble, open. And I almost didn't pick it for the reason that it was an object, but it pissed me off so much that I thought it was worth it. So first of all this was published under NBC, sorry, cnbc's, small business Playbook. What the hell? I was sorry. What the hell? Smells like a Goldman Sachs? I mean Lollapalooza is kind of a small business so he played there. I already am pissed off because I just want him to shut up and pay his taxes or what devices does he not. Are you suggested? We should not assume. So I'm just oh here I'm just gonna give this to you in the form of quotes. Okay go ahead. Quote number one Congress could enhance paid leave programs and create new tax credits to support small. Businesses, hiring and retention efforts. So you want fewer taxes and for Congress to pay for paid leave? That makes sense. You pay Congress less than taxes and with that lesson amount of money that they now have, they are all. So going to fund the paid leave that you want to give your employees cool. Again, I'm not listening but she does look irritated math. She's starting to do that. She little bit, like the need for Capital, but also starkly exposed gaps in credit markets, as for black owned small businesses. So, in all fairness, they do have, they do have two black board members. Really? That's a lot these days, but they do not have a single black exactly executive team. Not a one. And they lost six of their 25. Blacks female senior leaders last. Wow, Wait a minute. I like do you went right to like the board and their senior leadership except that they are A lender. like the if there's a gap in the credit market for black owned, small businesses, you lend the money, give them the money. I don't, you know, he's gonna say to you, Matt, you go, he's gonna say, you know what, we're not. Well as Fargo goes to shut up. And finally wrote number three Congress could help by expanding and enhancing programs designed to lower the cost of child care and increase in Access in what are known as child care deserts across the country, like, desert about deserts. I do, I do food deserts. That's all very Netflix desert. I have to say about this. Abortion District senior staff at Goldman Sachs have unlimited vacation time. Not everyone has unlimited vacation time, just senior staff. And this is in the midst of Goldman Sachs. Big push to have employees come back to the office. So they're on vacation. Yeah, everyone else. I don't know. She might be more irritated by this story. I I don't know. I might be, I might be especially given the fact yes, who was an initial large investor in slink.io. GS. DJ diesel, our friends at Goldman. Okay, I I do like am I really like? Is it is a shoot the messenger type? She does not. She does not like when the billionaires and messenger about like what understandable? Understandable are? Oh yeah. When a billionaire. I get it, but I just The puzzle pieces of Emma irritation together. Totally our billionaire says stuff about, you know, you don't know who people understandably your billionaire you're not what's in any more. What's your last story? Emma. My last story and this can be a facial expression alone. Mattel, Ink's deal with Elon musk's SpaceX to produce line of toys. Yeah, that's a mild irritation. Yeah, it was, that was not nearly as irritated as David DJ just don't talk to me and I agree with Matt, Matt and I did not collaborate. I did that. We did this completely separately. Yeah. This is annoying as hell. Yeah. And that's it, that's probably is more annoying than an asshole. Go ahead, Matt. Hi. Chris Kirchner is an asshole. Yes, like a match it seems like a matte one because that's category that I actually think we flip here where I should have put Kirchner and and you should have used Mattel is irritating more than it is an asshole and which case I've eliminated both of those and I'm going with DJ diesel yeah it's always irritating and mostly mostly I'm irritated that it got published in small business That is the best. Like I don't even care what he said, that's just ridiculous today. All in, for the people CNBC has a little niche categories. I I was on one of them today, reading about Mark, Cuban's investments from Shark Tank, which he over the period of the of the show with last what 10, 15 years. He's lost money. so, Just to tell you that the people that were idolizing as these these great investors. The people go out there and they kiss their ass and they worship them. They're they're looser. They're losing my like they don't even know what they're doing. Yeah. I don't know, it's hard to vote for an op-ed but I I am going to I'm gonna try this next week actually, I'm very excited about it next week. Now, I used to dread the Friday show but now I'm excited because I'm just gonna watch Emma. And that there is something about the DJ diesel story, that really got you going. I'm not so for you, I'm gonna vote. I'm gonna also vote for that one. As well just to support you. That's that's okay that's that's the most irritating of the week. That was pretty efficient. I think we did a good job. Oh no, 38 minutes that efficient let's that's and I'll tell you who didn't want to win the week is the person who put Ed bash in under my initials and who won the week that person lost the week that I did that. Ed Bastion did win the week, tell me why Ed Bastion. It was in the last week. He said we don't do work so good or what, how did he say? We don't do work. Good, isn't it? We didn't know it as we could. You didn't do as good as we could and just for over the news, like contact sake. A week ago, during their earnings call. He said, reliability is back. Um, and was very upbeat about earnings and three weeks ago, he said there's an unacceptable amount of volatility and like cancellations and and Delta had the worst cancellations in may only to be Eclipse by American Airlines in June. So, congratulations, American Airlines for taking that mantle, but Ed Bastian for being the most quotable train wreck of a CEO over. I'm gonna say my winners covid for slipping, back into the to the mainstream by infecting our president United States President. I like that. It literally, who cares? No one cares. I don't know who won the wheels, but I do know who didn't win the week and it was the four elements because Damien took away three. Yeah. One can figure out a metaphor with Earth in my stupid headlines. So I I Predictions. I got. Oh, do you have a very specific prediction? I don't know why it just maybe because I was thinking about buying and having covid or I was reading in yet another article about monkeypox, but I think there's going to be a massive covid Outbreak on a cruise ship in August. And then it's gonna and it's gonna set the tone for a very uncertain back to school season. Because it's gonna be a, it's gonna be a weird bubbly, covid, Carnival Cruise story. It's coming coming for you. Some new variant, some new variant. I do miss those days, it's gonna get us all static. I do miss like several hours of ranting about cruise ships. No one needs to go on them. And what's your prediction? I think this is usually I feel like my predictions have a jokey Bend to them but today, yeah, I think this is a my first real prediction in a while. I think people are gonna freak out about the butterflies. I think people are going to not be okay about these butterflies because I wish you Care. It's like about its you know the turtle with the Mariah Carey named her album butterfly Children, books famous children's books have butterflies with you, I love butterflies but yeah, I think it's the same. It's going to be like, you know, the polar bears had their moment, you know, their moment. And I think that maybe it'll just be a moment, but people are going to be not, okay? Have you moved to an internet desert because you're you're you're you're internet kind of drops in and out. What's your prediction? Matt, here's my prediction. The first month of school is delay. Are you that? Are you, are you? Driving off of my prediction for covid. It is No, I wrote this before. Anything goes with empty when I wrote mine. The first month of school is delayed, then canceled, as everyone's August summer trip was pushed off. Thanks to the airlines. I think the airline cancellations are going to push everyone summer trips. Wow, to the start of school and at the beginning of school, he's no one there and they're just going to be like let's just start school, two children, the bizarre fiction, you know, in Florida don't they start school like the first week of August or something weird like that. Yeah. And Hawaii. They go through the summer. Is there a summer in Hawaii? What's the difference? Yes, hotter. Okay. I wouldn't call that a summer. You know what? The four seasons are Emma. It's a summer. Spring fall and Autumn, did you know that those are the four? I don't know why those are the Four Seasons lecture on simple groups of four today. That's it. That's all we got. That is it? That's Damien. Rawson, I'm a lure. Can I miss cardi? That was your week in review. We are free float media, come back, next week, downloading more of whatever it is, this is and ask us about board saber metrics someday because we have them, goodbye.
