That's not the Friday music. Okay, I don't care what you like, life care at all from room, 909. Does anyone get the room the rooms numbers yet? Nobody's ever commented on that? Are we there's some people that way people that way. At the wet East Westwood West in Southern North Dakota. It's a smells like Autumn AF edition of business pants Friday, featuring Ari the date of Queen. Matt the BS correspondent and me your proverbial of ham sandwich. I'm shouting over the music Matt's trying to drop me out and this week's episode death. and, Freezing. Oh, come in combination. Well, freezing is a way of maybe thinking of it freezing, his way of preserving life. Freezing is like, slow death. Maybe never death though, you never never unfreeze. All right, what do we? What are we really doing? Yeah, this is business. Pants Friday. We go over all the favorite. All of our favorite of the weeks story of the week. That's me. Goodly. As of the week that's the data. Queen. What else? Who has holiest of the week? Matt Mascari. And we may or may may or may not be having a fourth member join us as Emma continues to be in full lurk mode. Like really official lurk mode like just lurking. Somewhere in the clouds, but we may or may not have a semi-permanent. Person next week. I don't know. Matt, you try to Hassle her into this but she sounds like, no she was game. Hell, she was game, but but we'll see. Like the text is more complicated. What's the tech is more complicated? Okay? You ready? Ready for this? Yeah, super buddy. Story of the week, I guess. So, let's do it. Come on. Give me a. Give me some story that we can music. Give me something you, you could. You do it? What you learned? The match game. There we go. There we go. The dangerous stories. and no particular order because One of these stories. Definitely is dominating the new cycle as we speak, but I'm just start back at the beginning story I missed because I was out Max covered this. Bed and Beyond bed, bed, bed, bath beyond CFO, Gustavo, Arnold died by Suicide. Yeah, not funny. Not like I I'm not trying to turn this into a joke. I was just astounded at how the business press just didn't want to cover the story, really, like, there's some cursory articles about it but I don't. And again I don't want to be disrespectful to anyone or anything. but, How do why do you cover missing luggage from 800 different perspectives. But a CFO jumping out of a window. Okay. Fine, forget it. All right. I know. I'll let me add this. He was accused, you know, in a lawsuit along with activist investor, Ryan Cohen who we talked about a lot of our participating in a pump and dump scheme that lawsuit was filed 11 days before, before he jumped out of that building a New York city. So, there you go. That's not crazy story for us. It was I mean their big this is back to back weeks with someone out of a window. It was Luke oil, last week incredible. This is a business pants first so the I guess the real question and re maybe you already know the answer. This is who's next who's next week's victim, which executive next week will fall out of a window? I got nothing more than maybe you shouldn't answer that just in case. Number two story of the week. Putin. We haven't talked about the war in Ukraine in a while. It's, you know, I guess the West is sort of border that but Putin threatens to let Europe freeze over winter raising risk of energy. Rationing, look, there's a lot of crazy stuff going on going on in Europe with energy Putin. Now, I guess he's distracting to cut off Supply is completely. This is the story. I don't know. Matt, we really haven't. Spent a lot of time covering but it seems to have, and yeah, go ahead. But then when Russians just die of hunger. Well why? Because Russians have all the gas. Yeah they have they have all the gas because the money right. I know China is buying a lot of energy now and yeah they still have buyers they're covered and there was a good that Europe is in motion of trying to figure out how to move forward with. Oh the you know, the energy, the Russia supplies so You know. But anyway this is a I just want to include this. I just, I just did. I did. Matt. Can I think that I never can. I thank our, can I thank our production staff? Because the image that they chose for this very clearly has the I stock photo watermark on it. Say this shame on you. Hey Google. Shame on you alphabet. I type in a simple Google image. Search for hell freezing over. And this is like nothing. Like that's I thought they'd be several things. Why is your help? Is Europe. Hell is that what that was just thinking? Like, you know, everyone thinks Putin to devil and freezing over and I don't know, I don't All right, good number three. Story of the week, which I'm gonna characterize, as I'm gonna call it. Female CEO turnover hell in the UK. Maybe have yeah, maybe hell is a is an inappropriate word, but hello here. There are just two amazing, the Confluence of amazing female CEO turnover in the UK this week, really? An amazing historical coincidence. First, what we already announced Liz trust became the UK prime minister on Tuesday and then the longest running CEO, I think in the world, 70 years, 70 years, Queen Elizabeth, the second dies at the age of 96. I'm called, I'm sorry, but in our world Matt, she's a CEO know. How is she not a lot? I gotta beat myself for that. It's okay. Not everyone cares. I'm just, I mean, no, no, I don't. I mean, I more like, oh, Colonius, not everyone should be a cozy, just wondering how dare you, who's the, oh, good point, who would be that? Well, well, she's like, wouldn't she be like the founder family, but the CEO actually owns all the shares because the government, Runs itself and doesn't need her at all. So she's the chair in the in the Liz trusted. The CEO is how you're thinking, but she does have all the power to do the things. She just she has real power but they never do anything but we'll get to it. Let's come back here. So here's a some a few points of data to go along with the story. Do you know who now is the Supreme reigning CEO? The Supreme Being? Yeah I mean this is kind of you probably will know the answer. I only other folks he CEO that everyone loves more Buffett. Warren Buffett. He's now the he's now the champion 52 years CEO over there a Berkshire, he's 92. So stop IT Crowd, he and the Queenie. Yeah, yeah. Um, gonna go next, maybe he's well I didn't say anything even 8,000 years old and if he's worried about dying, he could move into Charlie munger's dorm and in California because no Windows Live Forever. If he's worse about dying, he could maybe stop eating cheeseburgers and eat something. Ah, no, Okay, here the longest serving female CEOs. Now, after Queen Elizabeth, the second dies in the US, it's someone named Mary Jo Cohen. Was been the CEO at National Presto Industries for night since 1994 Matt. Matt, she's so old school, that she's the only woman on board. She's the only female executive like she's alive school. She doesn't even want to get. She's the only one there. Heard of them, they make like goofy Contraptions, they make sounds like, weird me industry is what? Yeah, they make they make weird Contraptions that nobody needs and the longest serving female CEOs in the UK. And, and this is shocking. Only eight years. 10 years, only eight years and that is a zeela Bing Matic at Future at the company future. She's been there since 2014. So there you go. Yeah. Moving on eight years. I know it's not sad. That's that's I've ever heard congratulations UK for for really not wanting women to run your company's. Wow quiz before I go to the next story that we pop quiz. Which institution is being canceled this weekend in the honor of the passing of the queen? Would it be Premier League soccer matches or theater Productions in London's West End, which which famous Institution in England is being canceled this weekend on the queen, which one I'm gonna go with theater Productions. Matt. I also they would never cancel the Premier League for anything stocker. You both wrong. Warts. What is happening? What is this? That's not correct. That's had to play. Like what I found this to be shocking. Yeah. Just art people in the Arts don't care. And maybe they're saying that plebeians commoners. They care about the queen. Maybe that's what know. Look everyone in the UK. Just just so, you know, that you could have tuned into the NFL kickoff last night like no one here. Was that enough to stop the NFL grown men from hitting each other? My fourth story of the week is just the one that I like, I don't know. Probably No One's Gonna vote for, but we covered this yesterday. City in the Netherlands has become the first, the first city in the world to ban ads for me in public places over climate concerns. They're basically saying me is, as stupid as like cocaine and whatever, cigarettes. I don't know, whatever it says. Where did you get that stupid advertisement, picture 1912? I got it from the recycling bin in that Dutch City because that's that's where the ads are now, I just pulled it out. Wow, they put it right in the recycling bin. All right, so what do you got? Throw the week CFO bed bath & CFO committing suicide. Hello freezing over you, come on, you heard them. All right, it's Europe. Freezing over Bed Bath & Beyond suicide, UK CEO, turnover and Dutch City, hates me. I didn't ask you to do that for me. I come on this Dutch city is probably population, 200 people. Yeah, I know looked into know. What have you been to the Netherlands already? Like every city. There is like five hundred thousand people. It's just like people everywhere. It's just I hate it. I hate it. Already the words. You're saying I hate. All right. I do just because I mean, I would think that Putin threatening Europe to freeze to death would be the biggest story. Oh yeah. Say freeze to death. I didn't I don't see that, right? Yeah, because in southern Portugal, they're gonna be fine. We don't know that anymore but we're gonna go with female CEO. Turnover hell in the UK? Yeah, I mean, come on, it's incredible. Dominating all his agreement look. I I actually I totally agree with Ari that the story of the week. Should be. The the Putin natural gas thing. And I think that's the business story of the week, but the story that everyone's talking about is the female CEO, turnover in the UK being. That was incredible and the Prime Minister. Yeah, Prime ministering crown and like a one week span is pretty amazing, pretty intense. But before we move on Ari, because you're up next, alright, goes to the week, the city in the Netherlands is Harlem. Yeah, it's Harlem, the original, the original, the original Harlem. Oh, two ways population, roughly 250,000. So it's just go go for your stupid 2005. It's only four x West Hartford Connecticut. So Yeah, do you see a lot of ads around here? I'm gonna say I was just gonna say If I multiply the ads, I see in West Hartford Connecticut four times I would see four ads Like. So now none of them can be what you don't have ads in your buses. The only animal but there's buses. First of all, there's only there's only two buses maybe and those buses are, are they? There's a big ad that says Get Carter. And it's, it's a guy who's like, a meteorologist or something? I don't know. He's an ambulance Chaser, he's in. Oh, is he okay? And nobody are you pregnant. Add on all the. Okay, this is West Hartford. Talk with Aunt, B. Okay, come on. Moving on. Come on. Good. This is the week. Are they did a queen? I got stories. Free shotguns. Add me person. Number one really got him there. Starbucks workers are winning at the union. Fight. On tiktok finalists. What on tiktok on tiktok? Yeah, Starbucks is forced to fight. You didn't effort on a new front. That was me. That was so exciting. The tiktok and they are losing. This is the current score. 28 million to 114,000 that's the number of views on the most popular post. Okay, Starbucks Workers United. What is views? Okay, so they're winning the union of you more use. Not actually unionizing, but just views. Yeah, which will help Drive some unionization. Hopefully, Oh, there's some gentle clapping for more views. That's good. Take a Bow. but after the Starbucks workers launched their tiktok, Starbucks launch Starbucks Partners which already sounds super boring. So I don't even know how they got to 114,000, but yeah, there's lots of talk about gen Z. Here number one, they are super important to Starbucks. Their love of iced coffee brings in billions of dollars for them every year. Okay? And number two, they make up tiktoks core audience and they may love sharing their iced coffee on social media more than they actually love their iced coffee so it is just hate it. I hate the words. Good. Well what can start? And then here comes tiktok because they really good at keeping your attention, right? So if I can start as a casual tiktok browsing of the hashtag Starbucks and looking at videos of the new Starbucks experience that schultes loves to talk about so much now lead to tiktok users. Watching videos of picket lines and promoting I see. Okay, which is so amazing. Here are Schultz doing the whole Starbucks experience, we're doing this thing and the same hashtag is gonna lead users to The union efforts. All right, this is not bad, it's not that are yeah, it's awesome. And this is all happening. While you need approval rating is reached 71%, which is the highest in 60 years. 71. Wait. What. The union approval rating 71% really? Yeah, the yeah, over the US. Wait, really? That's actually quite shocking. This is their and their polling Republicans in that too. Was this just pulling demographics? The young people? Oh, young Tick, Tock users. Now, a normal sample of the politic talk user because you have to, like, you have to do on tiktok, I don't get to wrap up the pole and like five seconds before I like the saddest part about this is, they literally have to Trojan Horse interest in a massive labor movement of people who have been stifled by a corporation through pictures of iced coffee and like, pointless things from Starbucks in order to sneak in pictures of Union. Pickles, how does actual research work on tiktok are like The video come by so fast that do you have to like wait for 20 of them before you can write down the the address to go figure out how to unionize? You know what I mean? How do you know what your question is good? Even no. No, they don't they don't they have like it's like a girl doing a shuffle dance and someone next to them saying things like do you like unions? Yes or no well my daughter stop it. All right moving on. Number two, hang on. Number two, good least of the week trees, and I got two stories for you. Number one, these are good. Yeah, so I'm with this. Well, finally, settles argument on whether or not you can recycle pizza boxes? Oh, I like this one. I like that. Has this ever been a discussion in your household? Yes, no, we just recycled them. Well, oh corrugated car. Pizza boxes from carburetor. Well, Harvard. I can't think corporate anymore from pizza boxes because consumers and recycling companies are super confused about whether or not the leftover grease or saws or cheese, might screw up their recycling Machinery. Or the process in general, it's a long ongoing debate, that nasty Pizza Grease. So there was a study that the company that makes a pizza box is set up to do and they tested a pizza box. With who's which the weight was 20% Greece, which is way more than like realistic pizza box. Environment, which is more than like 2%. So, 20% of this pizza box was Grease by weight and they found no difference in 80% of the pizza box was Grease, the material, or the recycling process. so not only that, they decided to print this information on the box, including a cute R code that will Direct consumers to the closest place. That takes pizza boxes. Wait, then the place that takes Pizza books is, you can't put it in your household. Recycling, you have to go are some municipalities. Oh no. We don't take pizza boxes. More importantly, are were you one of those people who used to like when they got pizza these to like, block out the grease with a napkin? Know, I always hated people. Yeah, you were yes. People know, never know. I would agree, I would like the grease off. Yeah. Just eat and rub it. Or You Think You Are? Really, who do you think you are? Blotting out grease with a nasty napkin. Well, so on my pieces that I make it home. I just put grease on top to figure out who I like and who I'm not gonna like, that's how I differentiate. All right, so that's the dominoes. But that's Story number one, of the two trees stories, what else you got? All right, Story Bridge down, that tire maker that they invested 100 million dollars into farming, Waianae trees to replace the rubber tree or rubber Christians that will you plant produces rubber Already as a former protection and after years of testing and reading and rebooting richtown has bread. Oh, you really plant that produces exceptional amounts of rubber without the need without the need of water. Oh, I see. Oh, three tree rubber. Is this a? Is this gonna be a long-term good now? No, they are. So they have this finding and they've already planted like this tree on 25,000 acres. And now they are moving forward with the scale of production where all their rubber, That is not synthetic. Rubber will come from this tree? You know what, why don't people just take the subway? Well, that's for normal, for cars. For the normal, our cars, 90, or 80% of the rubber, to make those tires are synthetic Rubber. And only tend to 20% are natural rubber from trees, but for trucks like trailer trucks, that is like almost 100% is from natural rubber. All I can imagine is Bridge Stone just like ruining the ecosystem of a desert somewhere because they want this rubber, that's all imagine and like destroying gotta destroy something. You gotta just you stay in your house and Destroy things with the electricity you use, or you go out and you destroy a desert by planting trees. So you can make cars. I like it. All right, that's the all right. The third story, which is the second story. That's all part of the story. Oh Starbucks winning. It tick tock. Then we had trees. What else? You got Ari? Now we got someone screwed up. Okay. Good stories for you because I don't know. Even though, in the grand scheme of things, maybe these are sad. They're kind of thing. They're kind of funny. So, here we go. Number one, or is losing it official. A group of 30 hackers across Ukraine. Formed a group, nicknamed hack. Your mom with the goal to help Ukraine fight Russia's Invasion. Well, they got to know Russian soldiers through fake profiles that they created where they posed as very attractive women and ultimately convinced the soldiers to send them pictures. Which they geolocated. And once they had the location, they sent that information to the military. I love that. Wow, Russian soldiers. Were catfished and the base where they're wearing was blown up, come on. Oh but then they had to get blown up. Oh, that's less ideal. That's kind of a set and there's A theme of death here. Yeah, that's true. Ari. Let me ask you this, does this. Hacker group called hack your mom. Do they think that I'm a Russian soldier? Because I've been getting a lot of texts. And what's up recently from women? Oh yeah. Trying to obviously get catfish me so they're not. I'm just gonna tell you they're not women. I'm saying if they're sending you attractive pictures and of young young women. But I'm saying do they think I'm a Russian soldier? Is that what they don't think? So I don't think they're targeting the main area. Okay. They're probably real people so you know, go for it. I should be careful because I often I respond with terrible jokes and if they're actually geo-locating me. So they can drop a missile on me. I better be careful. Yeah, just be careful. That was number one of number three. Yeah. The second thing on It come on. Screwed up. Yeah. As you know, Snapple laid off 20% of its Workforce in a mass layoff. Last week short meetings appeared in 1200 calendars. Where managers are supposed to read from script to let? The people know that they're being let go and how to access the benefits and so on, except somewhere locked out of the company tools before they were able to sign. That'll tell you. In the arms. Good. Yeah, the article someone saying some people couldn't even log in to get laid off. So this is very good because you're laughing at because you think it's good because it's funny. Are you like There are now forward colleagues and ask. If they could, please send a message on the company. Slack, asking how the ones locked out. Could axes more details to their own firing know. Why would you do that? Why wouldn't you just not go to your own firing and pretend you're not fired? Just keep showing up. And if they don't pay you then you sue them because they did fire you, they never fired you. Well, they don't have to fire, you do. They can't they just stop. Yeah, they have to labor law requires that you you can't like you can't just not pay that will and then tell them like, by the way we fired you. This is why snap workers need to get on tiktok with a Starbucks workers and start unionizing because they're at will man. They don't they don't have to do anything to them. They can they can they can fire them. In the bathroom, can't they like? Well, they're shaving. Do people still shaving the bathroom and snatch? I don't know. He gets tough. I don't think there's dual class shares that I think. All right. Okay. And you can you summarize all this art because it's a total disaster. What do you go first? Yeah, starving workers using Starbucks. Roadmap against them. Number two trees. Yeah, someone screwed up. Okay. Oh God. I like I'm gonna get out of this one quickly Matt because Ari is completely befuddled me. I I mean I might not even sure her name is Ari anymore and I don't know what's happening. I'm gonna go with the easy one, Matt, and I'm gonna go with the Giant Pizza Box. Actually tells me that I can recycle the Box because trees. Yeah, you go it's because I have actually had these annoying conversations about these stupid pizza boxes. So now I can just I can just hit my kids over the head with it. And say, look, it says right here that you can recycle the stupid box. So I'm going for that one, Domino's Pizza. I'm really torn because I want to go with Ukrainian hackers. That is just so clever, I do and, and morbid at the same time, like they drop a missile on someone they catfished. That is the that is not a proverbial missile and actually know this is an actual missile and Like this is like people think like catfish, I don't know it's fantastic but I am going to go with trees. That's what I'm gonna go with Julius of the week. I mean you know you're laughing Ari but these Russian soldiers are just young like teenagers you know, they're just stop it, just stop it. No he cares. There was actually there was a CEO that was catfished that's in the news recently. Maybe that's next week's executive death. Maybe that CEO will be hit by a missile from hack. Your mom and he'll fall out of a window. All good thoughts. Let's move on. Here you go, Matt mascardi with as holiest of the week. This looks, oh, looks long and confusing. Come on. Well, I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna say overall. Once again, I have an overall asshole the week and that is monarchy, because as we're in the middle of celebrating Life and Times of Queen, Elizabeth the second. It for nothing. More than having a trace of DNA, from a guy from like, 400 ad and her qualifications to run. The country, are just that trace DNA. And did, you know that the monarchy in the UK? They have the power between going from Castle to Castle and cutting cakes. And like, blessing children, they have the power to in no particular order. The prime minister or not. A suspend cancel recall impound withdraw or revoke British passport so they can make you a British citizen. This one, I want to just done this. I want that the power to create corporations by Royal Charters so they can just make a company themselves and the power to declare war or conclude War. That's impressive power. I mean that's like, that's all so, So in celebration of long reigning. Monarchs that I don't know why we care about, oh, we care more about like I was looking for other monarchs that died recently. The king of Thailand died in 2016 and he had was King for 70 years and he was loved in Thailand apparently. But he wasn't a white lady. So there's not like a 2000 word New Year's. The Netflix show about this, no Netflix show about boom ball, Boomer ball a Jewella J or whatever his name. I can't pronounce good reason because I've hung out with him, he was quite boring. So here's what I got for you. For these are all monarchs choose your ass holiest moment of this week. First up is the corporate monarchy, okay? What does that mean? Of 80,000 directors and 2022 1,038 our family members, okay? Of the of the, of the company of those 60% have some sort of structural advantage over the company itself. Like they own all the shares, they have the Voting Rights, they're doing class. They retain control of the board, or the company or something, nine and a half percent of them are actually Filipino it. What? Yeah, the clock that's. That's news. See, this is hard-hitting news. This is ESG fact, we don't talk about the fact that the Philippines loves a good corporate Monarch and Korea. But you're saying Filipino, I'm saying the Philippines 8.7% are actually from Peru Ari's own. Peru France is the first European country on the list with whopping, 3% of French directors are corporate monarchs, nice, three percent, okay, but the largest by far Is an American, The Waltons of Walmart. Some tidbits, just this week, from the great reign of The Waltons of the township of Kingfisher in the territory of Oklahoma. Headlines include Walmart is facing a class action suit for allegedly, violating in Illinois Privacy Law by using surveillance cameras and Clear View ai's. Facial recognition database, That's right. The corporate monarchy is watching you. Yeah and database. You a number two for what, for what purpose for for the purpose of security because you need to keep the Sovereign realm. Secure headline. Number two, Walmart says, it's been sued for giving out too many opioids, but also for not giving out enough opioids. Because the decide whether or not to drug you, that's what the monarchs do. And headline number three, and these are all in the last week. This is just this week Amazon and Walmart want the FAA to let them use part of your property. Here's how drone delivery companies are coming for your airspace because the monarchy owns. Your are. What does that mean? They want to own? They want claims above my to the airspace above your house. That's what they want. That's what the corporate monarchy wants. So that they can do drone deliveries and they'll Own It. They'll what else? You got? All right, corporate monarchy. I corporate up now. Yeah, number two. Actual monarchs. Okay. All right. This is Prince, William and his speech at his grandmother's Platinum. Jubilee soon to be well soon because his father, the new king is like 4 million years old. He's 74, he's got a robust like 12 years probably before he has to Keel over, and, in Prince, William's speech at his mother's, his grandmother's Platinum, Jubilee the Platinum Jubilee was a giant celebration held by all former and current British colonies to celebrate the queen reigning for 70 years, which was awkward. What does that mean? Platinum Jubilee? What is that Platinum? I don't know. Real fucking old. I don't know what is platinum. Represent, like a like it's like, isn't it a record that sells like a million copies like Diamond? Jubilee is the 50 years so Platinum, my guess is 787, okay? All right, I don't know, I don't ask me at some point, I know at some point they're gonna roll and like they're gonna use like fantasy metals. At a speech. He gave he said, quote today in 2022 because the Platinum Jubilee was this year as the queen celebrates her Platinum, Jubilee. The pressing need to protect and restore. Our planet has never been more urgent. He said that in February. Okay, he then got on a series of jets flying to the Bahamas, to tore it as part of the Platinum. Jubilee tour, the Bahamas. Really sure. He went to Belize. He went to Jamaica. And then before coming, he comes home and then goes back out to United Arab Emirates. And then that's after he decried. The fact that space tourism is a thing before we save the planet. So Prince William. Congratulations on being a blowhard asshole. Why are missing on Prince William? When you could be focusing on the new king? What are you doing? Because Charles only had like two flights and didn't say, I don't know. William seems like the young one who's supposed to know what's going on. All right. I don't you can't actual so that your second as always because actual monarchs I can't get over the fact that in 2022, there are people who maintain Systemic power because there were born to somebody else. What does make me wonder? Is that a lot of these countries are going to try to opt out now of the monarchy, right? Please do because this is stupid. I do know that Canada Canada made a bull, making a bull move saying, they're not gonna put King Charles on their money. So that's a oh Zing. Oh, there are officially severed from the queen. Actually I think that because their constitution came out in the 1960s so they've been severed for a while. I think I don't think they're real severed and then last yeah blow hard monarchs. Ooh what does that mean? You know exactly who I'm talking about with a blower. Tell me you. There's two that were in the news this week. One always good news and one. Not mean. King Ryan Cohen. Oh yeah. I just talked about him. His buddy jumped out of a building. Yeah. That's correct. And he was part of the Lost. Record before the death of the CFO of Bed Bath, and Beyond. And the second, of course, as always is techno, King, Elon Musk, yet techno King, I think is his official title, he puts in filings, the guy who's suing Twitter, because of what they write in filings calls himself techno King in those filings, he also could be part of your corporate monarchy, right? Because Kimball musk is part of that. He's on his way, but he doesn't, he doesn't have structural control. He owns a lot of shares, but there was a story that broke this week that week that Twitter Bots appear to be in line with the company's estimate below 5% and that was a third party research firm that that figured that out. So your options here are easy, this is Corporate monarchy, actual monarchs are blowhard monarchs, not that easy, actually now I'm suddenly confused. You know why isn't Mark Zuckerberg in the blue heart monitor because he's not A monarch his family doesn't know. It's just Zuck. Oh. He's a dictator different between dictators and monarchies. You get it just family. Oh no. She said blow hard Marlon, why isn't he a blow hard marnik. Yeah, because he's not a monarch. He's not King, he's dictator Zuck. Okay, well I'm confused. What's the king and a dictator? Is there a difference? A king is family lineage. They they put family. Ryan Cohen is he got to power through his family? Is that he they call him the meme you just have the word King. Oh meme. King I get it now. Okay you know I wonder if The royal family is the OG like famous for just being famous type of thing. You know, Harry's Hilton? Yeah. Well didn't they did the paparazzi all that culture didn't start with the royal family? Did it? Not? I don't care about any of the things, okay? Talking about they make me sick. All right, you know this is really easy for me. Yeah, I'm gonna go with corporate monarchy. You know, tell me why. Because that was my first instinct but then when I thought about it I thought maybe I'm crazy. What do you going with that? That's the correct answer because Corporations are supposed to be made to like serve, do with things, serve a thing, but really, they're just like the shareholders somebody's Little Kingdom. Yeah, but then when you after Matt laid out all the powers that the royal family has and the fact that they've Colonials a good chunk of the earth that just seems to me like, the actual, you know what, just for the fun of the game, although Matt just, I think Matt just revealed his hand. I'm gonna create a tie for Matt to break. I'm gonna go with actual monarchs because I do what I do. Load, I do load the royal family, so I'm gonna go for that one. Well, so it is hard for me because I'm a scarcity because I already is, right in my mind that corporate monarchy is supposed. It's the style democracy, right? Like shareholders, get a vote, but they're wrong. The reality is, They Don't Really incorporate. Yeah. But they're, they're entitled to this privilege. They're not, they're not breaking listing rules or. Yeah. But like so, so, but should we do, should they be listed? Like should if you're a corporate monarchy, should you like? I agree. But should the Royal Family. Be in existence at all. I, that's, and that's where I'm torn because I was looking at pictures of the Jubilee, and I was watching in Australia. I'm there in Australia. They're like lighting torch for the Queen Elizabeth and it's like, you know, her, it was her relatives that sent your prison relative, your like, you're like, like, sure isn't ancestors. Should go kill all the, the aborigine people there and colonize it. So that you are away from the other side of the world and then like watching, like, you know, people in tribal gear in or traditional gear in New Zealand like celebrating the Jubilee of their, it's terrible, forget weird. It's like well not to mention that it's a family that a lot of its riches are based on the slave trade. But in exactly like they're going between their castles and they got it all by subjugating, large swaths of humanity. And now we're celebrating the subject. It's just it's not in. Yeah go ahead. Are you that's all true but it just Even though they have, you know, constitutional power, whatever power they each have they don't use it. So they are just a figurehead. Well corporate monarchs are actively using their power to kill the Earth. Keep people down widen inequality like you know Matt you know I'm really surprised by is. Why didn't the who the new king is King Charles III. Why does sure go, what, didn't go the West Indian room? Why didn't we get someone from, like a, like a, like a Sundar or, like a sachio? Like, what, why do you take that? They actually have a lot of people in India that they subjugated. They had a lot of people. She tried, it didn't go for that, that new trick. I think that would have been great but my final call here is, I think the corporate monarchy because as much as I hate the actual monarchs I I think that the actual monarchs have like constitutional privileges that I think are dumb where the corporate monarchy particularly like The Waltons in America. Like what are we doing? We literally started this country to overthrow a monarch. And now we've just okayed monarchy and another place. That's right. Let's wrap up before we get to the winners of the week and the prediction. So, the story of the week is the incredible turnover, female, CEO turnover over there in the UK. Liz trust in the queen. The good list of the week is kind of sad. Now that I'm looking at dominoes, put printing on their pizza boxes that you can recycle them, what, 1974, winners number and as always the week is the corporate Monica, the traditional Royal Market. That we all think about. It's the corporate marketing. That's the asshole. It's the week. So, finally. Before we wrap up, who won the week? Anyone anyone want to go first? Mine's inside joke. I'll go first on mine, my, my winner of the week is our, our very own Jesse. Why? Oh, because she threatened to come on our shows twice this week, but then ultimately decided against it. So I feel he's the winner for not having to be a part of this nonsense. Well, I had decided against it because I didn't have time to set up a text. Now she's the winner. Anyone else? Yeah, I'm gonna go with Walmart, actually. Why? I just because they exist that headline of them trying to make themselves, the victim of that makes him the winner of the world. You know. I'm not giving out too many opioids but also for not giving out enough like what I'm gonna let the audience in on something, Matt actually, Matt called a meeting with me last week, and he told me that he was very serious meeting and he wanted one-on-one meeting. And he told me that I know longer allowed to argue with people when they pick winners of the week in predictions. I'm not alone to argue with them. I don't remember saying that at all. Okay, are you trying? Are you with me? I was briefly, but then, I, I remembered. I'm not allowed to Matt who's your winner of the week. Come on, I look, I was really torn between picking the obvious winner of King, Charles the Third. Yeah, because that guy spent like 70, like 70 years, just waiting for this woman to kill over, right? Like, and finally, One or Putin. Who is different? Kind of Monarch is a different kind, kind of winner. I'm gonna go with King Charles. I'm just gonna go with straight up, like the obvious winner. It seems like the obvious choice. I'm gonna go with him. That's funny because again, that rolls right into our prediction because he actually is the subject of my prediction so I'll get I'll get to it. King Charles a third, I'm predicting right now that he lasts for only two years. I don't think he ever wanted this job. Wow, I think that's that's why he was such a jerk to his first wife. I just don't think he wants to be a part of all this. He lost for two years he stepped down on his 75th birthday which they officially call Platinum Plus five and then he hands it over to his weird son. That's my that's my prediction, the same with and by the way, same with Liz trust she gets bored of her. Yeah, two years is prime minister and she also handed over to her weird son. I'm guessing Ryan Cohen has a song. Oh, and all so just to make my prediction even more confusing, I'm predicting that Ryan Cohen does not jump out of a building. oh, Now your prediction is sad and terrible. No it's good. It's good. No one else predictions. I have a prediction. I don't know if I have prediction. I don't not this week. My prediction is that Domino's actually moves to making all metal pizza boxes to avoid any future cardboard controversy. Like the controversy is just too much for them to handle so they're going to move to all. Yeah why not it's about that's that sounds like a cheap alternative. Why not do that? Like can like can metal right there? Absolutely daring can like you pull it back. And then the grease is fully intact. It didn't go anywhere. It didn't get soaked, the box at all packed in oil. Do Anything Grows this pizza? I've ever heard of that makes me laugh. That is Damon roles and are the data Queen. I met mascardi, we are free float, media, and that is September 9th 2022. This is his pants. Come back next week, when we do Whatever it is. We do here. Goodbye.
