Live from the Stop & Shop. Cereal aisle. Why do men wire men? Obsessed with serial Idol. Are you obsessed with the cereal? You guys can't cook as well. I can cook. It's yeah. Another cereal Manic Monday edition of business pants joined today, but the money Whisperer Jesse. Hello. One of my. Three. That means so much to me. That sounded sarcastic and today's feedback called April 10th, 2023 food. Just food, Jessie. I've changed, I've changed this show a little bit today and honor of Passover raw Ramadan Easter because I was thinking that all those holidays. Really just are sort of Obsessed about food either in the consumption or non-consumption of it true with little rules, right? Yeah, I mean the highlight of our Easter was what we were eating for sure. So I thought I have a ton of headlines that cover foods and I never really get to talk about them and I know you love nutrition. You love talking about all this nonsense. Yes, I do. In fact, when I came down to visit you for some reason, were the person responsible for getting my baked goods. I was I made myself for it. Yeah, but I send you pictures of biscuits, I'm eating. So you just seemed like the right person. Love that. I'm here for it. Let's do it. Hey, you noticed my mood seems a little bit more stabilized. My energy levels seems. Yeah, you know, I have noticed that it's been really a nice change of pace. What's been going on? I don't like the way you say that. I like that. You're not positive. Okay. Well, I've been drinking something called Magic mine, okay? What, what is? No offense. Just see, but we talked about this last week. I think you should be drinking about. I've already told you about this twice. It's a really Macho shot. You know, Ari and I just said this morning, oh my gosh. We need to order that we wanted raving about it. I don't know. We need to do it right after the show. We just forgot last Friday because we were so excited that it was Friday and until your friends So gonna what this is done is replaced. My coffee drinking system, which basically sucks because I'm crashing constantly. And coffee from because you just have a thermos, right? And you just pour it out throughout the day. Honestly, I pretty much used to drink coffee from 7:30 a.m. till 5:30 to 6:00 in the afternoon. Wow. No joke. You're not. Yeah, and I would get a little I would get irritated. I get moody all those things. So magic, my not only has caffeine in it, but a bunch of other natural compounds to kind of like adaptogens, right? Mushrooms and see. This is why you're the right person. Yeah. So this is why you're the perfect food episode person. Yeah. You know what? Adaptogens help your focus have. You noticed improved, Focus. Absolutely. In fact, I breaked, I started raking my lawn yesterday. You did. Is that not? That's not something you normally have a lot of focus for know. I was just feeling very energized and eager to. There were little areas of dead leaves that were bothering me. And I just went yesterday was a really crisp nice spring day. So tell your friends. Jesse told him to go to www.magic.com business pants. That's, they can get up to 56% off their subscription to the next 10 days at the code business pants. Love that. Cool, I'll tell him www.magic.com. Are you ready for Today Show? Come on, yeah, I'm ready. Let's discuss the headline. So many headlines. I am so curious how you're going to react to all these but I tempted to group them to categories, okay? Just all over the food world. All and then we're going to end with a bunch of stupid diets from some of our favorite CEOs. Okay, she's okay. Okay, can't wait. I I'm gonna be honest, I didn't really order these in a logically intellectual fashion so I'm just kind of throw things out you okay. the first category is, I'm just calling our General Health crisis Okay. Here we go. Jesse okay. Start with the Health crisis. This in fact, this article is the reason why I created a show about food because I just find it creepy that it's 2023 and this is still a problem. The headline is peeps, Easter candy has potential cancer causing red dye, 3 warns consumer reports. And before you say anything, notice this is Consumer Reports, warning people, this isn't even the FDA, right? I just don't even understand how this is even possible. How is this still happening? You know, there are like thousands of dies. Countries ban from being in food products that the FDA doesn't protect us from. I'm not surprised at all. I'm not surprised at all. I knew you were going here with peeps because they're pretty vile. As far as like, Easter candy. I mean East candy special. The candy for Easter is pretty like Jelly, Bean's have died too. I remember as a child someone gave me a hallowed, a hollow chocolate bunny I know the worst, right? It was gross. I was so excited, I know. But there is a quality of American milk, chocolate, that is really just, it's vile. is it's so bad like So, I'm not surprised, I'm not surprised, and I'm not surprised that the FDA isn't protecting us from it, because they're not protecting us from a lot of stuff in our food. So, that's the article that started the show and then I'll just move down the list. The King Kong of weight loss. Drugs is coming. You know about this Elisa, what go ahead. Before it Eli, Lilly's Moon Jarreau. No, Pace OEM pick as the most Olympic is what I thought you were gonna say, why, what do you know, what is it? Like the new celeb Spa, okay? I like Chelsea Handler, she has a podcast and she recently, that's how I found out about something, but it's like the new craze amongst celebrities famous people rich people and it's the new weight loss because it's because it's expensive, because they're vain, why is it the ridge we're celebrities? Oh because I mean, who does it? Which who doesn't want to lose five? 10, 15 pounds. Very quickly. It happens pretty quickly. I like to lose Weight. But I would be afraid to take a drug to do that once. I think it's just hard to access unless, you know, the right people and I still wouldn't take, oh, I wouldn't either know the drug mujaro. Moon helped a typical person with obesity who weighed 230 pounds lose up to 50 pounds during a test period of nearly 17 months, just see Oh, I gonna tell you right now that it is so easy to lose 50 pounds, over 17 months, if you know, just count your calories, if you, if you just have normal sized meals, I just feel Disturbed and maybe one for like a walk. Sure you don't even need, I mean, you should go for a walk for a lot of reasons, but you don't even need to go for a walk. If you just eat your daily recommended amount of calories, I I'm confused by this, too, I mean ozone. Pick would probably allow you to do that in like three weeks. I looked at quickly at Eli Lilly just to see who runs Eli Lilly and it's a lot of bros. It's a lot of dudes. In fact, they have a significant female power gap on their board according to our data. So I I don't have anything to say but I was, I was When I went there, I was hoping there would be the more female power on this board. The fact there's no women in leadership on their board at all. You know why I would have thought. Maybe they had some women on their board is because recently, they've been in the headlines for making, it wasn't an insulin affordable and the covid. Oh, and then they were expanding their testing, the diversity of who they're testing on. So to me I would have been like oh maybe they have some women that are driving those decisions but not it's hard to tell from our data they're certainly are women on the board five out of 13 that just have a they don't have a lot of power according to data. And are you also revealed that there they stand to make money from lowering those drug costs? So don't sure the whole thing is a bit mysterious to me. Yeah, I mean, I don't know that their motive behind it was completely altruistic. I would guess not. But also that headline is not that's a pretty sad. Yeah, speaking in our world of obesity and and using food as a drug, I like this headline and all female lizard species that Reproduces asexually. Dress eats. To cope with the deafening racket of jet at a nearby military base. Block going on there, but I just wanted you to focus on the fact that even a lizard stress eats to cope with anxiety. And the reason why I point this out is that the Obesity epidemic is it, would you call it an epidemic? It's probably behavior. And people unable to cope with horrible Foods, being marketed to them. But it's also, I think a response to the incredible amount of Stress and Anxiety that people in the world faced with right totally as this lizard proofs. We love this. Yeah, I mean I think food can be a source of Escape for people just like I don't know like vegging out in front of the TV could be so Of course, well I'm in meeting my idiocy here, but does this article pointed out. One of the reasons why the lizards stress eats is because it needs energy to deal with the fear that comes with the stress, the anxiety that comes from this moment, right? I had a lot of it that way. Yeah, I hadn't either actually, but that's great. I mean, if most people which most people are chronically stressed because of All of the Donald Trump shit that's coming. Yeah, all the shit that comes at us on a daily basis, but also all the stimulus, I mean, from phones and computers and TV and workshops and all that, then yeah, of course, that's I call them energy leaks, but of course, that's gonna like drain energy. It is odd. Like, when I'm at my most depressed and listless when I feel, Not that I'm hopeless. But you know, I'm when I have these Jags where I don't have a ton of hope. I'm just feeling a little low energy. I do tend to revert to eating food. That has absolutely no nutritional benefits. I don't understand why, I don't get that. Probably because you want like a dopamine hit from something and the sugar will give it to you to me. I feel like it's because I give an up at that moment. I'm just like screwing. Yeah. All right. Speaking of giving up, let's move on to the fast food industry. Which we call drugs here at business pants. Yes. What should McDonald's headlines? McDonald's shares. Hit all-time high. Why did they come out with something new? They claim. It's because McDonald's typically performs well during uncertain Economic Times. How about that? For the pressing that the presses me? Oh, because it's cheap, right? It's cheap. Yeah well it's not cheaper than going to the grocery store although these days, it's tough to go grocery shopping without feeling. Like, you've spent a lot of money. Yeah, I mean I know people have said I have heard so many older people talk about their grocery bills in light of inflation and like, oh, I spent 80 bucks instead of 50 or whatever. So yeah. I can see how people would think that it's better, but you could also, you know, alter your shopping habits a little bit too and I mean, you're buying if you buy beans, which are great fiber, great protein carbs, those aren't expensive. Well I think this suggestion here is that instead of going to rest or wrongs to normal restaurants, are going to McDonald's so it's not the place grocery shopping. Is there a place more expensive restaurants? I guess it makes them feel like they're still going out to eat. Even though how to eat. Here's my question. How fast are you eating your food from McDonald's? It's a very different experience than like sitting down and enjoying a meal. If it's me, it's very fast because it's a lot of Shame attached to it. All right, so not only is McDonald's share price at an all-time high but there are also announced a round of layoffs and they're a general cost cutting, including demoting employees and reducing pay. Oh no. So this is, is this also a response to uncertain Economic Times? Probably, I also think there's a, there's a lot of peer pressure when it comes to layoffs when someone well peer pressure is the wrong word. There's, it's almost like contagion when when some companies start laying off. Employees other companies like oh, hey, we can do that now too. Because wow but are the attention on us? I get that in the tech industry but if people are going to these places more, don't you think that they would keep their employees? As a group of McDonald's, employees ever announced that they feel happy overall. I'm not not to me. So maybe so maybe there's always something going on at McDonald's mistreats its employees. And then finally MacDonald's a man vote to eat. McDonald's every day for 100 days and his already lost 3 4. That's the headline. I don't even know what to say to say about that. Here's the weird part about this. He says he eats three McDonald's meals daily from from anywhere on the menu and does not snack in between and to be fair for a lot of Americans diets, this actually could be an improvement if you just had three meals, right? Even if it comes from McDonald's, this this actually could be an improvement. But here's the weird part, Jesse, he says he cuts each meal in half and saves the remaining portion for his next meal. So it's a missing his mind right back to sing portion control, right? And he's gaming the meals at suggests to me, that, that a full meal at McDonald's is horribly on a healthy. I just don't know why the headline doesn't kind of hint at the fact that he's gaming the system here, right? Yeah. Is this also like supposed to be a follow-up to super-size whatever? Like it's I don't know what to talk, not really sure what he's proving. He was water instead of soda with each meal. So again that's great. Well not he's cheating. This is not. Yeah I mean if he's supposed to be proving McDonald's meals, three McDonalds three times a day for meals is okay for me then. Yeah he's cheating for sure. How about this one, KFC and other chains including Chick-fil-A are on a hunt for The elusive four-pound chicken. A shortage of small-breasted chickens is Raising costs for fast food restaurants. Well, this avian flu. Yeah. It's not just about avian flu, it's at this smaller birds. Produce a tastier chicken that is appropriate for chicken sandwiches. I can't tell you just see this, all just makes me feel so distressed. This is why I was vegan for 12 years watches stop. Because for health reasons, but I don't buy my meat from fast food places, that's for sure. Regenerative Farms, all the way back to Easter, Subway just giving out, I guess this is over now. But they were giving out free Cadbury Creme, Egg sandwiches know and just see people thought this was in April Fool's Day joke. It turns out to be real. We what is that mean? The sandwich features? The chains. Italian bread with melted Cadbury Creme eggs inside. And that's the whole sandwich for those of you who can't see, Jesse which is everybody but me her mouth was a gape. That's the whole sandwich. That's the Same. Oh, it's like imagine imagine getting a footlong, some of that, what? I mean there's just such a problematic cycle here, right? If you go back to the weight loss, drug the Obesity drug, the Eli Lilly is making it. Just the whole thing is just quite odd to me. Well, and yeah it's horrible. It's all food and food in our country is so such a sad State. Well that was the UK so maybe it's food and that was the UK. That was the UK. I'm surprised. But back to a story that we covered last week, just the sweet green. Remember, they were getting too much Chipotle. They already give up. They give up sweet green renames. It's Chipotle chicken burrito bowl to, here's a new name. Chicken and chipotle pepper Bowl, And chipotle pepper. That's not weird. What a compromise. Yeah, I'm putting this under the category of. It doesn't weird. Doesn't sound as good as it did. The title is inferior. I don't know if I agree with you. I like peppers. I love. Hi, I can't eat peppers so I wouldn't get a pepper Bowl. I'm a huge fan, but I love Chipotle is seasoning. I don't love Chipotle moving on to the category saving the planet question mark. Okay, this is a good one for us study finds climate impact, labels on Sample, fast food, menu and strong effect on food selection. A high climate impact label on Burgers, increased non-beef choices by 23%. Cool. Is that not amazing? That's very, very cool. I was quite stunned by. This is a study out of John, Hopkins, Bloomberg School of Public Health. So it was done in the US. Yeah, I was actually wow, shocked. That it was that impactful, a simple, little label. Yeah. Beard people from beef to non-beef. I find that incredible. I love that. That's great. So it was you said I was not on fast food. Menu. This is happened to be done fast food, man. Okay, cool. I think is with Corporation of a certain size at least here in the US and it's true of Europe too. There are regulations about they have to give you the nutritional value, right? Of the foods calories, fat all that, right? So we really can have this effect on fast food. If we try Totally. Yeah, and I would argue that like fast food Versus. I mean, if you think about the treatment of animals being used for fast food restaurants versus fine, dining or whatever is probably detrimental and it's definitely being consumed. Probably It's definitely detrimental and it's being consumed at a way higher rate. So I love this. I think it could make a huge impact. Yeah, there was another study that by 2050, in order to meet the goals of the Paris agreement per capita beef consumption should be about 50 calories per day. The average yeah, usually average about three burgers a week, the average American needs three, burgers a week. I know what, and in Europe. It's two, it's two burgers a week. Shocked three burgers a week. Do you eat? How many burgers do you know in a month? I don't eat a lot of red meat just because I don't like handling a lot of meat at home anyway. So it's like, if I go out, I might have it. But I don't know. The more and more beef kind of makes me feel gross, so I kind of stay away from it but this one these plant-based Meats don't need to be refrigerated. So there's a number of companies. Now creating shelf stable, meat Alternatives that are more affordable, affordable and longer lasting and because they don't need to be refrigerated are better for the environment because refrigerated delivery trucks emit, a ton more greenhouse gas emissions. Is it made of Jack for Two companies are talking about here on meat and High Time Foods. I don't think they mentioned Jackfruit, I know one of the plant-based chicken was wheat and pea protein. Gotcha, cool. Well, that's cool. As long as it's, I mean, the grip now with With me Alternatives is that they're jamming chemicals into them to make them emulate me and it's arguably as bad if not worse for you because of these chemicals. So as long as they're clean, that's how it. Sounds great. Part of the reason for this is according to one of the companies that more than 3 billion people globally do not have reliable electricity. So this, so this might be a nice way to get plant-based proteins, but if they don't, are they not eating meat regularly, then either? Because if they don't have That's where they do with the question or maybe they're eating fresher me because they're not storing me. Sure. I guess is the inference here? Because I have refrigeration. Yeah, well that's cool. I like I like that like that headline. How about this at a Kroger this little bit Kroger reneged on cage-free egg pledge. So back in 2016 they made a big announcement that it would only be offering cage-free eggs by 2025. Now they've changed their mind saying they plan on having 70% of its eggs coming from cage-free environments by 2030 who is just too hard to be Humane huh? Yeah it does make you think about these pledges write these announcements, how Toothless and pointless. They really are very much so and how they tend to be maybe like the first thing is that the companies care less about when there's other external factors going on political pressure from this political pressure. I think you're definitely right political or economic pressure. Yeah, I mean, It's gotta be more expensive to have them not be engaged. And that's probably for political reasons, too. Yeah. Subsidies and whatnot. But yeah, you're right. You're right. Let's go to Milk. Oh, womp womp, wait, I have to tell you the story that happened to me this weekend about melts. I was at, I was getting a macho with my sister and we're at trying out this new Cafe. We're excited about it. And the person behind the counter, that was the Barista that was helping us. We were taught. We were telling him we wanted matches and we asked if they had alternative milk and my sister's a vegan. So, we're asking for all alternative milk and he was like, well, we do we have. Oh, but did you know that? Like a lot of people are having to get their organs out because of the chemicals in oatmeal like, yes. And so we still had and then he tried to sell us like this unpasteurized milk to put into it. And I was like, oh my God, this is so shameful because we're still gonna get the oatmeal. So he just went on this field. But you, but you had to take it for face value, right? Because you don't know what he's saying? Of course, we have no idea where he's getting it from, and these Alternatives have a pet to, yeah. Well, they're putting like oil. Goals and stuff in the milks to make them like creamier. But there's oils in a lot of other foods that haven't necessarily led to organs having to be removed, okay? Talk is is bosses a supervisors into buying, something that not oat milk, that has these cameras. I mean, sure there's, there's organic soy milks, there's organic almond milk, that have just almonds water salt. And like there's plenty of Alternatives, but it was just shameful because we still had to ask for the milk after being probably. First of all, milk consumption down 20%. Among gen Z. Are you gen Z? Well, milk consumption down 20%, Which doesn't surprise know because there's I mean, even people. Even friends of mine. that aren't lactose free or Was intolerant opt for almond milk and alternative milks. Also the dairy industry pledges to provide nutritious flavored milk while reducing sugars and calories. This shocked me, Jesse. I like that. Okay, but listen to this, they aim to provide healthy nutritious School milk options with no more than 10 grams of added sugar per 8. Fluid know why? Right what the hell, terrible. And you wonder why, and then you wonder why all of these kids are diagnosed with ADHD. Yeah, it's because there's sugar in their food. It's not because they have aged tea, it's because they're being cereal. And then you're drinking strawberry or chocolate milk, and as 10 grams in that little tiny cardboard cartel. I, yeah, I'm shook by that. I'm shook that, that's all, I'm an improvement added sugar to any drink at schools. Imagine if they actually made like a strawberry with like, fresh or frozen, strawberries a puree and like Put it mixed it into the milk of that way. I am imagining that that's the only way that that headline would be possible. To wrap up the show Jessie. I have a bunch of the, the weird eating habits of, some of our favorite CEOs, for this. I'm scared. Richard Branson founder of the Virgin group. I'm just gonna tell you some of the things that these CEO is doing. I and you can just react now. Okay? Drinks, 20 Cups of Tea a day. Don't hate it. What kind herbal you okay with that herbal? You're caffeine know I think it's English breakfast. That's okay. No, that's weird. That's too much why. Too much caffeine too much caffeine overload, your adrenals and who the heck likes English breakfast? Tea that much drink it 20 times a day I do. But I like a couple of it, I don't want to drink it. The whole day. What it doesn't say is he taking it with milk or sweetener? Because if it's black I feel like fine. Do what? You know. He needs magic. Mine. We should send me his address. I'll do that. Former Amazon CEO. Jeff Bezos. Still the chair. Still the chair. I don't anyway. Found Jeff Bezos. Founder of Amazon. They call his diet eccentric. I want you to react to this as a food person. Here's the anecdote Bezos ordered a breakfast of Mediterranean octopus with potatoes. Bacon, green garlic, yogurt, and a poached egg and he said, you are the octopus. I'm having for breakfast. When I look at the menu, you're the thing. I don't understand the thing. I've never had, I must have the breakfast octopus. What is, what is that? Who is he saying this to? Is he a poet now, is that what he's doing? He's saying it to someone in the room. I guess. Private Chef he's saying it too. What is this? What kind of eating behavior is that thing is what it narcissism? What is that? Apparently, I don't know. Okay, metaphorical. Microsoft founder, Bill Gates talked about Bill Gates here, right? Okay. Curious see, seems like a pretty decent Ultra with a person seems intelligent. He said that he loves Diet Coke so much that he drinks three or four cans a day, Michelin star Chef Jordi Cruz said that Bill Gray's once reserved his entire restaurant for two days and only ordered a Diet Coke. He reportedly eats Cocoa Puffs for breakfast loves cheeseburgers. And recently talked about his fondness of the powdered beverage Tang, which is like a sweet guy. He would just he pours it on his hand and licks it off while he's working. What do you make of all this? He's deficient in some sort of nutrient, my God like this. Yeah. This is like the diet intelligence Gap. Is that a thing? Like, I don't, how could a person like Bill Gates eat this way? I don't, I don't, I don't know, I don't know. Because there's all so, you know, diet sodas have terrible chemicals that are can't that have been linked to cause cancer carcinogens. They're also basically gross, Yeah. There it's sugar. It's all sugar. Yeah, that's crazy. We got a certain new category here for we can get Matt and our to work on this, right? We have to add the dietary habits of the CEOs important. Yeah, you need to analyze that. Steve Jobs, you know about Steve Jobs is eating habits, I don't, but I can imagine they're pretty eccentric as well. Yes. Good guess. But very idiosyncratic. One of the quirks about Steve Jobs is that he would focus on a couple of foods and only eat those foods for weeks. One time he would only eat carrots and apples. No, it's not nutritionists. A little time, he said that his vegan diet caused him not to emit any sort of body odor which means that he didn't have to buy deodorant or shower. False. I can attest to that for being vegan for 10 years, you know, buying that I just jobs would also fast for several days at a time which he said would create feelings of euphoria. I think that's fine. I've heard of intermittent fasting and, and yeah, fasting periods of fasting, I think that's good, but I will say that the few times I have fasted, especially if you're in a creative field or do any kind of creative work. I will agree with Steve Jobs. Your mind does start to take you to interesting places. Cool. I don't know. It's healthy or not but the eating a two Foods or focusing on only a few Foods at a time it's definitely not. You're supposed to be getting a wide range of nutrients, macronutrients micronutrients, and all of your meals. Come on, let's play a game, let's have a battle. Who do you go with apple or to go with Microsoft? Look? Which diet do you appreciate more the Oddity of focusing on apples and carrots or yeah? The Diet Coke. And the Apple tank right first show will give it, we'll give Steve a pass there, sure. Tesla, CEO, Elon Musk your favorite. You have a Tesla in your driveway. He said, last month he eats a doughnut every morning and that's impressive. That's impressive. At that age, every morning. I mean he also looked the most fit. Is it going directly to his pecs, too? He told Joe Rogan I guess Joe Rogan's where you tell all obnoxious things. He told Joe Rogan, I'd rather eat tasty food and live a shorter life. I don't know if I believe that. That's what he said. He's a big fan of Diet Coke. He said at one point he was drinking eight cans today. He said he was, he was so freaking jacked, the he seriously started to feel like he was losing his peripheral vision. Right. I hate it so much. That's so nice. He also tweeted last year that he doesn't care of Diet Coke lowers his life expectancy. So again, another can't argue that you had this gap between intelligence and diet makes you. So a great candidate for sending tons of money on lengthening your life, like his lifespan. Like I feel like he'll do scientific research and stuff to live longer. So he'll be like, I don't care about the diet coke ball. I'll pay you billions to live longer. It's just another instance, if I don't believe anything, the man says I don't trust anything about him because yeah, it's just bizarre behavior. Meta, CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, they call him an experimenter. He was famous for having a diet for a while called kill what you eat diet, okay. So he he had to be like, if he was gonna eat me, he had, there's about there's an egg about him eating a serving, a go at a dinner that he killed. I don't. Hi. I'm a little bit mixed on this one because it's one of the things, as a meat eater that I hate the most is that I'm not part of the life and death process. Yeah. Animals. You know, like I think there's like about that. Yeah, eat meat. I've had periods in my life where I've stopped eating meat, but I overall, I just can't manage to stop completely, but I do feel, it's not guilt, but I do feel like I'm missing out on something by not being a part of. I think I'm not honoring the animal that, you know. Yeah. Yeah, that was actually, I dated someone who hunted and I obviously as a vegan that was startling. That was something that was enlightening and educational for me is to understand why he did it and what the family like the family processed me and all of that and it lasted them through the whole winter. Like, it was all that and I was like, oh, I've never really thought about it that way. So there is a respect. There is a deep respect. For it, but I don't know if it's all has that. I have no idea. Open AI, you know, that we talked about them, a lot that created, the chatbot GPT Sunshine, like that Sam Altman. He's been in the news a lot. He is taking a, I think this is like the celebrity drug you're talking about before. He's taking a diabetes drug metformin, which is become popular with biohackers as a way to slow aging. Oh, so he doesn't have diabetes. He's just using. Yeah, this for all alternate purposes. That's weird. I've never heard of this again. I find this odd because I'm ascribing intelligence to CEOs. And yet the idea that by isolating, you're looking at your general nutritional picture, right? The idea that taking one drug could slow aging. I just find out to be kind of a childish way of thinking about science Nutrition and aging and it has to be a lot more to. It feels lazy but I don't even believe that that's conceivable. I must be a million other factors that could help it slow. Aging, do you think all? So part of it is that they just have so much money that they're like what whatever will try it. That might be part of it. And let's end this show today. Jesse on Warren Buffett or okay. Cuddly CEO. This is our food podcast. Spectacular for April 10th, 2023 and honor of Passover Ramadan and Easter. Okay? Yeah, love it. That's Go we're both at once told fortune that he was one quarter Coca-Cola saying that he drinks five cans a day and I guess this is not Diet Coke is this is just Coke. What is the Coca-Cola? I don't know. He usually consumes his first can with potato sticks or sometimes he has it with ice cream. Don't even know, Potato Sticks, still existed and Bill Gates is a good friend of Warren. Buffett said that he largely has a diet of McDonald's hamburgers, and Oreos. Know, Again, like I can't understand. This is like a stunted maturation, right? It's almost like the CEOs. Never grew up. Is that what makes them good CEOs? Because they're, they're childish and their selfish. Or are they just so part of me thinks there's like they're so focused hyper-focused on something and not thinking about the nutrition know I think I can buy that. I think it's intentional. This is a highly childish. Is it not? Plus they can all afford like private chefs to make food and but that I don't want to understand the coke thing. This is often a behavior scribe to males men. Men are most known for eating diets that are childish childlike sure, because either inability to grow up, or a reluctance to grow up or because Society has made it okay that they don't have to grow up. Because as we've said many, many times here, the amount of education and experience a woman needs to get the same job as a man, like in this corporate world, it's it's massive. But a man can act like a little boy. Can throw a tantrum can be a horrible on Twitter, can eat junk food can just be a Eating human and be celebrated in this culture. Whereas I can a woman get away with any of that. I don't know. No and a lot of times who's making the food for the family is, Probably the women, probably. Yeah. So they're forced to grow up and make nutritious food. Thanks for joining me today. Jesse, you're welcome. So much. Was that, did you like that? Yeah, I like to get work out.
